so the virtual visits I've had have been fine. however, anytime i try to send a message or see my profile the app crashes. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Trying to log in with the user name that was provided for me and password put it in correctly multiple times and still nothing I don't want I hope I don't miss my appointment next week I can't figure this dam app out

Haven't had a problem with the app. Makes it easy for me. The info I need is there and easily accessible. Good App.

Can't get in or even when I am in and get kicked out, my password, once again is denied or my email is incorrect according too who?

App shows a screenshot of the home menu then automatically closes shut. Prior to the first call I was able to open and navigate app. Can't find any of my appointment information.
