It's a 50/50 chance I can log in even with strong wifi connection. I've been trying to get in all day from my phone and get error messages every time. I've had to force stop because it's freezing and Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I have motion sickness from looking at a buffering wheel for so long.
Buggy, ill-conceived, bloated. Old paychex time app was miles ahead of this disaster. Constantly have to close app to be able to login with fingerprint and/or remember username. Clock in and out process happens much slower. Very frustrating. No reason to roll out this trash and get rid of existing app.
My experience with this app was fine until my employer no longer paid for their services. This causes all my documents to be deleted!!! This is a unreasonable and unexpected action to be taken by a online service. Then my user name and password stopped working also and chat support agent just left the conversation during trying to resolve the matter. I highly recommend you all download your documents before it's to late there online storage is not permanent. I will be deleting the application!
This is actually really good! Overall not much to complain about, but I had to deduct a star because it doesn't include all it (so easily) could, and the UI is a touch off, not a lot, just a touch. Still, 4 stars is darn good!
Takes forever to do maintenance, thus unable to clock in for days. And sometimes when the app is open, it'll take forever to load the tiles. You have to close the app and then open. Major improvements need to be done.
With latest update stopped working on my phone, which was android less than 4 years old. Installed on a new phone and is very slow. When I used to clock out, it clocked me out 28 times. Very frustrating.
I'm not sure about all the negative reviews, but the app works great for me. Not to mention, customer service was fabulous in fixing my issues. fast efficient and very nice. The only problem is the employer turning off your access. But I love this app.
Was having trouble with the latest update which was not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy S8. Thanks to Cleah and the support team they were able to fix the problem.
After months of waiting for this app to be fixed through my employer I still can't use it. It keeps asking for an employer id. My employer is still trying to fix mine. Other people who work with the company are having no problems getting in. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.
Trash service! Created an account and went to look at my paycheck the next day. I can't login, it says something's wrong with my account to use the internet browser. Internet browser won't work either. I've looked for an hour how to contact this company an it's impossible. This place has absolute the worst customer service I've ever seen in a company. How do you get ahold of this company??? Unbelievable difficult. Fire everyone that designed the webpage not allowing contact information available
Missing features I had before. My pay is not there anymore and cannot request time off. I've used these on the app before and they just disappeared out of nowhere. Also, inability to approve my employees time through the app really makes the app pointless.
I cant get in becaz it says my app isnt compatible with my device anymore, then tells me to download new app. I proceed to download and everything repeats all over again. It sends me a temp password; i use that password it starts all over again with my app is out of date and ti download...... COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! NOW I CANNOT VIEW MY INFO.
Does what it's supposed to. Convenient for the employer and employee to check stubs and rest of the info you might need.
App is fine for the most part but one major issue when the site goes under maintenance like during pay time checks are late or not able to process in time, companies can be held liable for late fees due to not paying on time wonder if paycheck flex will be liberal as well!
Paychex Time is much better. Paychex Flex takes forever to open just to allow me to log in. I should be able to stay logged in on my own device, and y'all need to speed the process up!!!
Takes a long time to open. What is worse is that it clocks me out while I'm still on shift. Paychex time works better but apparently they are getting rid of it. Pain in the behind.
It's good choice for small business to provide some benefits for it's employees. I really wish it would offer some type of earned hour advance for those times you really could use some money before a paycheck.
The employees overall have been very nice and seem to try their best however the wait time when calling and just getting Paychex to communicate back via email is absurd. How the company has been handling issues and their software updates have become asinine. No one will call you back from management, they just take your money and act as if they dont care. WOULD NOT USE PAYCHEX!!!!!
Honestly a piece of garbage, takes 45 minutes and a customer support call to log in EVERY TIME. I have to log in then go through security questions, verify my number, email then it still doesn't let me in.
Have trouble clocking in and out, never can find a way to communicate with higher level in the business. Take a lot from my phone.
Yes app is easy to use for employees Many notifications ..as an Administrator it's easy also, but missing some necessary data to handle employees time and attendance
Keep asking for the password or nickname and also not recognized those. Keep changing password and finnaly can use the app few times then start again for these ... After a while not recognized the nick name that been used before
The punch button does not maintain the opposite state of current status. At one point in the day while I am punched in it will flip from an out button to an in button so I always have to select more options when punching out. Minor, but annoying. Note that the web version and the paychex time app work properly in this respect. Edit: when launching the app, half of the time the fingerprint prompt does not come up automatically and the use fingerprint button has to be tapped.
