The best ever money transfer and money handling app i have ever seen i have i have thing this app for almost 5 year and i got no problems while using the app. Is is so perfectly designed and no crashes were occurred since the last 5 years. The only draw back is its theme and background it looks so old slyled one i keenly request you to change its background and to a new one which looks more attractive and awesome at the first glance. Apart from these background and theme issues the app is great.

It's a very nice and smoothly working application ,easy to use UI and do transactions safely, I really appreciate the support team which responds very quickly with solutions to your queries. The new IVR transaction mode is also very cool and what I like is that even without any internet connection we can do our transactions via phone call that to within no time, this feature is fantastic. I definitely recommend this app for all your online transactions recharges, bill payments.

I have reinstalled the app even though it's failed. I have facing a problem stating that "sorry, we have problem in contacting bank" for past 1 month. It's an easy app but now...! I think most of them reviewed the same issue!!!!

Hi there.. first things first, everything works fine upto the OTP part but as soon as I receive the OTP ,the app says we could not contact the bank ! I mean if I receive an OTP after an initiation from then how is the app not able to contact the bank? Exhibit B: I tried the same with another money transfer application and it worked so the issue isn't really with my bank account or my network per se... There was a reason I installed this but now I'm doubting the app's capability. Please respond with a solution. I have to make several transactions with several accounts and I can't always keep a UPI account for each of my bank accounts, that is highly inconvenient for me. Please look into it... The main issue is : I enter all the details , I receive the OTP, but a message pops in the end stating " sorry we were unable to contact the bank" .. please fix this

When try to register on ultracash it always showing error not able to verify while I am trying with correct details like - mobile no. , email I'd, etc. I have attached error screenshot. I am facing this problem from a long time (3 months). I tried several days.

I am very much disappointed customer. Initially I have taken loan and I paid it fully, when I tried to take it another time, now they saying maintanance is going on with this app. It's been already 5-6 days but couldn't get loan. And the support team is worst, I didn't get any help from support. I've given 2 stars because 1 star for 1st loan and 1 is default. Really not happy with this app. They will take 1 month for server maintenance. Go for some other apps, they providing loans in 24 hours.

This app is very good for transfering money to any bank in India. I have done now more than 7 months. I have found every transaction done sucessfully through this app. I am free now to visit bank or atm. I smoothly transfered cash everyday. I have not found error till now. It had helped me alot from time to time. Now i saved my time and fares. There should be internet on smartphone. It is a great app. From my side i found very nice for merchants purposed. Thus, it made me to use this app always.

Due to privacy concerns, I've uninstalled the app from initial opening screen of the app due to nonsensical permissions. I just want it to have one permission, send and receive messages for the OTP.

Best app ever. I did not mind paying fees. I was unable to transfer money from my bank account to other accounts using UPI or IFSC due to some problem... other apps like Paytm etc were asking for KYC... this app transferred money using my debit card and OTP without asking any rubbish questions!!! hundred marks!!!

Worst app. No help when I am stuck' i am trying for help since 2 days but worst experience. Finally I am uninstalling the app forever and after using this app for 3 years I am switching to phonepay. I realized how fool i was using worst app ie. Ultracash.. there so many best app's in playstore.. Request people not to go for ultracash.

Five star application if it would have provided an option for loading money via Credit card and transfer wallet to bank. For that you can have nominal fees as well between 1-2%.As there is no option in this app so not using this app.

I am really unhappy with this app. I am using this app from three months to get a emi loan from this app and i have transacted through this app so many times but there was no loan option offered me. There are some bugs in this app, error issue, upi issue and much more problems i have already been seen in this app.

App is forcing to add an UPI account to initiate money transfer when I have already added 2 credit cards. Why mention that only one of them is needed in the first place.

I have very bad experience with this app, dear user don't download this app, i did 5000 rupees transaction and it got failed and the amount deducted from my bank account. I tried calling customer service and they can't help me , i did not received my money from them even now, our money is not safe in this app. Please help me

I have used this app to transfer money , but in fact particular amount was cut from my account and it was more than 1000 as covinence fee.i couldn't recover my money back. kindly do the needful!!

This is very good application for me, because the interest rate is much lower than the rest of the appliaction. And its support team is also very good, who is ready to help us immediately, team is reply very fast soon.

This is not a robust software. It is of less use to public. Could a junior engineer would have put his hand in this development. Technology is so improving, it seems only software devs. are not in sync. Poor software.

I really found this app fascinating. This is the only app that lets you to have multiple bank accounts linked with UPI ID as per your wish, not even tez (google pay) has this feature. And also the only app that works on a rooted phone

I'm happy for the accessible for visually impaired to use it, but I don't want to used it. Because there is no way to transfer money through bank account, only through the named and number. I don't care about the loan.

Sir i transfer money 3 days ago .but ,it still pending,so now i resend money, the 2nd time is successful but 1st time is still pending,if 1st transaction is successful in future then i have a big loss, i want to clear that the shown pending transaction is failure in written.

whenever u feed a contact numbr...it shows a upi id n guess wat i transferred 2500 to the upi id shown on my colleagues number..n guess wat he doesnt have that upi n the money has gone missing...called my bank several times..i think its high time to check these upi adresses that it generates.. as i tried again with my frnds contact no n it generated again a upi address that isnt linked to her account...feeling very very dissapointed! Guys don't use this app...vry soon i am gng to stop using it..

I am trying to transfer the amount to the bank but every time it's fail saying that ulable to process the request. I face this issue from 20th oct 19. I am using this app last two months I naver face this type pf problem.

Most convenient money transaction aap ever! Works in any emergency. But sad thing is there is no cash back offers in it unlike Google pay or Phone pay stuffs. Hope this feature borns.
