You can record your own and your family members health history in this application using a simple and intuitive interface. You can share profiles with other family members and it will be synchronised between devices automatically always.
In addition, Patexa allows you to share specific records with the health professionals for consultation or opinion.
The information is stored in the Cloud securely to protect your data. You can retrieve data automatically when you change your mobile device or in case the device is lost or stolen after validating your mobile number.
Patexa app allows you to:
# Capture images and record audio commentary of your paper files as well as x-ray and similar documents.
# Share appropriate information as the followup with your service provider or medical professional.
# Make this data available to your doctor in case of critical patients who need round the clock care
# Make the history available to medical professionals during an emergency situation

1) Read-Write to storage: To store data and other media files in the mobile
2) Audio permissions: To allow the user to record an audio file in order to describe a medical condition

4) Read contacts: To pull your list of contacts to enable sharing the medical profile to other family members or doctors.
