This app will just delete items from your cart randomly. It happens to me every week.

I use the app for ordering store pickup. We've been using it for well over a year now. It crashes, goes very slowly, and possibly my biggest complaint is that the order history shows what was fulfilled, not what you ordered. So if they forget something you ordered you can't go back and prove it was their mistake and not yours. Not that you were charged for the missing items, but still super frustrating. Likes: regulars list, in-store version for locating items, digital coupons.

I mainly use this app for digital coupons and overall I liked it. It has several glitches and lacked a feature that I very much would have liked it to have. Namely, the ability to present or order the coupons in such a way that the ones closest to their expiration date were visible first or at the start of the list of coupons. I found myself wishing many time that I could cause my list of coupons to be presented with the soon expiring ones brought to my attention first.

Payless app is pretty good! PROS: easy to use after initial setup; order/curbside pickup is fantastic. CONS: next iteration needs bag choice option (I prefer paper); produce isn't always great; substitutes aren't always as requested (vegan, in my case); I'd love to get a text with my final total after coupons are applied $$; I shop for two households and would appreciate being able to build two separate carts simultaneously. YES, I RECOMMEND THE PAYLESS APP.

I use clicklist often and my order is always correct and the employees are super kind and helpful.

Not letting me check out. I used to be able to use this app no problem, now it is not letting me check out and order groceries. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but the issue still persists.

I love using Clicklist because it's so convenient but the app crashes on me multiple times every week when I'm doing my order. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that doesn't help. Very frustrated with it!

This app makes me want to not shop at Payless. The app is slow (i don't have the problem with Walmart's grocery app). Also the buy 5 save 5 items should be marked on the item that way so you don't have to sort through 1780 items to find out what's on the sale. Why bother. Also I've shopped there regularly for almost 5 years how do they not have my regulars automatically saved already?

Everytime I use the app to clip coupons it tells me that it is an error clipping the coupons. And I can't clip any savings which defeats the point of me having the app.

Have problems with it not wanting to come up whenever I want it. Other than that love it. Get ads sooner. Download coupons. All I need is my card and my debit card. Yayyy!! Happy to have something I can depend on.

the woman in pick up groceries was SO GREAT, we should have more people like that!!!!

My last order for pick up wouldn't finalize for me to pay to complete my order. The weekly ad wasn't correctly displayed for the week of September 22nd to September 28th, it only showed a 1/2 page for the ad, even after updating the app.

The digital coupons are great. I always forget to take the paper coupons with me to the store, but I almost never forget to take my phone! I've saved a lot of money using this app.

Awful since last update. For a few days I couldn't log in, told me my info was wrong even after a password change. Now there's no check out button. I have to use the actual website to submit my order.

Only downloaded because the website doesn't navigate, and forces you to take the app. App navigation is equally awkward. It's easier to herd cats.

It is sometimes hard to locate desired item or the item is not listed even though we've bought it here before. They usually do a good job of following what is in the specific directions & with substitutions.

Love the convenience. Some shoppers are a little more conscientious than others. Be lieve some plan could be made to tip shopper and delivery personnel individually. Will think on that.

Digital coupons are not showing correctly now for the past 2 weeks. Have to spend a bunch of time requesting manual price adjustments at the register. Fix your slow and buggy app!

Print view for the weekly ad doesn't work on my s9. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem. Hope they fix it.

app has been down for over a week..I sent feedback through the app about it 3 days ago and still nothing. screwed up my whole budget for the week because I couldn't use any of the digital coupons

Was denied using convenience checks. This has never happened before. How could you use them. Set for 50 minutes with click list in our car.

The app says things are available for pickup or delivery then when you go to check out it omits them saying you can't get them. Either you can or you can't but it should say when you're shopping.

Decent app, was lackluster starting out but features are being added and updated regularly as we move forward.

App makes it easy to find things in store. Digital coupons are awesome, sometimes able to use them 5X!

not user friendly. its not easy to navigate for products. if you dont know the exact brand name of the product in search of you'll end up not finding it.
