Paychex Time

Please don't retire this app. Using the other app Paychex Flex is the worst. It adds a minute to the time, never can clock me in or out even though I'm in the office. But Paychex Time works seamlessly, has the only buttons that you need.

I hate this app. It makes me log back in each time I go to clock in or out. It never will send my punches, it says I have no network coverage, even when I am connected to WiFi. Then it reminds me every 5 minutes that I have unsent punches, yet it won't let me send them. It drives me crazy. It even goes off throughout the night while I'm trying to sleep. I have tried to delete and redownload the app and it still does this. I have been trying to talk my boss into using a different app cause I hate this so much.

It's very easy to use this app. I depend on it to punch in and out every day.

Absolutely hate this app. All of a sudden it wasn't compatible with my phone anymore and made me update to a version that you can only clock in and out on. Now I can't see my punches, there's no pay stubs, no tax information, no messages, no approving of hours worked you can't even see what time you punched in and out after the day is over. Oh and you can only see the current pay period everything after that completely disappears once it's beyond the date. Wish I didn't have to have this app

This could be a great app if you didn't have to expect a text msg constantly to sign on to the sysyem.. WTH. It is a pain. You can't sign in and out becaue your phone dies at the last minute they want to text you, now you're in trouble for not clocking in or out. Sux!

Cool idea for clocking in and out at your workplace. Its got some quirks but all together a very good app with room for improvement with a few details & quirks(but then again so does every app) Im sure with time this app will only improve because its very practical & helpful & simplistic.

Straightforward. Easy to use. Does exactly what it's intended to do, clock in and out. Nothing less , nothing No app crashes unlike it's more in-depth version , Paychex Flex (constantly crashes on Android products).

Some of the functions available on my laptop are not available on the phone and/or it's a little more difficult to navigate/find. I prefer to use my laptop, but for a quick punch in and out it's great and convenient.

Could use more server space, occasionally slow to respond. Unable to determine fault in the app or in company internet provider. Otherwise a very inutitive and user friendly app. Would highly recommend for businesses of any size.

Very easy to use, clear benchmarks of time. A helpful feature would by an analytical mode where it notices a trend and when you are outside normal times, forget to clock out/in it sends a text message or email stating your outside of your normal activity and/or you forgot to punch out.

I'm sure the app would be perfect if it ever works. I always get an error message when doing my punches so I'm forced to use the website. I was hoping the app would be more convenient but it doesn't clock my punches.

Terrible. For an app that just clocks you in and out it uses half a gig worth of storage and lags worse than anything else I have installed. It'll almost be time to leave work by the time it loads to let you clock in.

Getting better. Some features still buggy, like seeing hours worked. Needs landscape mode NOW! The fact it doesnt have landscape mode is rediculous.

Ever since the downloaded this app and use of this app I have noticed a decrease of production out of employees in the office and in the field all the employees in office do is sit around watching other people's clock in and clock out, it's pathetic not to mention that this app always has issues so everyone's checks are messed up and then you have to spend more time and money just to fix all the issues that always occur. Now I don't know if this is the employer trying to be stingy about hours or the app just being that bad but either way you look at it it's a large waste of money, time and resources.

I had to update my app and it is now awful. I cannot access my hours by day. I can not approve my hours. Having many issues, just like previous reviewer.

App doesn't function easily, always having to open and close out to try and clock in or out. Latitude and Longitude errors better get used to them. Zero stars

Worst clock in system, to date. Always takes at least 3 tries to log-in. call Paychex and they say "turn it on and off" or "clear the data"... still won't work. Rescan faces..works for a few days...then back at it. Rinse and Repeat. hopefully we can get a different company. would not recommend PAYCHEX.

They need to fix their mislabeled icons for breaks and meals. They have them backwards and I have to stop and think every time I go to punch out/in. Edit: Icon labels have been brought back in line with the website.

Easy to use and navigate. Updates and improvements work and havent had a problem except remembering to punch in and out.

This is a such a pain! I really can't stand this app! I am constantly having to Uninstall this freaking app and install it... it doesn't work correctly and I'm constantly getting on the nerves of our payroll lady at my job for having to have her fix my time! I feel so bad...
