It seems this bank has zero customer care policy and an almost non existant IT team. Just couldn't register in this application after downloading and providing all necessary details. The mobile no. confirmation OTP was never sent, even after multiple attempts !!
Many drawbacks in this app. Loading limits are less, bank transfer is not available, monthly limit is 10k. Opened account in idbi to get the benefit but worst app. Not useful at all. Features and services needs to be advanced like payzapp. Etc...
I have loaded the wallet with certain amount and now can't use it as they are asking me to open an account with the bank to do the KYC. This is force selling and I don't want their services, and now they are not releasing the amount loaded. I have sent mail to support team and called customer care end number of time, but all they want is time... Seriously how much time do they want??? Well, it's about to be a month, no updates so far... And the beauty is, they don't inform about anything, just ask me to kindly wait.
I can't login in the app. It showing ,"sorry the app had an error." Now I can login but it not working. I can't see wallet card. I can't add money also. I can't complete the kyc process.
Worst app. Even though I have IDBI account. The app is showing as wallet blocked. I have already contacted Bank customer care and PayApt team several times but all in vein. I have visited branch 3 times to get this done. Still issue not resolved. Poor app. Deserves Minus 5 STAR RATING
Everytime when i try to register it says app had an error pls try again later. I tried this app over an year ago same thing happened. I thought bug might be fixed by now. Big disappointment
worsted app.showing error every tim.this app is not user friendly.KYC already done but this app is showing error that is "option to udate kyc will be available shortly. very disappointed with this.
I wish I could give a negative rating.MVC never sent despite more than cent efforts. What the app is if nobody is able to use it. No one bothers and support is also gone nuts it seems.
What kind of service idbi is giving to their customers. This app is not working,your another app Go+ mobile is also rubbish. I want to give minus 5 star to idbi's all app but unfortunately this option is not available. One star is compulsory.
Don't download this app . Wrost app. They have blocked my virtual debit pre notice. I hope it's not the right way to deal customers. Officials has to respond for this if they are really intended to give service

Your app is on no use...most useless app...I kept trying registering 1000 times but it says App error...If u can't build an errorless app then why the hell do u host such app on play store
I know support team is not gonna reply still, I tried multiple time to get a MVC to register my account, but i never got it. Sometimes i thought IDBI support is the worst

5000 rs stucked into wallet not able to use virtual Debit card anywhere.. We have emailed to your dept. But no response. Kindly look into this immediately. Its urgent. Please do not divert me anywhere . Hoping for quick response and resolution from you..
Wanted to give half star, please enable this option as well,pathetic IDBI,the moment LIC took over it just become worthless to continue as IDBI customer, nothing works ,deactivated my account.
It's very worst app, please do not download. They have blocked my vertual debit card without any intimation to me. Please don't download it's very worst application

no more excellent than payzzap don,t do anybody anything in this app we are unable to do kyc and add mony send mony and payzzep is excellent app than pay apt you can improve to the app services othewise bank can close to this app this is better solution for the bank if custmer unabale to do anything in this app than why bank lunch to this app what can do anybody for that so we would request plese improve app services after that you can improve your banking services that most important thing ty.
IDBI says Paywiz app for UPI transactions, but can't find such app in Google Play. This one doesn't work.

One of the worst app like the bank services itself are. Even after kyc updating at branch the app shows updating shortly.
I am unable to link it to my savings bank account so that i could have done online transactions.. Its of no help for me..
Idbi bank has pathetic coordination internally between them, my PayAPT wallet has been blocked saying my idbi bank's account KYC is not completed and PayAPT fetched detail from bank itself and on the other hand bank says KYC has already been completed an year ago and will look why PayAPT wallet is blocked but no action is taken yet and cycle goes in loop between bank and PayAPT customer care with no solution and wallet is still block.
Opened the app but there was no description about what it does or how it does what it does. Reading about section on playstore left me also amazed by the no. of permissions it needs to do those things which are again not sure what are they. Opening faq page shows blank pages with some background colour and nothing else.
