Paycheck Calculator Paystub

This use to be a good and easy to operate app, now it don't save your check stub. I also email you all about three weeks ago to unsubscribe from the app and have yet to hear back from you all. I'm getting charged from a app that no longer benefits me.

I paid for the monthly subscription and they look great on my screen, but I can't get a single check printed out due to a "fd cannot be null" issue, so I haven't been able to pay my employees, rendering this app as useless

This app used to be wonderful not sure what's going on you can't get any support I have a monthly subscription of $6.99 I haven't been able to use the app for 6 months. I make my stuff and it still have generating check stubs what am I paying for I canceled my subscription

I having trouble with the ytd. It's not starting on a new year. It seems to give me more then a year when it should be 3 months. Yes I double checked dates. Please help

I enjoyed it until it says that I had no subscription and I clearly paid for one on here. A monthly subscription fee in fact and I still have the watermark on my documents. What is the 6.99 for?

The layout is very simple and straight-forward and the auto calculator is super helpful. I really like this app.

I used to love this app then they want to be paid, no problem I paid. Then the problem.. now I can't find the check stubs that I made and paid for what's up with that can I get my money back or can you explain to me something or where the they're at

I used to love this app for generating my paystubs but now that I have a new email and phone, I downloaded and resubscribed. But I can't find any of my stubs. They're not saving and customer service won't respond. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY OR DOWNLOAD!!!

Used to be fantastic. It's now horrible. It won't save anything to print or share.

I attempted to purchase a one-month subscription for this app and it does not work for me. I upgraded and it's not taking the watermark off the year-to-date information is completely inaccurate and it's only allowing me to produce one paycheck stub I would like this cancelled and I would like my $5.99 applied back to my cell phone bill because once again it an absolute rip-off and it's damn it does not work and you should not have this app available for use

When I used the app last year it worked. Now it's broken. Whenever I click generate, it switches screens but does not generate a viewable pay stub any longer. It just has a back and save button. When I click save it has a pop up that says save to PDF. But it does nothing. Can you please help me?

Paid for subscription. App still not working. I did everything possible but seemed cant to remove the watemark. We already renewed subsciption. Subscription not expired but we still keep getting watermark on the paystub. Basically i paid for a service that we cannot use. This app is broken. We have read similair complaints. Tried all suggested bug fixed: uninstall/reinstall the app, even installed on another device. Tried double pay. Nothing worked. Still see watermark. Solution???

I can enter my info but the app does not allow me to save it; therefore I can't print it or save it as a PDF.

Unfortunately I cannot put zero Stars this app didn't work for me at all when I wasn't subscribed the template looked amazing very professional I purchase one month subscription after that the pay stub looked completely different and the other part I cannot save it so what's the point of it anyways to look at it I would like my money back for the subscription is bizarre I cannot even save it

the app is not free 3.99, they let me make only one!! stub if you need multiple stubs. This is not it, I turned off the auto calculator to try and change the info myself. It wouldn't save my info or print or email them, it just save the first stub info that cost 3.99. The calculator is off too. I want my money back!!!

It's cool I had a chance to actually use the check stuff that I made but I mean it made an accurate let me know accurate representation of a check stub

Okay so what's the point in giving options when you're going to completely disregard what someone wants. trying to hit the option button for the one month plan for $3.99 and it automatically goes to $6.99, the option for $6.99 NOPE that's actually $15.99. Scam

Not adjusting YTD Pay correctly. After subscribing to this service the least I thought I would get would have been accurate calculations. Not happy at all!!! They say they plan on updating app to fix the issue but I feel like my money should be refunded until app is fixed then I can resubscribe.

Would like to know where and who do i need to get in contact with about refunding my money back that was over charged. I havent even had this account less then a month and this company has charged my account without my permission or what was agreed upon.. for the review itself,i dont recommend this. You can do the same thing for free on excel. Theres other apps as well that doesnt charge like this one does.

I saw a paystub I liked and needed so I paid for a month subscription and filled out the paystub and a 1/3 of the info I filled in was removed when I went to print it. I emailed them and they responded and needed info. They updated the app and it still didn't work. It's been over a week. I asked for a refund and they never responded back.

It would be better if I could save and print. I even paid for the program and can't print or save.

VERY MISLEADING. I go to the trouble of inputting all info and clicking GENERATE STUB and I'll be darned if anything else happens before you pay a fee of $3.99 on a pop-up screen!! Uninstalled and will NOT recommend!

Watermarks doesn't go away. I have powered off device. I have restarted the app. It's a useless P.O.S. app. I paid for the whole month and can't even use it. I would like my money back please. Asap.
