App crashes when I click on Parking for an event. Pixel 3 Android 9. EDIT: Found the bug. If the phone is rotated to landscape and landscape mode is not system enabled (meaning 90 degree rotated phone is cureently displaying the app in portrait mode) when the user selects 'Parking' in the App the App tries to flip to Landscape mode and then crashes. To reproduce, turn phone horizontal (with app still vertical) and click on 'Parking'. Issue is actually in ParkWhiz.

This is a horrible app and yet it appears to be the only way to access my season tickets for the games. In week 1, the app didn't work and after contacting them, they fixed it. Again in week 3, the app was again broken. I had to borrow someone's iPhone while in line and log in to access my tickets. Guess I'm required to have an iPhone to get into the games.

If you are going to force us to use mobile ticketing, you could have made your app less trash. It doesn't connect half the time, forces you to sign in several times, and is extremely unreliable. I've been to Atlanta for a game and their app runs rings around yours despite beng developed earlier.

I have tried two weeks in a row to sell my tickets and cannot get past the price screen. It just won't do anything at all. In addition, it crashes frequently and I need to sign in again. At least with the recent update it brings you to a sign in screen. Before I had to Uninstall and reinstall.

Just tried to open the app and it states that there is a required update. When I go to the app Google Play Store, it says there is not an update. I tried to uninstall & reinstall and now it says my device (Samsung Galaxy S8 Active) is not supported. This is unacceptable considering the home opener is tomorrow. The new digital ticket system is total garbage. Fix the app now and bring back the paper tickets.

For something critical that we are forced to use to gain entry into the stadium, this is the worst application ever. 3 of the 4 of us have had issues where we intermittently can't see our tickets. One is still unresolved.

App does not reset. I keep getting a prompt that I need to sign in again every time I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the screen goes white and freezes. This is how we are to manage our tickets, through an app that doesn't respond?

Terrible app on Android. We can't count on our season tickets showing up in the app. We often have to go wait in line at the ticket windows to have game tickets texted to us. Friends with the iPhone version of the app don't have this problem.

This App does NOT WORK on my Pixel 4 phone. What a waste! As a season ticket member this is the only way I can access my tickets to go to the game. Now every time I go to Gillette I need to find a person to help me so they can text my tickets to me (after going through security, but before getting to a ticket scanning person). Come on Kraft family. You can do better than this.

I have literally installed this app 25+ times. The app freezes whenever I click "Manage Tickets". It just DOES NOT WORK. Terrible idea not having ANY printed tickets this season. 35 year season ticket holder. Never even got a letter telling me I wouldn't receive printed tickets this season.

Bad experience can't lower ticket price week#1, 2.5 hrs till game time!!!!!!!!! Now week#6 same issue once again. I can't lower my ticket price will not accept the "save" option. Last time patriots ticket office told me to cancel it. That was a bad move because then it prevented me from posting them all together.

Can't access tickets. Finally let me in about 10 minutes before game time on opening day. I'm now trying to reinstall to see if that helps. 27yr season ticket holder, and this is the worst experience getting into the stadium since Kraft owned the team. Never mind the pork pull at the gate with scanners not scanning holding up the lines.

Garbage. White screens whenever trying to access tickets. From other comments, this is obviously a common issue that has been going on for weeks without resolution. Apparently not a priority.

Guest service assistant (AWESOME in trying to help)said two brands of device are having trouble signing in!!! You FORCE US TO USE MOBILE TICKETING AND THEN I HAVE TO SPEND 2 HOURS ON MY OWN, THEN 30 MINUTES WITH GILLETTE ASSISTANT BEFORE FINALLY GETTING IN THE GAME. VERY,VERY,VERY BAD START. Buggy and dysfunctional. The sign in never works. It always says it appears my internet connection is offline. It is the only app I have loaded that has NEVER worked.

This absolute fecal matter app is required for season tickets, yet times out with no message on how to fix the problem. That's an insult to feces though because that at least has useful attributes, like diagnosing disease and fertilizer. This has none of those qualities.

This app is seriously straight trash. Despite an obvious connection when trying to get the tickets "transfered" from ticketmaster, the app tells me I'm offline. Having the stadium only accept this form off ticket is extremely frustrating.

New version same results, says I am not connected to the internet. Not a good way to treat season ticket holders. This needs to get fixed. Very inconvenient.

Can't access my tickets won't let me sign in. I was told that they are updating the app by the author. Fine when working, nightmare when not. It's a nightmare right now

As a season ticket holder for a top notch team this APP is a complete disappointment! Tix link usually does not load, have had to delete and reload APP many times!

Can't login. Bought new phone to support this app. Now when I try to login in it freezes. Have tried the uninstall restart phone reinstall cycle several times

Can't use this silly app to sell my tickets, keeps freezing up on the set your price screen and won't allow me to move forward to the payment method.

Did the NEW update squashed a few bug fix and Ticketmaster update still doesn't work on my S10+. MY TICKETS, MANAGE TICKETS freeze can't see nothing cannot edit tickets sell even before updates. Ticket season holder

Can't access tickets associated to me. Was working before latest update and now it's not. If it isn't broken, don't fix it.

App froze. Had to go to help desk to access my tickets. Don't use this app to get into a Patriots game. It is the worst.

Describe my experience? Stinking app doesn't work on Androids. Shame on the Administration at Gillette. It's 2021. This CAN be corrected.
