Great app for money transferring between friends! The fact you can send money between friends and not pay any fee at all is just great and fair. The only fee you'll pay is if you get money out of the app to your account but it pretty much redundant since you'll always have money going around friends.

Great app. Easy to use and understand. Very helpful. I would like to see the reason for the payment (when provided) in the line item of my credit card bill to make bookkeeping easier.

Works pretty well (very light user) but links don't open in the app, rather than opening a browser instead which asks to open in app, which opens a browser window, and so on

When you try pay with a gift card the barcode number is cut off so you can't read it. Most shops can't read the barcode directly. Cannot use the the gift card like this

I have my shufersal credit card added to the app. Can't use an option of paying in store with my phone. NFC is on. Really frustrating.

The interface is great, rav kav top up is also good, but monthly transfer cap of 7500 is no more suitable - forced to move to another application.

All in all, this app is good. It would be better if they will make an english version 🤞 (my hebrew is not that good)

After update I need to fill my number and receive message. I didn't receive message and I can't use this app. Telephone number must be +972.... and not 972.... When you must transfer money immediately and app is not working, it's a very bad user experience.

This app is a great way to pay people and groups easily!

Two things need fixing: - There is no reference number for a transfer, and it is needed for anyone who keeps accounting books. - The fact that after each transfer I get this stupid screen "do you want to thank the other person?" is EXTREMELY annoying (and would also be very annoying to the other person if I clicked "Yes I would love to". We both know the transfer has been made and have enough useless alerts on our screens.

Now can transfer 4,000 INS in one go! So far very happy with the service.

Once you install -- you can never use the service without the app. I started using the service through the web interface, which was fine. For some reason I installed the app and used it once, and then removed it or just changed phones. If you do that -- you can't use the web service, EVER. It tells you that since you've installed the app, you must use the app. This is a really bad way to pull users to your app. I want to use the service (or I have to, bc my kid's class use it to collect money) -- and instead of just LETTING me, it forces me to do something I don't want, forever. On top of that, the app repeatedly asks for access to contacts, no matter how many times I pick "not now".

It was a great application, but it is time to move on. Why it restricts payment above 1500 when competitors allow for over 3000 ? Too bad to fail because of a purpose it was created for

Works well except that it requires an extra step to transfer received funds to the payee's bank account. Also, it requires remembering a 4-digit code to do this. The need to enter the code applies even when the user has configured the fingerprint option, which looks like a bug. So, each time we need to set up a new code when we receive payment, unless of course the code has been memorized. 😀 In conclusion, the app works OK but is more time-consuming than other similar apps.

Sent to support but hoping this will help make the issue a priority. I have an Android phone and attempted to open a paybox group link from Facebook. The link opened in the Facebook browser but when I asked to be redirected to the app, either by the link or in browser open with app option, only the app opened, not the group paybox account. I had to copy and paste the link into my chrome browser and was redirected from there. This is a huge impediment to ease of use. Thanks

When I try to login I enter my phone number and agree to receive an SMS. There is a loading circle for a few seconds, and then it disappears before the SMS arrives. The SMS arrives a few minutes after, but there us no place to enter the received code. Tried closing the app, clearing cache and reinstalling, but nothing helped. Please fix this.

Good application, complex interface. While the application is very convenient, the interface for withdrawing money is way too complex. There are countless clicks to simply pull all the money into your bank account. I understand that it is how the developer makes money, but this is too much.

I can't open the app, getting a message that there's an update available. But no update is available on the app store. Even before, it was too happy to bother you after every transfer asking if you want to send a message to the person you transfer money to..

I am trying to update my credit card info and keep getting a message that I need to update the app. But my app is updated with the latest version. This is very frustrating, even if there is a newer version, why can't someone update their credit card without updating? Now I have two payments that I need to make and it's not working. Otherwise I find the app to be very helpful.

I had trouble installing this app because it asked me to enter my birthday on a calendar, and I would have had to tap it six hundred times to get to the right year. Eventually, I figured out that it ignores the year. Now I have the app installed and it works very well.

Worst interface I have ever seen. Can't pay as guest if you installed the app in the past, can't use the card that is for some reason saved in the app upon reinstalling despite the fact you removed it, can't delete the card to reinsert it - so basically - useless.

Doesn't work when you need it. I need to use it to pay with gift cards but it never work when I'm at the check out. Poor support blames wifi but I'm not even connect to wifi when I'm at the store. Useless app.
