I can NEVER get the back of the check to focus in order to do mobile deposit. The front of the check is always super clear but when it come time for me to take a picture of the back it always unfocuses the image. It makes feel like throwing my phone because it is sooooooooo frustrating. How many time do i have to re take a picture. And its not like there is an option to manually take and upload i have to rely on the app. Please find a software to take the pictures. Thanks

Longtime Patriot member (20+ years) and first app review I have ever written on the Play Store. I contacted them about an issue with their app after an Android update, they sent it to their IT department, and within 5 days time there was an update for the app released. 10/10 will definitely be using Patriot for another 20 years.

love the transfer and bill pay features. very responsive. Great upgrades to the features in Nov 2019.

The app doesn't open. It keeps telling me to reboot my phone. Ever since I updated my Android this is all it does. Annoying.

Great app, love it. I just wish you could see the times of transactions. I have direct deposit but no clue what time it hits my account. Please add the feature. Thank you👍

After this current update I updated the app and now it is saying it still needs an update for me to use the app. I've already updated it. Please fix this bug.

I have updated my app but still have no transactions on my mobile banking since Oct. 21st, 2021. I never had any issues before your update.

I love this app is very easy to use and direct deposit is a great option 👌 👍🏽 the check is clear Thursday midnight to Friday also I love the way how to making transfers between my accounts 😀 👍🏽👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

I'm trying to do a mobile deposit of a check and keep seeing the target screen can't be shown.I must check "ok". So, how do I deposit the check? I'm giving one star because there's no 0 stars.

Usually no issues unless trying to do Mobile deposit. Usually fails or errors out.

Mobile deposits is still not working but everything else is great.

Very user friendly. Love the remote deposit.

Wish you had more options with the accounts.. you can view your accounts but thats about it.
