I lost my pet and then I reported her missing on app. She was found one hour later but now the app won't let me end search. Just getting error. I contacted customer support because my partner and I are receiving many text msgs from app saying she's around every two minutes. No real response from creators. My partner gave up and deleted the app. Hoping maybe someone can fix the bug soon!

This is absolutely horrible.... It does not work.. once pet gets more then 5 feet away it looses signal. All you will accomplish by purchasing this is wasting money and time.

Last 1/2 hr I've been trying to login to just set it up..... keeps saying something went wrong please try again. Once I got to a screen to add a pet before I got the error. Restarted phone, reinstalled app.... pretty rare to have something this bad right out of the box.

2/27/22 FULL 12/27/21 Great update notification! Now, please add system for deceased pets. We don't wish to delete our dear poodle & transferred his new tag to the Yorkie. Maybe something like the AKC RE unite? Thanks again ! 10/26 Update, again, no notification but battery notification is at least daily. Hope both are bug fixes. Sept: Won't auto update; not clear when batteries are failing. Just replace batteries every three months to avoid lengthy problem solving. Check for updates then, also!

It's an awesome idea, but I have alot of land. And my dog can literally be about 20 feet away and the tracker says he's out of range. I even subscribed for pro and it didn't change anything.

Just changed battery was working, not 8 hours later cannot find tag. It always disconnects and loses the tag consistently. Now it won't find it and I can't seem to repair it. Super frustrating

I enjoyed this app for a while but I'm starting to realize that the batteries don't last at all for very long and not only that but they aren't that durable either and so I'm probably just going to be looking for a new tracker for both of my dogs not only that but I think a 300 yard range isn't even that useful.

So this product was literally a waste of money... and I bought 2! It's not at all what I was needing as my phone went off every 10 seconds saying my dogs were gone then they were back- they never left the yard!! I would return them and get my $40 back but one broke off my little dog and got lost! Total waste!! If I knew how to get a refund I would!

We bought it to try it out because it is light and we have a 5lb Maltese. It dangles from his collar, and the other pieces are too big to use around his collar. But it does not work anyhow. It only goes maybe 30 feet! You might only find your dog if he gets lost in your own house.

I love this product!!! I take my puppy to an open space in the neighborhood every evening to play with his friends. There are times when he goes into the brush where I can't see him and all I need to do is access his tracker to find him. It also comes in real handy if he manages to get through our backyard fence. I'm able to locate him that way, also. Gives me such peace of mind to know I can locate him. Thanks for this wonderful product!!!

It doesn't work. The tag won't register unless your pet is near you, which completely defeats the purpose of the tag. And they automatically set a withdrawal and do not warn you of the bill. Fraud, theft, and completely useless! Stay away!

"With Someone" is not helpful feedback from the app. Please remove this feature, and just give me a distance.my wife and I use to be able to triangulate using both our phones, but now we just get that stupid "With Whoever" message, and it is infuriating.

I wrote a review not too long ago..our pawscout had an update today and now saying battery is low and it cannot update. Going on a trip in the morning and we have someone watching our pup. This was added reassurance. This is unfortunate.

Dont waste your money!!! I just bought this and can tell in the first 5 minutes that it's a joke. I'm pretty sure this is just a novelty item and not meant to be used to actually know where your pet is at all times or locate them when missing. This app does not and cannot do what it promises unless your pet is basically on your lap. Apparently my dog can't be located even though I can see it in the back yard 🙄 If the store doesn't take this back and refund me, the company needs to.

It will only work if your pet is within 300 ft from you and outside. If he were to have been taken inside someone's house even next door, or is down at the end of the street, it won't work. Also, the app runs in the background and will kill your phone battery even if you're not currently using the app. This was a waste of my money and time. I'm disappointed 😞.

I've been trying for hours to get this thing working but, it won't work it only works some of the time. It's I stupid problem Please help.

Totally useless. If you haven't already bought the tag then don't. I wasted 19.99 only to realize this only works off Bluetooth and poorly at that. Outside of ten to fifteen feet you can't find your animal. My dog isn't exactly a set of keys. If I'm within that distance then I'll know where he is. But even within that fifteen foot distance it'll tell me he's 70 feet away in the wrong direction, so make that make sense. Very disappointed. **** I use it outside. Way to make it like it's my fault.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Bought the tag at Walmart.. was weary because it didn't say much on the package but for $15 I should have known better.. Uninstalling this app that I had to give wayyy to much permission to for it to not work. It keeps saying something went wrong. Returning the tag back to Walmart.
