When I try to turn on the bio-metric feature it tells me "invalid password", yet I can log in with that password.
Nightmare getting logged in and being referred to call practice. Security question works on screen one and then for password reset security question answer is invalid. Not a one time issue. Ugh!!!
This app sucks. It won't let you reply to messages from the practice. It makes you select from a drop down menu of recipients instead of populating the recipient line with the person you are replying to. The drop down list only has doctors listed so you can't reply to office staff. You have to log in on a computer. Appointment requests are rarely successful and not even acknowledged most of the time. Requesting from a computer works better. What is the point of the app if it doesn't work?
It's good, but it needs work. I haven't discovered much of the features, but I do know that the appointments section never shows ANY appointments past or present. Yet, I can use the web portal, and at least my upcoming appointments show up. And the messages doesn't always show anything, and when I want to send a message, it won't do it. I have to always use the web portal in lieu of the app. So, again, it needs work. Great layout, though.
I don't like how I can't go back to read my typed message in composting new message. And cancelling appointment never worked. Oh, the lab result display is terrible too
App not allowing me to request an appointment. Gets stuck on insurance section. Worked fine on Wilmington Health website. Convenient app when it works.
immediately noticed that the app is not linked to the facility. should be able to launch the clinic's web page from the Profile section. also can't save login, have to enter password every time I open the app. no push notifications for new messages or account updates - these are basic features!
Works as described but messaging is mostly worthless on a small device screen. Only one line of the message body is visible when drafting a note and the recipient list is incomplete compared to the browser version. I frequently have to revert to that method to reply to messages from my Dr's staff.
I have never had a worse time with an app. I have tried and tried to make appointments with this app and it has failed miserably. It has not managed to improve at all for the last 4 years that I have had it. I delete it reload it over and over, yet still nothing. Does anyone actually work on this or do you all sit around laughing because you are making people with mental issues worse? Sad.
Asks for pin number. Dr office says no pin number . Extremely userunfriendly. I was given an temporary password but never found place to enter it. My other dr portals are very simple. This one is unbelievable!!! I was told it had to b set up on a computer and then i could use tablet. I set it up on a computer but it would not work on a tablet. R u asking every patient that wants access to a portal to go to a computer??? This is the worst app ive ever seen. Im. Thru.
It's okay for basic information. But the app still need work on selecting the birth date. Make it easier to select the year of my birth please and I have no way to change my profile picture and please give us a way to save the password to memory. So we don't have to keep typing it in every time we log into the app.
If I could give it a zero or even a negative number, I would!!! I got in long enough to see a message about my labs. Then it kicked me out. Now when I try to log on it says "Network error encountered. Please try again." Very frustrating! I'm uninstalling because it is useless to me!!!
A barely functional app. Only installed it because the web portal has a bug in the registration page which makes it impossible to sign up. Focus on creating a stable product before looking into polish.
Horrible!! I havent been able to access the portal in about 4 days. It says * network error *. I then tried to reset my password several times & kept getting an error that my email address doesnt exist!! I have uninstalled & reinstalled and still the same errors!!
Same issues with having to scroll back to birth year. Frustrating!! Also keep getting invalid login. It should work across all of your devices and it does not. Can login on laptop but not on iPad. Also frustrating.
Horrible app. Nothing gets fixed despite all the complaints. The text box to send messages is black and the text is dark grey, so you can't even see what you are typing. Who actually thought this was a good idea? I'm sure this will be ignored too.
The calendar to enter your birth date is ridiculous! It should be a dropdown menu that allows user to pick the appropriate dates. Users shouldn't have to scrill through 70 years to get to a birth date of 1945. I was registering my mom, and to have to scroll that far back was frustrating for me, and I'm not even close to 70 years. So, imagine what older persons go through. Can you even begin to comprehend that it's both inconvenient and annoying as hell?! Hopefully, you make this change.
It is terrible. When I make it to the physician, I intend to express my frustration. I am stuck in a loop. Over and over. After days of being told my password was wrong. NO. It is right. When I got to reset, IT WOULD NOT LET ME RESET BECAUSE IT WAS THE SAME PASSWORD. Now I am in a loop installing over and over. Still can't get to my messages about my appointment. Wasting my time!!!
I can't even install the app. It keeps giving me an error. I've tried over WiFi and without WiFi. My phone is set up to download apps over either. I've also restarted my phone and it still will not download.
Can't get it to work. Unable to get it to even let me attempt to sign in. Keeps throwing a network error. My network is fine for everything else. I've uninstalled & reinstalled. No luck. Then again, their website is wonky too.
App is easy enough to use for what I need to do with it. I like that I can access my PCP's Health Records on my phone and see test results. Getting the PIN for my account from my Doctor's Office was the only thing I didn't like, but there has to be a way to verify someone's identity for Medical Records, so I understand it.
Terrible. Does not get messages. No more messaging to phone. Meds not updated. Appointments not all there and ones that are are not in order. Reported to facility about issues this morning. This app is useless
Unable to attach anything to a message when emailing my PCP thru phone app. There is no option for attachment thru the phone app. Message field VERY small when typing in a message in phone app.
The latest update would not install, I tried the suggested remedies and nothing worked. I uninstalled the app and it won't install this way either. Anyone else have this problem? I have an LG V30 and haven't had any problems with any other apps. Scott
Every time I try to login it says my password is wrong. I reset it and get a "shiny new password" try to login and it says it is wrong. This patientportal has been clunky and impossible to use from the get go. Very frustrated. Not at all user friendly.☹️
I don't know what it wants for a pen is it numeric or is it alphabet. they want no special characters so how am I supposed to create a pin that is 10 characters? It keeps saying that it's invalid no matter what I put in just to set up an account not going to use this app cuz I can't create an account.
I love this app, but.. I just tried to update and it won't let me. Google play store said to uninstall and reinstall it. So I tried, now I can't reinstall it. This sucks, because this is how I keep up with my kid's Dr. :(
I'm unable to rate the app higher as I don't have a clear understanding of how to use the app. For instance, what does the "Set as Active Profile" link on the Children listing do?
Well, this app is awful. I have MyChart with another hospital, and it's like day and night. Just talked to a technician to try to get this app sorted out...and he told me there are a lot of reported problems with it. Uhgg
The app is ok for viewing labs, msgs & appts. When trying to request a prescription refill, the message that appears is larger than the screen & you can't scroll down to see what is at the end. I assume that's where you actually submit your request. The email feature is useless in that you can't reply to messages and have to select from the drop down list of every provider, which may not include who you are responding to. On site, they ask you to send all requests via the app. Not helpful.
