New update is no good. Doesn't store bag info from previous days input, way too many drop downs and questions. Blood pressure and pulse should be together, but they aren't. Temperature is in the middle for some reason. Takes forever to load also. The previous version only had the issue of certain windows opening with a keyboard instead of a number pad, this new revision is overkill and not good.

Using Save for Later doesn't allow to go back and add info to the day's flowchart. Uninstall/reinstall doesn't correct the issue. I'm going to start writing it all down to enter at the end of each day. Surprised and disappointed that such an important function has been reported for months and nobody cares enough or knows how to find a fix.

I'm still having an issue with returning back to my draft chart. It will not allow me to go back and complete my task. Only way I can submit my daily charts is if I complete the chart all at once. Which leave more work for me to write them down and complete the chart the day after... None of the buttons work to complete drafted chart... it won't let me go back .Ive done all updates. I've already started a task and now it's been stuck unfinished all weekend. I can't return back to it.....Help!

Two main complaints. 1. Painfully slow... Basically so slow I don't utilize it. 2. The supply ordering feature does not have a review and edit function... Or at least I haven't figured out how it works... Just imagine if websites were like this. We wouldn't get anything we bought online... Just this last month I had to call in to customer service and had a repeat delivery truck sent because of this shortcoming.... Go ahead and keep ignoring to fix the app... It's only money.

This is ridiculous, first the login screen issue, and then now it constantly logs me off if I jump to my gallery app. I take photos of my records of blood pressure and total uf on my machine. Then I switch back to patient hub to apply these data. It never does this before and now it does. I hate writing data on paper and so this is my prefered method. Fix this app God dammit!

After updating on 5/9/21 I can't "save for later" then go back and add more info. The app has always been slow, but is worse since the update. The new layout is also not as intuitive and user friendly.

For a company as large as Fresinius, this is a total blunder. App development in this day and age is a very VERY common procedure. To have hyperlinks not functioning and many many other issues. It just seems as if they hired some "fly by night" to update or create this new version of the app. Maybe the put an ad on Craigslist....LOL

3/23/2021 - I have been trying to update this app for the past 6 hours. All the circle does is spin round and round. It is very frustrating since the android app will not let me enter my data for pariteneal dialysis so having to write it down on paper. I am using a Samsung S21 Galaxy 5 G Ultra phone and am on a Linksys Max Stream triband 5G router which has a very good connection to my phone. Is there something I can do to update this app? I had no problems with the old app which was friendly.

The app does not always function smoothly or correctly. Most common is to click the button for the same type and number of treatments and it just won't remember and you have to manually enter everything again.

Updated app & only gave a blank screen, no login page! Rebooted my phone with the same problem. Uninstalled & reinstalled the app twice with the same issue! If the review process allowed a negative star response, that's what you'd receive.

I used to be able to log in and see everything now with update I just get a blank white screen and nothing else, a couple times I was able to see my weight but no sense having the app if I can't use it for anything but my weight. I even deleted the app started over but still nothing this app sucks

Unbelievably slow. Processors in the 60s are faster. Takes over 3 minutes to go from 1 page to another on a good day. Site needs a real webmaster, not just a high school want a be. Results from blood labs are suspicious.

It goes days without working. I have to keep uninstalling and redoing the whole thing. If I didnt HAVE to use it to log in my daily exchanges I wouldnt even bother with it. You all could do better.

Personally I find this site can and should be way better 4 the simplest reason its 4 some 1 health and well care and it should be on point if the site is stalling freezing as I writing this at the moment now its saying update and it's not doing anything so its frausting for something that should be helping us with life its pointless at most times NEED 2 DO BETTER

I am being prompted to update but I am having trouble updating the app. 😕. The app is very easy to use when it is working properly.

I can click on anything in my dashboard! So I can't update my flowsheets. Ugh. This is so frustrating. As if dialysis isn't enough.

I wish the app could let us go back for previous weeks. I also wish that the number keyboard would stay up for all of the medical stat input section.

Don't like it at all. Too much wasted time. Everyrime we get adjusted yall make changes. Hard to get in this portal.

every so often it gives you a network error message and makes you type in your password even when the "use fingerprint" is selected.

Fingerprint feature often shows errors and won't work causing user to have too go through entire log-on procedure it was to eliminate.

Once again you've managed to take an app that was perfectly simple and make it a disaster. Thanks a lot

Love being able to track his progress & ordering is easy also. I would rather use this to order.

Terrible. Difficult to navigate. Extremly slow to load but now not loading at all.

Can't input information without getting error code -6. Called IT thought it was fixed, went to submit and it error out.

I like seeing all my labs right away and seeing my weight gains for each dialysis treatment. Helps me be more independent with my care.

Yes please fix the login screen to same/remember my email. So tired of having to type it in several times a day

I just have the main screen. Sometimes it will open but most times it stays on the main screen.

I cannot get in. Installed, tried to register as a NEW user and the app tells me my chosen password does not match my name. Something screwy going on!

Never seen an app ruined by a update. It's no longer usable. We should all just stop using it. Call your info into the clinic everyday
