Dont work it wants to open stuff in my settings and when i try and grant access it wont let me. And my friends tell me you need to pay another $7 to open the rest of the game its over priced for not much 😠😡
I don't know about this game it is not a really good game. If you guys who made the game can fix it I will put loved it.
My son loves the game but been waiting for over an hour after purchasing the additional levels. Still not on there.
It helps if a $7 app does something more than getting my kids hope up for nothing but a black screen!

In app purchases not working. Says I am not logged in to my Google account but I am. For a fairly pricey game (considering what you get), the programmers should be paying better attention to buyer comments/issues.
I downloaded this on my tablet and all it does it freeze.
Update that added tracker has corrupted other pup games. I don't see a fix?
I downloaded this game for my son without looking at the reviews because he loves the show I figured he would love the game but it doesn't load up when I click on the app I am very disappointed that it is not working
I brought this game awhile ago and its worked fine. It is a great game and my boys love it. Even brought the everest expansion. Now i cant restore purchases after reinstalling onto my phone. Says i need to log into my google account but i am logged in. I have reinstalled it a few times and still doesnt work. Dissapointed i can't access the content which i have already paid for. I can't even buy the new content. It says avaliable for unknown so i figure the in app purchases are not working. Please fix!!!!!
I bought this game on another device and it worked fine I updated it unlock the levels. I had to repurchase it on my new phone couldn't even find the game in the App Store when I did find it I had to repurchase it and it will not let me unlock levels says I'm not signed into my Google account and I know I am so what am I supposed to do because your app is not working
Does not work and screen goes fuzzy and won't show game
Only 3 levels for $7.00, but even if I wanted to unlock extra levels for my kids I can't. My kids profiles are restricted profiles. On restricted profiles purchases from the Play Store are not allowed. If you want to purchase the additional levels then you have to let your kids play on your profile. That defeats the purpose of having restricted profiles. The game is too expensive for what it offers and is not family friendly since it doesn't allow expansion on restricted profiles.
Not impressed that for $7 you only get 3 levels. On top of that, they want me to pay MORE $ to unlock the 4th level. Would appreciate a refund. Not worth the money for us. Let me know if you add more content for free... this approach to game costs is not family friendly.

Installs fine, can enter name, but here's my problem. I have 3 kids with 3 tablets. I unlocked your $2 level with everest. Works on 1tablet. I go to put the level on the other 2 and it errors out. Says I bought it, but won't restore purchase or even acknowledge it to install. Overpriced, but my kids love it. Fix it and you've got a 5 star.
My son loved this game. The last update no longer works. It says the file is incompatible

I wished he had more missions.
After buying this on my phone (high price for the content) I had to then pay for it AGAIN to get it on the tablet. Ridiculous. They say its because its the HD version, but the game is rendered in a 3D engine, which means they didn't have to create additional assets for the HD version, which essentially means they're forcing people to buy it twice with no valid reason.
Please contact me. I can't get past the "enter your name" on any of my android devices. Considering this issues goes back to August in the comments thread. I'm shock that my children are victim to your failure to resolve this. I would appreciate either guidance to satisfy my children and make this EXPENSIVE app work, or a FULL REFUND.
My son had this on an older tablet, it wouldn't work, just kept saying loading. Figuring it was the tablet we downloaded it on a new tablet we recently purchased. It still never gets past the loading screen. We're very disappointed and I doubt we'll bother buying any other apps from the same creator.
I love this game so much I have a question Nickelodeon will you be adding Rex to the game in the next update and if so who will he be paired with and does he actually become the 9th member of the PAW Patrol
