This was great when it worked, but now it no longer works on my phone. Galaxy note 8. This used to work, but now it hits on an endless loop telling you you to use a browser like chrome. Even after you try to access it in the browser requested, it does the same thing. Please fix this. I loved it when it worked correctly.
This "app" is simply a web shortcut. The website itself is not easy to navigate. I know that this company allows access via API's for data, yet sadly, they never bother to utilize them to create an actual app. I look forward to the day an actual application is written to utilize the data in a presentable manner. For now, I'll just use the desktop site.
Worked as stated and no frills. It's a shortcut for your phone to quickly get to the login page for the Patient Portal. If you have any more expectations then read the description of the app in sentence 2 that it's a shortcut. Not all doctors can work for Public, Corporate stock based healthcare systems. So this is perfect so that the limited resources can be used to maintain the website and it's backend security. As opposed to an app that has less security anyways.
This app is nothing but a shortcut to the mobile website -- literally. When you click on the app to open it, it opens your default browser to the portal's website. Save yourself time and phone storage space, and just bookmark the site.
This definitely needs a lot of work. I am trying to do a simple credit card payment and I cannot do it. I believe it is time for an update in the software. It is not user-friendly and should be tweaked frequently. The pc windows software is also terrible. Patient portal needs a major upgrade.
I wanted an app that is its own entity. Not something that is just the equivalent of a browser shortcut. It literally just opens your web browser to the page. This is not an application, this is a browser extention that is regulated to the boundaries of your browser. If that is what you are, then fine. Be in the browser extension page for whatever browser you are using, do not list and advertise yourself as something you are not. Not an application, should not be in an application store.
Non existant 2FA / Auth! Similar to other reviews, downloaded this icky to find its essentially fancy bookmark and shortcut combined into an "app". But, it does do the job of making it easier to get to the portal i suppose. I just have a new issue of the portal now requiring a 2FA authorization code, which I never set up!! And that doesn't have any way to reset or send to phone. Going to try a password reset I guess
THIS IS NOT AN APP. It's a chome book mark. If has no function. All it does is open a nes chrome table. Saving the site as a fav would be faster and have less clutter on your home screen or app drawer.
Too bad I have to give 1 star to be able to leave a review - worst app ever!!! Won't recognize my password then, wouldn't recognize my doctor. After trying multiple times, it recognized my doctor in a completely different city far away! Had to also verify myself multiple times before I was accepted. I wanted my lab results but now feel it isn't worth it!
This is only a shortcut and only will open with your default browser. You can not even select the browser you want it to open in. Nextmed regularly crashes my default browser.
Ehh it's ok to get around. Like it said it's just a website launcher. Not an app. Little hard to get around sometimes. EVERYTHING is case sensitive I've found, even the user name. So be careful how you entered your username... Would be nice after all these years you'd make a more compatible app, not website launcher.
This app sends you your medical information without any indication that something is new or changed. You have to read ALL of your medical information every time and figure out what, if anything, had changed. Pretty much useless for figuring out what happened.
Not an app, just a book mark to send you to the mobile site. Doesn't help that the actual site currently will only send you to the enroll page after you enter your username and password. I recommend deleting in case they're compromised. Guess I'll be on hold Monday morning like everyone else trying to reach my doctor and test results...
Cannot delete old messages with the garbage can sign in upper right corner. Need to clear out old records and make room for new messages to and from the medical staff. Please contact with instructions. Thanks for your prompt response.
The only way I can get this app to open is if a doctor sends me an appointment reminder to check in and confirm with a link to it or if my doctor sends me test results over email with a link to it. Anytime I go to the app on my own, it doesn't recognize me.
I love my PCP and think he's the best and his staff. However, this app is less than acceptable and in 9 months I've only been able to get into it twice, EVEN AFTER getting a special login shortcut from his staff. So thanks for your help
Whats the use of app if all it does is open website thru another browser? Not really an app, just a link you can add to your screen yourself..or bookmark.
It doesn't recognize my login. Tried to change my password wouldn't recognize my email yet sent me a link on that same email to change password then wouldn't recognize my username yet when I asked for a username update it sent me the same username then declined to recognize it and also declined email address again got a token from my physician office and it declined that as well. I spent 16 minutes trying to access 1 lab from now on will wait for the mail.
There then gone. Works sometimes but only sometimes. Not reliable, medical access needs to be at very least reliable. Some things can't wait and health care is one of those things. Not satisfied at all. Peace 🕊️
It is the worst app I have ever used. How any medical organization can endorse this is a joke. The simplest thing and most important thing is that the doctor gets paid. It is virtually impossible to pay a bill remotely. Please somebody fix this thing.
I just had the Same experience as one of your other reviewers. When I select "open", I'm directed to Chrome which I dont want. Want to be able to access through the app. ??
Worst"app". Why do I need this if I can just save the http link in a browser! This is being used by a small town medical practice. It's a shame this company roped them into using this! So many better medical portal options! (like Healow or MyChart).
Confusing, not really an app when it takes you to the Google Chrome app and opens up a tab. Can't log in. Locked out of my account 3 times.
Was hoping for a on app solution as deleting multieessages impossible on the web browser and all this app does is point you to the website. Better than a poke in the eye but much.
The app is not up to date. For some reason, not all the providers are listed. The charts arent updated no matter how many times i request it. The formatting is poor. If i look in a category such as test results it brings up one big list of results, there is no organization such as by date. It could be a great app and a great way to communicate with my doctor if worked correctly.
