Works OK, but it doesn't send me notifications. I've made sure data usage is on even when I have data saver turned on but that doesn't seem to make any difference. Fortunately, I know when to send in my data. Reading the reviews this has been an ongoing issue for quite a long time. Why not fix it?
Not bad. But I'd love to see a log or at least acknowledgement that the day's report was sent. Like a calendar with a highlight or anything. I just had a notification to complete my report but I already had. I'm supposing it didn't sync. Seeing a transaction history would be helpful.
Had some issues in 2021 with the PIN while being on VPN but that seems resolved now. Works basically fine although sometimes it gives a push notification that I have a questionnaire due when I don't. I rely on my own reminders.
Won't accept PIN! EVER! I know my PIN...no, didn't forget. Reset it multiple times. Every single time this silly app says the PIN doesn't match after a while. It works right after the reset, then a little while later it says the PIN doesn't match. This is just not acceptable. I am glad to participate, but I don't have time to waste on this stupid app for EVERY SINGLE ENTRY.
Had stopped sending notifications when an entry was available, BUT now get constant notifications about a nonexistent available entry. It's almost laughable. Using for Moderna COVID study.
Works OK, but would be nice to get notifications and reminders throughout the day instead of when you open the app, by which time it's too late. Also biometric login would be good.
Ver. 2021.5.1 for Android works great. Turned off notifications in previous version because it was "dinging" odd hours at night. I prefer to set daily alarm 5 minutes before reporting, anyway.
Doesn't appear to work. I'm part of a covid vaccine trial, and am expected to complete a daily diary, but nowhere am I able to find or access the diary. However, after 2 screens, I am provided with a submit button, but submit what? I'm also told I can't change the data once dumbitted, but what data as I haven't completed anything. I've reinstalled the app, with the same result. This is meant to be really, really important, but it doesn't even look like anyone is checking the feedback.
I'm part of a Covid vaccine trial and I'm required to use this app as part of my trial participation. The app consistently gets stuck at the login screen. It allows me to reset my password, and it recognises my memorable word, but every time I input a password it gets stuck on a "loading" screen. It hasn't been possible to input any data into the app. I'm disappointed to discover that so many users have had an identical experience. This app is not fit for purpose. It's damaging the trial data.
This app is driving me up the wall with the number of times and different ways I've tried getting onto it. All my details are correct, but it just won't let me login to record data every night as advised. I remember the activation code, but it won't accept that either. If the researchers are basing their study on this app's records, then I am sorry to say, the app has spectacularly failed them in their efforts. Ugh! So disappointed!
The notifications on this app are basically useless! I will get notifications for about 4 days, then it stops. I am very busy, so I rely on those to do what they are supposed to do - remind me! - and when it quits, I get calls from the research center asking why I'm not filling out the health diary. This has been going on from the start (over 3 months)! Get your act together, Medidata!!
Really need to fix the daily notifications will work for abot a week than no notifications. Have to keep reinstalling the app to get notifications!!!!
It doesn't send ANY notifications until after I've opened it, which is useless. I have to set my own alarms to remind myself to fill out my daily surveys for my study, but because of my ADHD I often forget anyway. When I DO open the app, I immediately get 4 different push notifications. They NEVER send otherwise. I'm losing money and the study is losing data because of this stupid bug. It is otherwise easy to use.
It worked OK for a while, now it won't open. I tried force stop, cleared cache, cleared data...no dice. Another annoying feature (or lack thereof) is that it doesn't have any history at all. If you don't answer Q's on the day of survey, it's just gone. Why the heck can't you give results for yesterday or any other days, in the event that you didn't check for data requested every day? This probably helped F \/ € |《up the data more than collect it.
The app wouldn't work at all on my Huawai phone - it recognised my email address and password but just never logged me in - stuck on the 'loading' page. I tested it by putting in an incorrect password, which it immediately recognised as such. I was then told to download it onto my iPad. I could finally log in and go through the test questionnaire, but as soon as I tried to fill in the diary it took me straight from the introduction page to the submit your data - i didn't fill in any data, as I never had the option to do so!
Patient cloud does not reliably create notifications, and it's not my settings. It appears the app doesn't query sufficiently for available forms. If it does, it seems it doesn't create notifications reliably. This is incredibly important for developers to double check. Device: pixel 3xl
Absolutely useless. The questionnaire did not down load so have no data to submit although "submit data" was only instruction I could access. Have deleted the ap and downloaded it at least 6 times but still doesn't work. Have spent hours trying to resolve the problem. A real waste of time for me and the researchers on the clinical trial. So disappointing!
Is set up for newer phones. Worked fine until I got a new phone. Doesn't work now. Can't log in.
Instead of being notified at a set time every day, the notification keeps reappearing because some questions not filled in. The ones I have left I do not need to do. Notifications should make it easier to remember to fill in, but instead they just stay on my screen at all times.
Usability can be improved; particularly reducing the number of unnecessary UI presses when answering questionnaires. On Samsung Galaxy S9, when clicking on a questionnaire notification with PIN number enabled, app does not focus the first digit entry box and the number keyboard does not appear. Will file bug report.
I would take nothing away from the developers...that app seems to be reliable and work well. The trial coordinators should take advantage of this tool to a greater extent when the "come up for air." For every trial, a notice of expectations should be set out in some detail. This will vay by type. For vax, describe data collection approach...ex: first week post injection, it is every day....then once every...if you have even slight symptoms data collection adapts...and you will be asked more
Does not work. It downloads, it will let you train, it will let you read the introduction but that's it. Im part of a covid 19 trial and have missed 3 days of data because this app won't sync any forms to record reactions. I tried for hours, even reinstalled app
The app works fine under Android 11 but crashes under Android 12 beta when you try to enter the PIN. It needs to be updated before Android 12 is released in October. Update October 11, 2021 - The app still crashes under Android 12 when entering your PIN. You should avoid upgrading to Android 12 until this is corrected or else you will not be able to login to report your clinical trial information.
The symptom checklist disappeared on the day I was supposed to report. If I click on the additional symptoms, there is no way to cancel the action, and if I don't complete it, the app will keep sending pop up notifications.
The App doesn't work. I'm part of a CV vaccine trial & agreed to submit daily feedback. The app's text tells me how important it is to provide accurate info... BUT neither the diary nor any of the forms detailed in the text are available to be completed. The App is totally useless and is undermining what is clearly a very expensive trial. It's now 2 weeks since my 1st jab in the trial. I've reported the failed App 5 times, but no action, so I & others have provided no feedback.
I downloaded this app to record data for the CV trial but I can't even open the app with my login details. I was told at the hospital that it should work at home (as it didn't work in the hospital, even with their WiFi) but it doesn't. I can't therefore record any details electronically so not sure what that means for my data. Poor app and therefore useless.
Work fine for a while then stopped. Called provider they did not seem to care. Low and behold, my phone said something about Extended Power usage which I turned off. Boom notifications started coming again.
I was asked to download the app as part of my reporting for participation in CV research trials. I downloaded it on both my Android phone and Apple iPad and the result was identical. No forms of any kind whatsoever available to complete. Nothing works on the app except to log in and then zero. Absolutely useless. Have reported this to my hospital and awaiting further advice.
This app worked fine for about 6 months. Suddenly I stopped getting notifications when I had a new diary to complete. My notifications are turned on, and I get them from every other app, so it's not my phone. I don't know if I have a diary to complete unless I open the app to check and I have missed several because I can't remember to do this all the time. 3/14/22 Now I have the opposite problem. For the past week I get daily notifications reminding me to complete my diary which was already done
