It's broken again - unintall/reinstall, hate having to do this every week. Service errors left right. Its now rendered useless 100%! Getting old and thinking of just logging in through a browser and scrapping the app
Uninstalling and ending my subscription by the end of the month. The truck drivers are great but the gig driver kept $30 worth of my groceries. The missing items got redelivered the next day to the wrong house and was still missing items. Bring the truck drivers back and don't order groceries here until they do because you won't get what you order.
First experience with delivery was great. Since then I have had nothing but issues with trying to get delivery. I selected and it forces me into something else like pickup instead. I called the actual Albertsons this morning and they said over we don't deliver at this location. After I told the woman that I've been getting delivery from there she insisted that I couldn't and gave me a different phone number this is so frustrating
The app is buggy and the service sucks. Don't plan any meals that require specific ingredients, because they probably won't all show up. Expect long waits for phone support too.
This app is a terrible user experience. For being such a big player in the market, you guys can do better than this. A lot more attention needs to go into usability. Being able to order groceries to be delivered to my door is a massive technological undertaking, but the app shouldn't be this far below industry standards.
Why in the world wouldn't you Devs name this app Pavilions to pop up in the App Drawer. Who the heck would remember that the Pavilions app is called *Delivery & Pickup". I go to look for Pavilions and always have to come back here to launch it....🙄
Bugs and UI issues, I should have rebuilt my cart from scratch or gone to the website the moment I noticed the Remove button instead deleted the next item on the list. Now instead of milk and eggs, I have 40 tortillas and 5 loaves of bread.
I use it almost every week but it does have glitchy issues that are frustrating and I have to log in online...which then doesn't transfer all that i just shopped for on my phone app.
App works but DELIVERY is terrible! They fired their drivers and now use 3rd party delivery. Lately those drivers simply cancel without going to the store. Then Pavilions cancels your order and DOESN'T TELL YOU. No text message, nothing.
So easy to find what I need! Love that it saves my previous orders, offers coupons - pretty much click and go shopping.
I recommend this program or app over using doordash or any of those other services for one simple reason doordash and those other delivery services don't give you the in-store price unless the price in the store is higher in other words they're a rip-off.
UPDATE: NOT SO GOOD WITH PANDEMIC AND EXCESS USERS OF APPS AND SPECIFIC BRANDS SEEM A STOCKING ISSUE. Good Pavilions home delivery app. Not 100%, but good RESPONSE TO MY UPDATED REVIEW: Been a regular happy Vons/Pavilions Home Delivery with HUNDREDS OF ORDERS OVER MANY YEARS. 1. No longer any "free delivery deals" 2. Never got all discounts in store pricing, but now prices higher with almost no deals. 3. Outsourcing VONS DELIVERY VAN for Personal Car Service which has inexperienced people.
You can't access the weekly ad or sale items, it just funnels you to delivery. This is the worst app I've ever seen.
Too much to add extra of the same item. Not user friendly at all. going to whole foods instacart.
No problems as long as you are patient and understand that it is not the same as shopping in store. What you get as subs may not be what you would have chosen. But everyone seems to be really trying to help. Its a life saver for me. Thank you!
Awesome app and Customer Service! Has been a life saver for me for several years. I'm homebound and no longer drive.
Love using this app to shop. Very convenient for us. Just wish when I delete a product it actually disappears from my list.
I really use it in West Hollywood ! Pavilions is the best service, Meat is great Produce is so fresh I don't know why I Did it the Old way for 30 years. Thank goodness
I can't use the chat feature on the app for tech support because the app doesn't even seem to be installed on my phone.
My favorite food market. Always fresh and excellent prices. Much lower than Ralph's and cleaner and their produce, veggies and meats are always fresh and they have an amazing organic selection. Much more than Ralph's. Can you tell I dont really care for Ralph's.
It was easy to find the items I needed but it was difficult to see the pictures of the products and they were very blurry.
Absolutely worthless app, no delivery or pick out times are available don't waste your time!!
I order and have groceries delivered for my son that attends UCLA and they are always ontime everything is packaged perfect.

Worst customer service ever. I placed my order for $86. they charge my card 150. waited all.day for my order. they then try to charge it for $86 they had already charged it for 150!!! so it declined card. now they wont bring my order. talking to the idiot on the phone was like talking to dog poop. so they have my $150 and I have no groceries. what a RIP off
They stopped using Vons refrigerated delivery trucks which were GREAT, now only using Doordash drivers who SUCK! After a year going to try another store.
can't add comment for delivery directions to my order anymore. amex cards don't work. Service Error No enum constant...
too many bugs. please use whatever target uses. best app ever is target.
This app is a joke an be just incredibly frustrating to use. Prices on a given item often change from one screen to the next and discounts are inconsistently applied on your final bill, even when they appear on your checkout screen when you confirm your order. Also, it wastes tons of time by showing you items and allowing them to be added to your cart, only to say that the item 'is no longer available' as soon as you go to checkout. Whomever is responsible for this app really needs to be fired.
