Pay4Vend
HOW: is extremely simple, just look for the logo Pay4Vend (P4V) on the machines in your office, open the APP, connect to your favorite machine and select the products you want. Simple isn't it?
REGISTRATION: will require just a few personal datas and within seconds, you will be transported to the new P4V world as the newest payment system on your favorite vending machine.
CREDIT: pay4vend scale the amount due from credit stored within the application. Charging can be done:
- Cash (coins or banknotes) directly from the vending machine
- Via PayPal or credit cards directly inside the APP
You cannot find the P4V logo on your machines? No problem, ask your operator to get in contact with us to enable the service.

I like the app. I had an issue because I'd added over £40 credit, £40 is the limit. I eventually went on the live chat and got through to the main man. The issue was sorted that afternoon.
No connection. Can never connect to any machine and due to this I can't use the app at all.
The app always has communication error, and I try to not to take my wallet to work so I've tried to rely on this app and it's disappointed me multiple time
Super unhappy with this app. I did a factory reset on my phone, once reinstalling the app all my credit, offers & transactions had disappeared. Customer services said they would look into it & then just didn't respond. More recently I tried to reinstall it again. Credit was there this time but no transaction history. I contacted customer services again, they said everything was up to date. I tried to use the remaining credit & it doesn't work. Think I'm going to delete the app and cut my losses
Worked fine, now shows me a list of machines, but when I try to connect, I get an error message, which I'm assuming is in Italian, great help
I wasn't sure about this app to start with, as seemed like a lot of work setting up. However once I started it was easy, I'm so glad I did as this is definitely the way forward. Easy to use, save time with fiddling around with coins, use in so many places, all this and offers, discounts and competitions. It's a win 🏆
Makes using vending machines more convenient especially during covid 19 with restrictions only issue I had was when setting up the app to start with the terms and conditions where not displayed in English and couldn't seem to find a way to change that Update had to remove the app has wouldn't work as saying offline mode need to sync, reinstalled to see if error corrected but cannot recovery account so balance lost trying to communicate within app and all I am getting is error communicating
Finally after months, I got the app working before xmas. Now its started playing up again. It kept crashing, so I reinstalled. Now it won't even accept any of the activation codes sent to me. Manual insert or copy and paste, it doesn't work. It was once one of my favourite apps.
So far so good. The I inital set up is a bit confusing. But once its done it's so easy to connect to a vender by Bluetooth, credit shows on the machine and just choose what you want. Brilliant concept!
Great little app and so easy to use. No problem adding credit to my account and easily connects to my workplace vending machines. Hot, cold or snack machines clearly signposted so you can see which machines to choose from. All round great idea for those at work who don't want to carry cash.
Really fiddly and unreliable app. Even when you have credit, and are standing next to the vending machine, it just doesn't work. I link to the machine, it displays my credit, and then..... Nothing. No drink. No explanation. Best avoided!
I think the app is brilliant, i use it at work as i do 12hr and 14hr shifts and it comes in handy when i don't have cash to hand when i want to grab a quick snack or drink from the vending machines, absolutely outstanding and so glad something like this has been made as it makes everything so much easier
Amazing app fitted at work to all the vending machines easy to use once you have synced with the machines everything changes from Italian to English and the currency changes from euros to sterling . When you sync the last two machine digits match the app engine number . And every vend earns loyalty rewards . Had some cheeky freebies recently hot chocolate amazeballs
Keeps double charging - one payment to the app the other to Google pay.
Initially unsure about the app as the setup seemed overly complicated and I am still unsure why it needs access permissions to make phonecalls and to my photos etc ... but as a functional app, it's great!! 👍
Trying to install on new phone but is asking permission to access my phone call and also my photos ? Why is that a requirement , I have the app on my old phone all good but it never transferred to my new phone

Convenient, easy to set up and simple to use. Great deals like double your top up, freebies and random giveaways when you use the app to purchase your vends. 10/10
Cannot Recharge. Every time I try to add credit with my debit card, I get the message "sorry but PayPal functionalities are temporarily unavailable". It's been 2 weeks now and the problem isn't fixed.
A little tricky to set up to begin with but generally works reasonably well. Has the odd issue but closing and relaunching the app normally solves that.
Stupidest app I've had to download. I shouldn't need an app for a vending machine. I should be able to pay the exact amount an item costs, not a fixed amount overcharge.
Complete rubbish. Downloaded before Christmas. Topped up the account and since then it wouldn't let me open the app. Just uninstalled then reinstalled and all my credit has gone!!
The most modern method of vending. It very cleverly uses Bluetooth and works great providing you are closer to the machine. Keep it up. (please support Android 10 asap)

Having serious issues with this app... my balance was randomly taken to zero, and the help menu is in another language which I am unable to change... I have emailed the sales team months ago to find no reply...
Just installed this to use my uni's vending machines, the terms and conditions were only in Italian. This is concerning for an app I'm supposed to put money through as I have no idea what I've agreed to.
Just wanted to get a drink as I was 20p short, went through all the set up, then I can only add £5 minimum credit. Not paying £5 for a bottle of water. Waste of time
Very simple to use app, just connect to a vending machine and your balance is transfered over. Easy to top up and you get discounts and rewards too. What's not to love?
Terrible app, if 0 stars was an option I'd give it that, barely worked at the best of times, now lost all functionality and just gives a random connection error message in Italian, literally a gamble as to whether you'll ever see the money you put on it again, and refunds for failed vends aren't easy to come by either. Avoid of at all possible.
