Pax Vapor

Super frustrating. It keeps not finding pod information or when it does, it deletes it and keeps me from being able to set it as my active pod, so I can't actually log my usage, which is supposed to be the entire point of that feature. Honestly, the app doesn't help. At all. I would rather have a dumb battery that has fewer things that can go wrong. Sadly, the pods, battery, and app do not work well together. It probably works better if you ignore the app and just use it as a vape pen.

I do love my Pax Era Pro, but the app to device connection is atrocious. I basically have to re-pair my Pax every other time I want to use it. One time it flat out wouldn't connect and I found some trick online where you plug in to charge and unplug the device 3 times to get to connect again... Lovely product, very inconvenient app. Wouldn't be so upsetting if the device didn't literally rely on the connection.

I just wish pods were more easily and widely available in my area. *UPDATE* App no longer works, devices (Pax3 and Era Pro) no longer reliably connect, especially the Era Pro. This app used to work fine, now it is absolutely trash.

Needs work, keeps disconnecting which makes the find my pod a useless. Everything else is neat though,dose control I like, temp control I like as well, and the safety lock is good too except the fact the era disconnects from the app too much.

I like the idea of this app. It seems to have lots of potential. I like how it interfaces with my device. It would be nicer if the content was more geared toward my device. There’s a whole section for helping users find pods for a specific model that is not mine. It'd be cool if the products advertised were compatible with the device(s) registered.

I really like the pinpoint control of the temperature settings through the app. The response to the PAX is instant, plus you can control the puff from micro on up. Great system and app. Would definitely recommend. The cartridges are more advanced than anything else that I've used. Definitely recommend to those looking for a better quality puff and the cartridges last quite a while so you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

PAX Era pro. I love the connectivity, the ability to FIND my device is a huge 8 out of 5 stars. I love the ability to set dosage and temp. Sleek, slim design is great. I would have given a 5 star rating If the device/app would have the ability to calculate for us how much of the cartridge has been used and how much of the product remains. a percentage maybe? The other issue is that at times the device will not let you inhale correctly, like the product is "stuck"?

The app turned my pax 3 into a paper weight. It was working fine for over a year. Connected the app for the first time and after about a minute of playing with some settings, it died. It won't turn on or charge. We'll see how customer service responds. I wish I never downloaded this stupid app. You really don't need it.

I love the device, all the information PAX is packed with. it's discreet and unique. One downfall is you have to be relatively close for the Bluetooth connection. Love the find my pax feature!

Opens up another Pax dimension. It shows what your sevice can really do, with auto cooling/heating for efficiency and pre-programmed settings to maximize your sesh. Well programed and easy to use: only request would be if you could change the app home screen to something more informative/warmer. Ive had this for several months and snubbed the app, but this has really given me an appreciation of how finely tuned the Pax can be. A new buddy indeed :)

The app isn't optimized for the smartphone but once you figure it out its pretty cool. allows you to set the temp, choose length of session, shows you the strength of your inhale and let's you know when its ready to use again. Overall a great app, but needs better mobile access. Specifically I couldn't read all of the error message when setting a password to setup my account. I went online to their website instead and found out I needed a symbol in my password. This wasn't visible to me in app

Great app to get all the information about pods and strains. isn't very fast and doesn't always register new pods, sometimes glitches and forgets dose control and set temps.

Works as described, usually. Minor glitches in the app. Some features are not accessible. Still, this is a really neat device that is easy to use.

Seems to work just fine for the most part, other than regular disconnections from the device at times. My s7edge seems to alert me it's using a crazy amount of CPU bandwidth. Never had any app do that yet, and is imagine this pax app should be rather lite compared to other more intensive ones... Overall like the device, but the app needs streamlining and to be less busy. Simple is best and this app is not. Wish I could have the basic temp controll functions of this app, without this app...

I have 2 Pax Era pens. I have one in the bed room with my night time relaxing pod & session set. the other I cart around when my anxiety kicks in & I adjust the session accordingly. the app is really easy to use & pairs with both pens easily.

it's great to connect your pod to the phone and rate them to see which ones you liked, and why. it also has a "find my pax" device finder when it's misplaced. lots of info in the app about devices and pods. I have the bigger pax and smaller Bluetooth. I've had all of them at one point or another, love it all! very durable. my first was only replaced when it went thru the washer and dryer.

a pretty good app, has some connections issues, and doesn't always want to connect to saved devices. but a better version than Apple

Downloaded this because i thought i could find my pax through it. Sadly its only for era pro. Add where u can find with buzz, distance meter and all those extra features on era pro for era regular. Luckily i found it just by looking.

Ok this is a super sleek device and nifty app with a handful of informational information at your finger tips that you may or may not be interested in about your strain you have inserted as well as a visual aid of the temperature your using and a way to dial in your personal temperature. I was told there was a way the pod would set itself to it's ideal temperature but I haven't discovered that yet if it's there. Overall you can't get better. Pax all encompassing! ❤️

Love the PAX 3, but the app is virtually unusable. I am a new user & have no experience with previous versions of the app. I can pair my Note 9 just fine, but the app is unstable & crashes; unable to select dynamic modes. This is really sad considering the price of the PAX 3. Update: Much better now. Update 2: 5 stars.

A snazzy smart vape system but the app can be a little iffy sometimes (not syncing on first launch, inability to set any searched pod as the current pod if previously done so).

I have a Pax era pro and I love the companion app. I wouldn't typically download an app for something like this, nor would I typically purchase proprietary systems. However, you can set recommended strain temps, control dosage, view strain information and lab reports. I would like to see more varieties in my area and finding stores with pods in stock more easily through the app.

PLEASE! Keep Updating The App To Include Even More Features and Setting Options In The Very Near Future, That Would Be So Awesome and Make The Pen/App Interaction So Much Better!! Updated review! Great app, but in app access to FAQs would be extremely useful for the Era Pro. Before reading that, I couldnt figure out why my temp setting wouldn't stay put. The FAQ explains how to change temp w/o the app. Dose control on Era Pro is a game changer for theraputic use! Locks intake to 1-4 doses regardless of temp setting. One dose at default temp takes literally seconds. A lot less mess, smell, and time than my Pax 3 (which I also love; efficiency and boost modes!)

The Pax Era, combined with the Pax app, gives the vaper CONTROL over the experience--- the number of doses, temperature, etc. And it also provides significant info on things like the specific strain, whether it's an Indica, Sativa, or hybrid, and what effects the strain is known for. The experience is great! Smooth & controlled, it gave me good feelings quickly.
