This appears to be a good application. There are certain features absolutely required as a database management app. There should be a way to export and import data, both to and fro into the app as well as a document file (excel) for personal reference. As I understand, the user has no control over the ownership of data maintained by the app.
Shocking app!! Paid my subscription fee 10 hrs ago, but the app has not registered my payment or subscription! Also says my device (android) is not file-encrypted so won't work with the app.... could have warned that beforehand!! I mailed support but still no response. In response to their eventual reply here. The feature I paid for offers no added features above the free basic version, and on start-up still presents a window with text saying my device is not file-encrypted. Both are Android!!
This is great app for clinic use. Easy to update and use. There were technical glitches during the update but the developers were able to fix them. Like in any app we're glitches are possible,all you have to do it get in touch with the developers and they will help you fix it. I would recommend this to all medical practioners for record keeping.
I like the simplicity of this app. It covers all the fields we need and provided an option for custom fields in some screens. The screens are very good. Pls provide an option to backup the data in Google drive or export the data.
I wanted an app that can let me add patients and their appointments easily, and show me appointments on daily, weekly and monthly basis. So far app I'm liking this app. It has only one flaw: It filters only by the patient's name. Not by date! If only filter by date feature were there, it would be a great app!!

This app helped us to organize and get rid of all the paper records that we have been keeping it for a long time. I was looking for a good mobile app for us to use it for our clinic, and I stumbled upon this app. It’s a simple and easy way to store and retrieve appointments and medical records including visit history. They are responsive, so we are giving it a try. There should be an option to export patient data in Excel format. Hope you are not going to lock us down with your app.
The app is worth for it’s cost to manage patient appointments. It provides an option to send reminder through SMS and Email. The cloud is good. We are able to save the data and access it anywhere. And, we can send the prescription through SMS and Email using the cloud subscription.
After researching for a good and simple EMR app, I selected DrPad app as it easy to save all the records including appointments, visit history and etc. We manage multi clinics. So it is helpful for me to create many clinics and invite separate assistant for each clinic. At the same time, i can see all the patients records from all the clinics. Thanks for creating a great app and keep updating the app all the time with new features. I would like to recommend some feature like creating and printing prescription in a plain notepad instead of using the custom screen . The custom screen for adding subscription is a good option.
This is a great app and I can sync the data across all our devices. The cloud is simply amazing. It syncs all the data (1000s of patients records) including all the documents to all the devices within a few seconds.
This app is very helpful to me. But am just wondering how come it doesn't sync automatically? I have to manually sync everytime my secretary has already logged-in new patients for me; it becomes a hassle especially if I already have to see the patient but still cant view their file on my end. It has been several months from my last inquiry but this issue is still not fixed up to now even if I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and following the advise from Dr. Pad.
Overall its a good app. It made easy to capture all the medical records and appointments for patients. The cloud access is amazingly fast but there are rooms to grow. Thanks to the team.
The app keeps stopping on one tablet, and then says can not sync clinic data clinic has been revoked. I paid for a full year this is hopeless. Better tech support is definitely needed the app is crashing before it even starts.

Really bad. I have literally lost all of my patient data after the app closes everytime I try to open a patient file. I have emailed customer support twice and received no response despite the claim that they will reply within 24 hours. I would advise against using this app as it's too much of a risk for something so important and there has been no help in recovering files which ultimately affects my business and my ability to treat my patients. Would get 0 if it was possible.
I've downloaded the app...maybe I'm doing something wrong. But every time I go to try and create a log in or upgrade, the app just freezes. I can't get past just creating the patient file. I want to write clinical notes, but it won't let me upgrade. If it's already this slow, I don't know if it's worth the upgrade? The reviews seem good!

Was a functional app until recently, now crashes when trying to sync. Used to enjoy synced info on several devices. Now, no more and really makes my subscription worthless.
I don’t usually write a review. But after reading reviews here, I thought of leaving a review. Some people compliant about not getting the app features for free. But DrPad is giving free 30 days trials to all. And, it’s worth for us pay for cloud and access it in many places with many different devices. This app is good and helped us reduce all the paper records. Above all, it’s very easy to use. We use dedicated mobile tablet in the front office and I also have the app in my phone so I can see the patient data entered by my assistants. I also have a few clinics I use the same login to access the other clinical data. I like the appointment reminder feature of the app. its good to send a reminder to patient the day before the appointment. It would be good if we are able to send automatic reminder
