I would give it zero stars if I could, why do I need an email for my power, and a completely different email for my water bill? That makes zero sense... This app is awful. It claims to be fast and easy... It is not... It takes no less than 3 attempts to login, but I use the exact same password every time... It's 2021 figure it out...

On the old app I was able to see the previous months billings. It helps me be conservative and see how much used last month, year or when I power washed roof, sidewalk etc.. Can that option come back? (for GPA & GWA) Thanks 😊

It works but horrible design, can't be logged in to power and water at the same time. Probably not secure but it works.

Good app on the go. Can use a little maintenance when making payments. Pulled out twice, but all is okay. Rather not pay the following. Overall, good app

The GPA payment works, but GWA payment doesn't. Won't even let me login. I can log in using the website, but the app for GWA is not working properly.
