This app is a waste of time. not functioning from the day I installed. so many bugs, unstalled and re-installed. nothing getting better. trying to add bank account and it says transaction denied. when you check, they say there is a system issue and that's not been sorted for more than a week. I am not sure what's happening and this app needs to get customer trust and they do not seems to be getting it and neglecting to resolve these countless issues

Would give you guys 5 stars if you can get rid of the complex login system. Once you enter the app password wrong 3 times account gets blocked and you have to email an image of the NIC which is a very cumbersome process. Why can't we simply use the forgot password option and and a second verification of mobile pass code? the whole point of using the app is rhe ease of use but you guys have got everything right except for the account block thing which is veey annoying.

I have paid my Dialog bill through this app. But unfortunately the payment has been deducted twice. Then I try to contact them via the menu "contact us" but I couldn't contact them. There should be a contact number to contact them. Dialog also showing irresponsible answers. Please don't use this App. I believe this is a worst App I have used.

Functionality of this app is very useful. But it gives very annoying message saying that my session is timed out even when I am using other apps in the phone. Even I completely closed the application this message comes out of nowhere and I cannot use other apps due to this problem. My phone also got stuck due to this problem. Finally I had to uninstall it to get rid of this problem.

The app is good in its performance in my phone. Simple to work with. But the some offers are absurd, I made 2 utility bill payments hoping to get a discount of 5%, a prevailing offer, ended up paying more due to a service charge. I think that type of things should be avoided by the app developers to compete with other products in the market.

this is not as secure as they say it is. i tried reloading my DIALOG account through the Genie app and the Dialog account was not credited the amount but the Genie app notifications says that the payment was successful!! It has happened to me twice! So many bugs on this App. Or atleast make sure the system checks if the transaction is complete before sending the 'payment was successful' SMS!!

I found about an promotion where they would give 15% discount on dialog bill payments and simply no conditions were displayed on that adverstisment. once I used the payment I didn't get the discount. so I contacted the customer care several times but the customer care guys didn't have an idea why I didn't get the discount and after contacting management they were like there are few conditions and it's already expired. there was no deadline mentioned in the marketing flyer. so I would like to ask

Good Experience and no bugs so far on the App. Had some problems in the web version. Still the timeout after a respawn on the app is a problem. You could directly go to login page rather than saying I'm timeout. Bad UX. Also, please bring fingerprint support.

Oh my god make it STOP! that reactivate payment option. Even though i signed out properly and close the app in the background.Their is small pop up telling me to sign in again if i click ok it is taking me back to the genie sign in page. Even in the middle of other apps, it is disrupting and annoying. I swear if you didn't fix it soon i will uninstall it.

This has been moved to a new app and all my card and login information are lost with this! Really really disappointed.. Now I have to start adding my card and do everything from the beginning. This is really frustrating. New app is fine but the data should be migrated along with that. This is why Sri Lankan IT projects are outsourced outside. Stupid management of Genie

The app doesn't work. 😡 it displays a full screen error message "Insecure connection. Please try again later." even when the app is just opened. After closing the app also, this screen keeps opening over the other apps that are open. 😡😡

Really poor service on this app, even the day one I had an issue with creating my PIN. after sending an email to customer support received a return email saying, they will contact within 24hrs, but one contavted..Actually I'm trying to create my password according to the policy, but repeatedly pop-up says it is incorrect. I don't know why. really inconvenienced.. I have already shared to said email. plz che k your email prior to response

Yesterday I try to edit my credit card details because of old card expired. There's no option to edit the saved card details then i remove the old card and the try to add new card but app shows error and retry. I tried 3 times and same error but they charge money from the card in 3 times. There's no contact number or person to contact. Dialog customer care service not accept the errors which related to genie please be aware

Too many bugs when I try to make my dialog bill payment by genie. I get error messages telling me to try later. Today I went online on my pc to make the payment because I was tired of the app. Tried the QR code to connect pc to the app for easy login & payment...but instead I got a notification- "transaction expired" even when there were at least 4 mins left in the countdown! Then I logged in to genie from pc site itself and completed the payment. So website worked fine. Plz fix the app!

User friendly interface and better discounts. However the app needs more tweaking for better performance. Please get rid of the 'Insecure Connection' pop up which is really annoying.

Disappointed. Tried several times to pay a Dialog bill as there was an offer. But didn't work. Not using anymore because it's unsafe to play with money. But I appreciate developing an app like this. 2 stars for development effort.

Bad experience with app. When I did a payment it shown payment gateway errors. Then I try another time and got same error. But after six hours the amount was reduced from by bank account. To put a complain there were no records in transection history. Even though I called to dialog customer care many time did not get a solution and they just said we escalated to genie team. Very poor customer service.

Bloody troublesome app, It pops us messages so frequently even though the app was closed saying "Something went wrong with Genie !", this is a pretty disturbing buggy notification that I had to close manually. One of the worse apps with worse user experience, uninstalled today.

Worse app ever used. I did a payment for my broadband connection. It keep saying that payment status is pending for more than 48hrs. Then I had to manually contact the customer care by trying 2-3 days and payment recieved after 5 days. Poor service and totally unreliable app.

Experience when paying via Doc 990 is lovely... I dont have to pull out my wallet take my card out and enter 16 digits number,etc. I just can sign in and complete the payment within a few clicks.. Faster checkout just like PayPal .. Also nice to see more variety since recently on the app.. Insurance, electricity and bank accounts.. Keep it up

This app was great. But with the new update I can't enable fingerprint to do the payments on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ (mentioned it to specify the error) Please try to fix it. But in the new update we have a huge variety of merchants.

The app has improved a lot and has the most simple easy to use interface among all the payment apps. Not sure why you guys still stick to password based login... Biometric is the way forward

When I try to make through the payment for my dialog, payment gateway error popped up. Meantime payment has been debited by bank,but dialog said there were no such a transaction happened. What's the point of use this app even no one can't able to follow up the history. Government should consider and need to provide strick guidelines to these third party online payment services. I will never going to use this app again

Very useful app, easy way to make reload & bill payments very fast, but recently received an update and app was crashed, Not able to login app. Getting stuck my phone too, finally uninstall the app and trying to move frimi or any other option.

I paid my CEB bill with this app on 10th june. and the payment hasn't been updated on the current bill. so I consult dialog customer care and they said they solved the problem but it did not. Today I received the CEB bill and that payment haven't updated on this bill. I've lost 2000 rs. bcz of this garbage app. Guys don't download this app if you love your money.

made a multiple bill payment for 5 utility services. payment failed for all five giving " UNDEFINED GATEWAY ERROR" message. Money is deducted from my bank account but not reached the utility service providers. when I was trying to make a compilation and then only i found that the is no contract number to complain. I sent a complain by email but no one reached me yet. I suggest it's better to stick to a e wallet service from a reputed bank.

Never use this system. You can not even make a complain, there is no hotline to call. When call the Dialog hotline, they say they cannot accept complains for Genie. No point in writing emails either. They respond straightaway saying they are checking on matter but no solution. I made DTV payment through this app and it charged me twice. wrote email about the issue and no solution yet. But I got SMS saying my service request has been closed. When I wrote email again, I got a reply saying they are still checking this. Worst part is not the DTV also disconnected due to non payments. When I call DTV hotline, they said their system down and cannot do anything now. What a service Dialog ******************************Reply for Genie comment************* How should i share details ? I have already emailed this to dialog and still not received my money. so disappointing
