Only problem with credit time More credit time is reduced than the time , the video is played... Please resolve it ..

I want to create an account but for some reason the app doesnt accept any phone number I try to enter, There is always the same message "error occured please try again later" no matter how many times I try. Please help me create an account

What the heck wrong with this app ,it just gets crashed . If i download a video ,i'm unable to watch it. It has been two years since the launch of this app and you still don't have significant updates to fix bugs . So much carelessness from the prepladder technical team. Please try to resolve my issue asap.

The app is good. Even the payment went smooth. The only problem I faced is the credit minutes. I guess the app doesn't calculate it accurately. Instead it reduces it by a large amount. Even by a hundred sometimes just for a 10min video. 2min are cut even if I just open the app. Videos aren't opening since the last update.Please help.

The teaching is good, but the app crashes in between the lectures and when I go back to try and open the video again ,the video starts from first. This is very inconvenient. Please fix it.

The app keeps showing no videos available even in good internet services. It gets annoying everyday. Do something

My 11000 minutes got deducted without usage, contacted the support team wrote no. of mails but no response. The customer service assured that it's a technical glitch and I'll get my minutes back but so far nothing happend.

The way you are teaching is too good... But there is an issue from the last few days,where pathology videos are not playing smothly in my device "Redmi note 9" making lotof discomfort while watching lectures and when it comes to pharmacology videos are not playing at all and when i try to open,it shows "something went wrong" . this makes my subscription gone useless.. So,try to sort it out as soon as possible.. Regards Narendra

The app is pretty good, I am happy with it, the UI is smooth and easy to use , and the Question Bank is really useful, however I would like to see more questions.There are some topics on which videos are missing, the only reason for me not giving 5 stars. The teaching method of Sparsh sir is great.

The video doesn't start especially if the data has been 50% used. even after adding on data, it'll not work. The video keeps taking longer than expected to load. And ultimately never loads!!

App is good but it lacks videos of some very important topics, also there is a doubt section so you can ask total of 20 doubts, but he doesn't reply to any of the doubt. I've asked 3, no replies Also there is one major concern, even if you download the videos it requires data for a few seconds else the video won't start. Whats the point of downloading videos then. Connection is poor in my library so i have to get out from there reconnect then go in again. :/

This app when lauched I bought the subscription straight away. Because the concept was so good if u are not a final year student. And don't want those full 19 subjects that u can not study in a year. But the content is so fast and they are not teaching there just telling the important points . We don't need a app full of video just giving summary. Plese teach don't give points to just mug up. Only consider this app if u alredy learnt everything by ur self.

Very good videos and quizzes. Well built app UI. Initially, I had a problem with video playback. The support team quickly got in contact with me and solved the problem. Outstanding customer support.

I Find this app really useful. All the important topics have been explained very nicely in detail and in a simplified way by Sir. The features provided in the app is also up to the mark , specialy I liked the feature of viewing the notes simultaneously while watching the videos.

Yesterday after updating the app, it stopped working. I uninstalled & re-installed it. Now this time, it shows my ID & password are wrong! Worst experience ever (Premium user). The problem was solved. Thanks for the help!

After reading the comments of fellow mates, I am editing my comment just to let others know that the lectures in the app are really very good. I don't know if the sir is MD from pathology or not but he explained the basic concepts very well and that is more than enough for me. I have become a big fan of his style of teaching. Concepts are well explained and tiny things which aren't even part of Pathology but are a contributing factor to a disease is also very well taught so as to make one understand the pathology of the disease clearly. My only complain is regarding the app's interface...which seems to be half baked. Videos take a long time to load once paused or interrupted in between even though the connection is strong. Toggling between the speeds results in loading problem which makes the 45 minute video even longer to watch. Please instead of providing me the phone number to contact, try resolving this issue at your end. This issue has been raised by numerous people in the comments. We have a very little time left and this loading problem creates a nuisance for us to revise even a single chapter. I'd suggest to add a download option for the videos in an encrypted format if possible, that can only be watched by one's own account. Thanks Sir for making Pathology easier for us to understand.

When i play my videos initially it show the buffering screen but after a while it display that something went wrong, i have contacted the concerned team but despite that my issues have not been resolved , i sincerely request you to look into the matter and resolve it ASAP My device is oppo Reno 2Z and Android version 10 Thank you!!

I have downloaded some videos. When I'm trying to play that video it is not playing (always loading) and even though I have active internet 😡. Please fix this issue ASAP. I have exams ahead very soon. After all I deleted all videos and trying to play videos directly even though I'm unable to play them. I have Fast internet also.

It is an excellent app for pathology. The video explanations are the best and i can understand the concepts very clearly. The customer support is great. Initially i faced some problems while making payments and due to link failure my payment was stuck and money was deducted...but lateron when i called the customer support they helped me in every way possible and finally i got my premium subscription. Thanks a lot to Mr. Maninder Singh ji for solving my payment related issues ❤️.

Great learning so far..! Very helpful for the concepts in pathology. Also supportive in case of technical issues or anything. Overall had a wonderful experience and it continues to be same.

The content is good. But the software is hopeless. Its keeps on crashing while all your video time gets lost! Waste of money! Have a lot to improve technically. Frustated to use it during busy times like exams.

I find this app very useful and all the things regarding videos,q bank, content are awesome on the basis of this it should be rated 5 but in some last days while playing the video it suddenly stopped and my phone got hanged and it automatically rebooted and it also happened in grg pharmacology app. Please solve this issue.

There is a problem in the playing of videos...it is getting stuck as well as audio video lagging...ur technical team had assured that it will resolve but in vain... It is creating a lot of inconvenience... Kindly look into it..

There's something wrong with this app currently, earlier it was running smoothly but now as soon as i open any video it ends and all the videos are marked paused, even if i mark them complete it automatically converts it to paused.

Having used this for over 2 months now , I can say that the videos cover all the topics and even extra ones. Also the videos work just fine on my 2G network so you can stop worrying about network speed. Looking forward to completing all the videos soon ;)

Hello...dr sparsh gupta is such a great teacher...all the concepts become clear with his videos...and after viewing the videos robbins becomes so easy to go through...thank you so much sir...but only one thing about the app...sometimes the audio breaks when the video is played in a faster speed...if that could be fixed i would be very grateful...otherwise a big thanks from my part to the team of prepladder for giving us such a high quality preparation...regards.

The app does not run smoothly on my android tablet, its video uses only the 20% upper screen area. While the prepladder main app takes 40 % screen space in portrait mode, it uses only 20% which makes it very small when video is playing. Resolve this issue
