It's great but it's lacking two things that could make it the best site for lost/found dogs. If the option to select a breed through search and colors. I have helped 3 people find their dogs on this site and would love to help so many more but it's hard to search hours upon hours through posts of dogs not matching breed or same coat colors. That's the only thing really missing from this site. I know not everyone knows every breed but an option for those who do would help

Listed my cat, and you have to pay for any features that may actually help and those only last for so long then you have to pay again. But I get tons and tons of email notifications about missing and found dogs. It's good for maybe a 30 day "campaign" but past that your animal will be at the bottom of the list without paying regularly.

So many pets being listed, must keep paying weekly for visibility of your lost pet. You can receive daily emails of Missing/Found pets - nice and can get exhausting as there's no opt to filter notifications you receive based on your search. Alot of fraud, on the app and your phone# changes everytime you click "contact owner" usually a disc'd phone#. When you contact they say, "we warned you about fraud". I've had 2 new credit cards due to this. No way to edit app listing, must email them.

This app along with next-door app was recommended to me by the local Animal shelter after losing our cat. The help and advice we got from other pet owners helped us do what we needed to find her after being missing for almost 5 days. Thank you everyone!

Pawboost is a great tool for searching for a missing pet. When my two cats disappeared, I was a mess. Pawboost helped create missing posts on Facebook for my babies. They were found within 48 hours, but I felt so much better knowing that there were well-constructed alerts on social media, and lots of folks who genuinely cared about the situation.

This site is awesome. I was able to filter the results more detailed and saw my listing has been running. I'm so happy. Thank you for all that you do!

Very useful app. Needs to allow searches for pets listed more than 1 yr ago. The sort & filter feature using desktop view needs to be larger.

They're very informative and update you what they can when they can however they keep posting the wrong address for the lost sight even though I'm in putting it correctly therefore it makes the flyers no good

You automatically added a zip code, which is the wrong one, and no matter how many times I go in and change it you keep updating with incorrect zip code. I added a message but the message doesn't appear either. How can I find my baby if you won't display correct info?

Great app for lost & found animals but I'm rating it 4 stars because I believe there are a couple of improvements that need to be made. First, it would be very helpful if there was an icon to touch on the app, that would open your post and allow you to edit with updated information. Also it would save people scrolling time if the posts were listed in time order from when they were posted or updated.

App doesn't work right. I'll get an alert notification on my phone "Buddy has gone missing near you" or whatever. I click on the notification and get shown a totally different animal that got lost 20 miles away and 9 months ago. Worthless. App should automatically sort in reverse chronological order and based on my current approximate location. I can't understand why it doesn't do this.

All in all, a wonderful service. There are some little things that would make it better, e.g., offer a free service for people who dont have money in their budget for a lost pet. Of course it would include fewer of services listed in the most inexpensive service. And it would make it easier to make chsnges in an individual's profile data, e.g., zip code. My cat is missing and i am using the service.

It looks like it could be a great app, but it very badly designed. How can I post a dog that I just found?!!! This app is very confusing, and continuesly takes me to a place where I can post a pet that is lost... For example try posting a second pet that you found, it is impossible. Also, only allows to upload jus one photo, and impossible to edit the posting if something needs to be changed. You definetelly need to improve it, and it does need a lot...

I want to give it a higher review since I think it's important that people have somewhere to turn for help from the community when a pet goes missing or is found. Unfortunately the app is buggy at best and practically useless at its worst. Filters don't seem to work and there is no way to sort results. Why would you want to see animals that were lost or found weeks or months ago before animals just posted? I always get 2 notifications rather than 1 and I have not found a way to fix this.

I think the app is a great idea! However if you made categories for either the breed of dog/cat or the weight of the dog/cat, i believe it would be much easier to use. I have spent hours looking for a lost dog and i had to keep quiting and going back. Just to start all over again.but otherwise kudos to you, god bless

I would give it zero stars if I could. Takes advantage of upset pet owners and then charges a ridiculous price for their "service," which amounts to automated facebook spam. Also riddled with scams.

It is a good lost & found app, but it needs to have a comment section on each post to relay info found elsewhere or in paw boost, but on another post, at least a copy & paste, for site addresses, the email connection is ok, but not enough, a quick note could speed things up... P.S. This new watermark... Unnessasary... Ruins photo quality (blurred)... Ahhh... right smack in the middle of the photo...Really? Bad idea... But if you have to have it at least put it in a corner...🥴 Thanks💛🎃

Ever since it updated, I haven't seen any pets, Lost or Found. If I go to the app, it says "No pets found". I can only see pets via a notification that click, but can't see any other ones. I do delivery all around town and used to check it daily so I see if I spotted any missing pets while I was out, but now I can't. I hope to see this resolved soon!

Great that people can post lost and found animals however it's hard to search through the found animals when they aren't in order from most recent and descend from there. Please fix so pet owners and searchers can make the most of reuniting pets

Our pitt was lost for 2 days and she has been safely returned!! The wonderful people kept her safe and fed and warm! This is hands down the most fantastic app I have ever downloaded!

Needs a way to sort by most recent posts. I'd like to keep up with viewing which pets have been posted, but sometimes the most recently added ones are all the way at the bottom. I don't want to scroll through the entire feed, so it'd be nice if I could sort them to see most recently missing pets on top of the feed

The online website is not this difficult to log into. I've never had this difficulty before on previous installations, but every time I've tried to log in, it keeps saying incorrect login and refuses to accept the login id or the password. I've emailed support and got response. Uninstalled app. I'll just stick to the emails I get from website rather than keep using app

ETA Took away one more star cuz Pawboost took one full year to respond to my review. ONE YEAR to the day! I hope y'all don't treat your pets with the same disregard as you do your customers/users. Original review: Tried to add a found dog. Entered in all the information. But when the app asked for a pic I went out of it to take one and came back to add only to find that my post had not been saved at all. I had to start all over again. WTH! I'm not going to add all the information all over again. Hope the lost dog find its way home some other way. Deleting this app.

Grateful to have this free service but I would really like to know which vet clinics and rescues are receiving the alerts so I don't waste time and resources delivering fliers and contacting the same places. It would also be extremely helpful to sort by date, species, color, and gender. Location is inaccurate, but if that can be fixed then please add the option to see pets within a radius. Facebook alerts cost extra.

I'm glad they are doing what they are doing..but despite adding filters to limit notifications within a 10 mile zone..I am still getting notifications from South Florida, literally hundreds of miles from where I live. Which means pretty much constantly there is a lost or found baby. Annoying.

Within 10 minutes I had 3 hackers saying they found my dog and wanted a Google verification code.

Super easy, only open and found the list...Lost and Found pets🐾. Thanks team.💗

Hol. C. Jul 5, 2021

When I click on the filter to look at cats only, it gives me dogs to look at. App doesn't give the option of being able to find a pet by microchip number. The app does let you do flyers for free and that flyer is immediately posted to Facebook. App does not allow more than one pic to be posted. App doesn't show part of microchip #. Have to click on Facebook post to get full details of pet. Takes a lot of time when trying to match a pet lost w/found one.

I just wish animal shelters would answer the phone currently my dog was found but I can't even walk into the building without appointment

Sam. C. Jan 7, 2022

The app does not sort the most recently posted animals to the top, which makes for a very painful search each time you use it. If you've lost your dog, this is valuable time that could be used elsewhere. On top of that, the packages are obscenely priced. They last for 7 days, and don't even guarantee 'featured' pets when you pay for them to be. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of the community. It did work to get people sharing and trying to help one another.
