Sick of it's push notification. The ringtone is worst tune I have ever heard. Contracts/condition are one way only, sick of its rules and regulations. Tired of getting suspended and fined for minor issue, what about their faults??
it is good but pathao should add the fair for distance from rider to customer if distance is more than 1 km or you should not send the requist more than 1 km from customers to the rider. Or you have to give the options to rider to accept ride or not to. otherwise indrive will definitely overcome.
I am a Rider from Nepal and I am very happy with the pathao company as it has provided a great opportunity for people looking for part-time/fulltime jobs. Only thing, I would like pathao to improve is its Navigation(Maps). THANK YOU PATHAO 👍
20% is a huge commission while NOC has been updating the price everytime. We've been getting requests from 3KM away too, please fix this.
Very good app for earnings but its take little more commission ,it it is sutted it would be the best full time as well as part time job in nepal..
Sound is very loud so need to customize sound like Uber.
Always keep the display on, otherwise request cancel automatically.
Its slow,hang sometimes, but after all service good.
Pathav is not a good app And cannot give us waiting charge and there are cheaper than uber Partha is best for passengers not a rider if i select on destination and we are visit all the Dhaka city Pathao can not count the whole kilometre and pathao cannot give extra money who is I have rided extra kilometre pathav is very very bad app.

The price of petrol is increasing and the fare should be increased accordingly, otherwise the riders' earnings will decline. However, the riders have chosen the path of offline.
This app is only for office not for rider because how can earn money form patawo with higher bike which didnt give milage for rider office should focuse on it other wise this office will be closed as soon as posibble
Very worst app . Stop soon! . To much chiteer for rider and passenger , no fear price and waiting charge.
We want night mode option...it is very painfull in the night to have a white screen.
All about good 👍 but it's take more then 20% commission from rider and didn't give good facilities, its give only platform not others
Not beneficial for riders, weak navigation, no fare increase,high unnecessary commision. Useless app
No proper facilities given to riders at least you could reduce your commision so that the riders would save some money they earned.
Its good but sometime suspend when we didnot mistake and user is not rechable when we does cancel

Totally faul App, Rider non friendly. * Pathao Map & Google Map do not same, pathao always show 2/3km low than Google Map & Bike Metar * Fare is so Low ( per KM should be minimum 18/20tk ) * Why Do not add Waiting Charge * Pathao Customer support is very bad * Pathao Blocking system is Very Bad. * Request Range show from very far Away * Base Fare is to Low * Per KM fare is to Low * AND MANY MORE
Have a gps issue. Without any reason the apps arise the gps notification even afer finished the ride tripe distance is shown 0 km. Not happened previously with the same device.
Its good app but i have some complains about this app. 1- we can't see who is customer (name, addres, photo etc). 2 - app sound is too much bad & makes irritated, it should gives Ringtone choose option. 3- request time is too short and it can't show request on display, only ringtone, while using other apps. I think Pathao should learn something from Indriver. Except these things, Daily top earning, its shows thats nice.
