Hope you ca. add support for abroad countries, so I can add my Serbia Master Card, and Serbia number, because we need this abroad options, and you will receive massive amount of customers and income, and be the #1 in Turkey... Instantly... Also you need to fully translate to English friendly... Think about, YooMoney made a hell of money like that...

This card and it's application is not reliable at all. I lost 720 TL , and two times I charged my Istanbul card but it did not charged. Never use this card and it's application. Their app asked for 1 TL for verifying, which I sent but did not verified. In general, when you send money to this card, is by change to receive it. Watch out!!!!

There is a lot of errors in this application and the english translate not working well.

Making progress😬, downloaded the app again. Got that! Even found how to install English. Added a picture!, and my profession (although all that is in Turkish, so apologies, I am actually a DUTCH *licensed HEALTH CONSULTANT*, and a long-term resident of Turkey, and my Turkish is *poorly*) I still have to add: my DUTCH CREDIT CARD, hoping that gets ACCEPTED!!!, and if YES: than I suppose: ??? I can PAY. = doing my best! You, dear PAYCELL: please GIVE YOUR COMMENTS IN E.N.G.L.I.S.H. 🙏

Hi i have sent 1TL payment from my Turkish account but it has not increased the limits on the card, how can this be corrected Does no one reply to these posts, so frustrating

Doesnt connect. Keeps asking for wifi connection when there is wifi and 3g. Doesnt work. No English version which was the worse. Too many ads. Very confusing interface and colors.

Every time I try to do something the app will give me that my card is Not eligible to perform the operation!! After I filled all required informations and I used it once successfully to charge my (istanbul kart) via paycell card it's stopped working, and even in the stores it's declining no matter how you will try 😑!!

Trash. Asks for a 6 letter password but you cant enter more than 4 letters so it keeps telling wrong password...

There are two sections to using this app, one is the application and the other is the cards. Via the application you can "link cards". Established cards types could be either visa or Mastercard. A Paycel Mastercard can be purchased from Turkcell website. In order to activate cards for online shopping you can call paycell customer service. Paycell card is supported by the PTT "ATM" machine. TL can also be transferred from bank account to Paycell account then to card.

Very good service..I wish could use foreign currency.

Really really good app, especially for expats. Love that there is an English version, and that i can top up my mobile phone package, pay bills or send money so easily.

It doesn't open "due to a system operation, please try again later" for a long time this message appears when I try to open it

I don't understand turkcell's obsession with saving my card info, I just really hope my deleted card info is really deleted. If the UI is an indicator, I don't want to trust my bank info with them.

Have been trying to get the code to complete the App setup, it was taking like forever. I gave up after trying for abt 7times. it's just a waste of time.

SCAMMERS! I just didn't find my card on the app after I topped up money and I couldn't add it back anymore or use it anywhere. Costumer service is just in Turkish, I tried to send emails and after a whole month I got no answer!!!

The new update does not let me in my account.. i have so many points in my account but it says that the sim card in my phone is different than the one in the account. Which is not true. It was working perfectly until it asked me to update.

This banking method is horrible, it declines every payment I try to make even when I have enough balance. Customer care service too slow, take weeks to reply.👎👎 I can't recommend this app, not even worth one star!

after the update I opened the app and i can't see any of my cards in there, and I can't activate any of them again because they're already active, so basically congratulations on making this app completely useless

One day i have ~5000 the other ~1500 Also when i tried to use the coupons they gave me, they charged my balance and didn't use the coupon. This whole thing is a big scam

I was almost losing money due to a weird issue. Therefore, Please be carefull because that application has got too many bug.If you don't wanna lose your money, then you should look somewhere else.

I can not pay for facebook ads, it requires me to put reference number which is 4 litters and 4 digits then it ask me to put my password, which is also 4 digits, . Not clear. Poor service for foreigners

Very bad app when registering it takes age to log in after that they keep denying your entry and asking you to make sure of the sim card that already got a msg by them, so silly isn't.

useless app! unless you add an English version. over 20% of residents dont speak turkish, an dc add to that almost all tourists dont. here is one star for your stupid ignorance!!

My identity number is wrong and the name is not mine and I cannot change this stupid issue and I tried to contact you but couldn't, now can you tell me how I'll use my money on this stupid card may be someone else use it what can I do??

Paycell and turkcell it is a worst service with all time no customer support and always in there store they say system problem and i am using this from past 6 months every time they say system problem i don't know when they work i have to do recharge always from online portal no body care High attitude to there staff of turkcell no body take action i recommend do not buy turkcell you can get best service from Turktelecom so do not get confused do not buy turkcell.
