This app is meant well, but still has a lot of technical problems to fix. I could not register even though I have a setar phone number (post paid). It also took 4min of scrolling to find my birthdate. If you guys can fix that, your average star rating will go up. People are getting frustrated because their time gets wasted doing this then finding out they couldn't sign up to begin with. My advice would be to have a small disclaimer letting people know which numbers are allowed and which aren't.

Since the developer answered my initial review I was able to set up an account with a non-SETAR phone number. The experience was decent. However, I would suggest small changes to make the user experience better. In the SMS sent to confirm opening of the account, two numbers were provided, a PIN and a transaction number. The transaction number seems unnecessary for user experience so I would suggest to remove it. Also, on the website, the T&C in Spanish only read a Lorum Ipsum text. Decent app.

Nice for now a leap forward for Aruba 🇦🇼 👍. Entering birthday sucks took about 10 minutes to scroll back 60 years Could not punch date. 😝. Why should one specify gender. 🤔 No added value and privacy issue. Bank verification thru bank statement⁉️. Had to log into bank account to get statement😒. It was not there😡. Why not email. All in all nice app nice interface eager to put it to work awaiting bank verification. Pabien. Note.: after I got code could not verify due to an "unexpected error"

Super cool functionalities. Worth it for the recharge capabilities for mobile phones alone, but it can do so much more than that. Am saving the 5th star when other banks are added to the service. If you are an Arubank / Setar user, I recommend this app wholeheartedly.

Not easy to use, cumbersome registration process, would be better to have fingerprint registration instead of a pin that needs to be changed every 3 months.

I have sent a few e-mails, of I have NOT recieved one reply back. Uploaded funds before I had to change my pin code again as it seems to be the protocol every few months!! So yes 0 stars.

Doesn't accept my number! Exclusive only for setar users which is a big flaw should be all inclusive if you want a big market to use your app. Very upsetting! Also takes you 5 min to go down and find just 1995 when registering your DoB

Really cool app this is one step forward towards the future I really do hope that it's possible for more Banks to use this app and for more telephone companies and other companies use this app keep it up awesome app

I have downloaded the app set up and everything but now to select my bank there is only aruba bank so there is no other banks avalable.

Would love to be able to use face unlock (google pixel 4) or Fingerprint unlock option.

I thought that this app works with all banks in Aruba so thats why I can not used it. Sorry works with other banks.....

Why rate something low star because it doesn't work with certain carriers. It's a Setar nv powered app, what do you expect? All low raters, you all stupid.
