One thing I don't get is that after applying the promo codes and am finished with the ride. Every captain asks for the original amount and not discounted. I think it would be better if you guys display to the captains the discounted amount to address this misunderstanding. Or is it that the captains are pretending to not know? Please sort this problem out.
Pathao is very much helpful for me. However this app needs to improve in some section like, when any food rider cancel orders it doesn’t notify immediately, actually never notifies. This makes hassle for a busy person who can't check mobile all the time. Other features like pay later, fast delivery is good.
While we/passenger reach the destination . Pathao Start the bargaining for extra money. Then what's the meaning/ value of choosing the pathao. They are also looks like local taxi. Recently I faced the above mention issue. If pathao didn't manage these issue then pathao image is no more longer.
Nice app and nice choice to travel with very friendly drivers. Although, some don't know about proper map navigation but most of which I travelled used properly and correctly they landed me in the places I wanted. Despite all of this, I really want to you to extend your service not only inside kathmandu city but to all the popular cities especially narayangarh, chitwan. Overall, I prefer most of time your service than others:) Thank you!
Make ur app easier to use. And there isn’t any way to report specific complaints about drivers. all there is just a handful of options. please make it so that we can get support for all of our issues THROUGH MESSAGING, not by call. edit: make it so that i can disable annoying notifications from the app. if i do so within my phone, i miss all of them incl. important notifications.
The way we get harassed by the riders for digital payment should be considered. Sometimes I don't have changes so I want to pay digital but they won't receive digital payment. Who is he to decide that? Update your terms and conditions with the riders so that they are obliged to take digital payments.
I used to love Pathao food so much. But, idk what happened the number of foodmen has reduced significantly or what, it has been SO difficult for me to find a foodman after I order food in the past few days. As a result I'm having to order from other apps. I hope pathao gets back to how it was.
Drivers aren't able to use the map. As a turist, it is difficult to give instructions in a country where is no street names and house numbers. And notifications are annoying, please tell me how to turn them off
I paid more than the actual fare. I didn't have internet when I reached the destination. So, I asked the rider, he said 180/-, I paid him, and when I went to my office and checked with the app, it showed 104/- Driver wasn't honest 🙄🙄🙄 Very very poor experience for me
The app won't let my verify my phone number. I have tried reinstalling, and all the touble shooting options in the wevsit but nothing works. Waste of time
We have experienced very bad service today for 1 they cost us more price for sweets and 2 they gave us all the regular ones which we ordered then gave us 1 single piece with special filling and that 1 had to go to waste please no one download this app cause this happened to us many times before 😡😡😡😡 😠😠😠
Digital Payment is too bad. I can add card but cant find it and that's why can't remove it from payment part. Try to solve it soon.
I have never used the pay later feature and always use the cash on payment option. However, I keep getting notifications that I have a pay later due. I am unable to use the app because of this as well. Fix ur mistakes.
Very bad, they could not find delivery man, automatically cancelled order 4 times. Will try not to use this app for food delivery again if happens again.
For the most part it's a good app but I have a real issue with Pay Later option. I found out after receiving a call from Pathao that I had due payment even though I never opted for the Pay Later option (always paid cash). I could only continue using the app after clearing the dues which meant I ended up paying twice. I was told I would receive a refund, which I haven't so far.
