Commission rate of Airtel is too low...otherwise it is a good app...to recharge....i am using this app...

Fraud app, Worst app and organization..Lost 107 rupees by buying pan coupon. Customer care is worst in resolving problem. Still not refunded the amount. These are Frauds.

Great app, required an updated interface as was before to seemlessly perform transactions and services.

I added rs 500 in my pay1 acount from Paytm upi and my balance was detected but I did not get balance in pay1 I am still waiting for 15 days

Hi iam using this app since 2 years, it's working good, i am using all services in this app it performs so good i am suggest this app for every one.

Going good.. pros: *prefixed commission unlike other cashbacks/ rewards. *Easy to use user-friendly. *Proper record views of transactions. *Can load any denomination to wallet. Need to improve: *lag in loading money. *App just shuts off after loading money. *need to load wallet to recharge. Waiting to use commision to recharge. Thanks for the app n service.

App is good, service and customer care is also very responsive. But there is issue with Adding money through upi app installed in phone. While adding momey after every successful transaction, money doesn't add instantly, have to wait 10-20 minutes everytime. Please resolve this bug.

Profile not updating after completing form.. some error in this app

Pay1 is very easy to use and service any time available.

Mobile Recharge service good and dth recharge service are very good .but aeps are very bad . always customer money was deducted but not credited are wallet. Nbpdcl Electricity bills payment are always error.

Service is becoming bad. After top up i have to call, and tell them then they recharge it. Even if the recharge is failed they(pay1) says its successful but the network operator says they didnt even receive the request for recharge, but from their(pay1) side its successful how i dont know.

Good app but aeps not showing

This app is not that much good for mobile and DTH recharged, I lost 600 on DTH recharge. But it was showing success in app, but in setabox we did not receive any sms and balanced also even i raise a complaint also i didn't get any response from this side.. People those who are coming to recharge to me also, they are not believing me now. If this will still going on, i'm sure that nobody will be use your app. So l request pay1 to take a good care for customers needs. Thank you

Very worst app I'm using the app, aeps services 4 Times, I withdraw the amount customer account the amount draw from customer account but that amount not credited retailer account some error will display, now more than 1year till now not receive that amount. The same error now also 10 days before I withdraw, till now not settle.

All types of tranction and recharges are available,,and add money also

It's not a bad service.. but one think i notice that it's working slow and money adding process also slow and total transection not showing.. so please fix the bugs

I am facing issues in AEPS transaction. One of our customer facing issue while widrawl amount from his account, transaction got successfully but balance amount showing invalid amount and received invalid balance pop-up messages and doc. I have sent screen shots to pay one team they are saying messages from bank end side.just showing same messages to customers 😐. Problem when the customer again trying to withdrawal balance amount green message we got. After some time we got transaction failed.

Not good when telecom co. updates their plans. called to customer care many times for updating plans in mobile app but they are just telling us to download app from playstore & reinstall app and after following the procedure we get the same old plans in app no changes.

Friends...this is good for money transfer. But travel is a worst section of this application. Please don't activate this service. They charge 5000 rs for activation. And the service is zero. I lost my 5000.

Pay1 is a nice app for business but it gives very low commission. It would be very good if it give 3% commission for Airte, Vodafone, Idea, BSNL and 6% commission for Jio. And I would like to request to give 3% commission for all DTH recharge.

Worst Experience as A Merchant. Installed assuming it will give good return but still waiting for activation of service more than a wee as of today. They reject activation with no valid reasons, pathetic customer service as well.

I'm unable to activate aadhar atm, and they are not responding for the problem. Since I'm uploading the documents it shows that the documents were rejected. It's really worst experience.

Superb marvellous Aporbo , I think no Dictionary has appropraite word to define its unique quality . Though i work with many high profile co. and its App but no app is so easier and friendly then this App. I wish every Success for this Company.

Kindly remove the form fill thing it's really annoying make the app easy to use but instead with every update you guys are making the app difficult for the merchant to use
