To enable me to gain access to a vet via the app i needed to change the default web browser on my pc/tablet/phone FIRST to chrome not edge I then deleted the app and reinstalled, I assume to a later version. At this point I could establish a link - video and voice with a vet. Why the app was designed with a specific Web browser is beyond me. Also, why doesn't the app update itself automatically?
The vet is amazing. But this app has got increasingly worse. It needs some emergency surgery to sort out the booking and messaging options. I want to message the vet. I do not need an appointment or video call but the messaging and instant text options not working.
Video consult was impossible as sound was echoing and frequent squealing noises. Had to do chat consult instead with vet making immediate decision based on just one photo that did not show the extent of the problem fully. Not sure this is the way forward.
I downloaded the app because I was told my Yumove subscription entitled me to use it for free. I can't see how to register and the functions (text chat/video) don't work when I click them. So pretty useless really.
Incomplete list of partners in app so can't select YuMove from the partner program list - guess that as the app hasn't been updated since 2019 it's now classed as abandonware?
What a waste of time. First I couldn't actually link to a booked appointment through the app. Then I tried a consultation and was left for 2 hours with a screen saying connecting you now, there is one person ahead if you. I never got connected. I then accessed the service via the web site. Only to be told to take my dog to a vet, with a scary implied negative diagnosis, no differential diagnosis suggested. So complete waste of time. By the way I did go and see a real vet and turns out the dog.
Considering you arent getting an actual consultation (the ability to check a dogs vitals/examine them properly) I find this app expensive! £20 for a text chat consult - not even video call! My vets consult is £30 so really not much of a difference - I dont really get the point? They cant even give proper diagnosis. Monthly price isnt any better my vets offers a program same price and you get all vaccinations, one free health check, nail clipping and percentage off treatment!? Needs a re-think.
Can't get anything to sign me in or do anything but scroll left or right! Using a Huawei Mate 20 Pro smartphone. So much for getting it free with my Lintbells subscription
Brilliant service, better than seeing a vet in person in some cases.
The app work waste of time but a great idea works OK on my laptop and used on 2 occasions With good advice
Uninstalled as it wouldn't work on my android, and had neither of my 2 dogs breeds.

The messaging a vet function does not work. I press submit and nothing happens. This is a fairly important feature for an app used for contacting vets.

I received an email saying some people had log in problems but app was now fixed, but when I tried I can't log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't log in. Pity I can't give zero stars. Even 1 star hasn't been earned!
