• Document your symptoms quickly and easily with the Patient App.
• Share the documented symptoms automatically with your physician.
• View the time of the last data transfer* from your device to the BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring® system. The app helps you to troubleshoot any data transmission issues.
• You can quickly access your digital patient ID card if needed (e.g., during security check at the airport).
* Internet connection via mobile network or Wi-Fi is required.

Disappointed with the graphs, just 2 average charts, why is there no chart showing max HR per day? Useful for exercise comparison
Doesn't register my frickin QR code so I tried my other options of registering; still no luck. What a waste of my time. I should've just looked at the overall reviews of the app before I attempted.........
Trying to set up my app but its saying an acount with my email already exists...I just got the loop recorder today so thats wrong. It also took a while to be scan the qr code, it refused to read it for a few minutes. I just deleted 2 apps on my phone to make room for this and it wont let me make an acount! Really frustrated!!!
A lousy update experience recently. Replaced app today as instructed. The app now is usable and has added features well worth having. Thank you. Now if you could just get the system to know what time zone the patient is in.
Well, I can't even select my country. It just keeps spinning. Scary... can't develop an app, but supposed to trust your pacemaker!! 😣
Just had loop recorder and been given detaila to register with this app. However it is impossible to scan QR code I have all details I need, but app is not scanning QR. Can I register In different way?
unable to read the qr code .. surely there must be a better way . perhaps even allow manual entry of the code
Junk. Wont accept the QR code and thw website wont accept my Drs printed serial number. And to think this company controls my heart-my very life.

I don't have a QR code to scan.. How can I register? I have my permanent id card that came in the mail and it still won't let me register or log on.
Unable to register. Manually entering the IIIm device serial number (can't find a qr code for the device). Scanned the CardioMessenger Smart qr code. App says: "Something went wrong. Or server rejected the data." Please help.
