Payday Widget - countdown until the payday

The app started off really good, worked amazingly and had no issues with the countdown it would give me. But lately it keeps getting stuck and I have to remove the widget and do it all over again for it to work. However now it won't show the right countdown at all even after restarting, which is really unfortunate as it was a really good app.

Doesn't do 4 weekly payments app seems useful and could serve a purpose of counting down to a repeating function such as payday but sadly does have a 4 weekly payment facility. I shall keep hold of widget just in case this feature is added with a new update. Edit: 26/01/20 Pleased to see 4 weekly payment added. Great to see the developer read reviews to identify improvements. I shall give the app 5 stars as it ticks the boxes I had.

Poor, I just downloaded the app and all i could see or do was how to make a widget for my home screen, couldn't enter the app at all.. i tried tapping many place on screen but no luck. So this is a big no for me.

Useful little app. Only issue I have found is that I get paid on a friday if payday falls on a sunday. App then shows minus days to payday on the saturday.

I like this app but it seems to get stuck and not show the correct number from time to time.

I have to reset the countdown after every paydate as it only keeps 1 of 2 dates so not really useful.

The developer fixed the problems I was having and now it works great!

Does twice a month and weekly but not every other friday

i just installed the app. How do you expect me to rate something that I have not used?

Update: I am updating my review because the developers are very responsive and still working on this app. As it is, it is the only app I know of that does what it does. There are still some improvements that need to be made: 1. The widget is still very cartoony looking which is unappealing for many users. I would recommend the users at least offer a material design version since that seems to be the hot new look right now. 2. The settings are not quite intuitive - for example, it may not be obvious at first glance that you can pick any two dates every month as your payday, including "last day of the month," but you can - as well as setting the widget to bump the day forward or back for weekends. I'm actually pretty impressed with that part. So if they can update this to have the material design look or something minimal and generic enough to go with that look, and make the settings a bit more clear, they will have a perfect 5-star widget. Original review (before update): The widget is ugly as hell, but it's the only countdown timer that will do recurring countdowns for the last day of the month and adjust for weekends. It would be even better if I could specify both dates I get paid every month in one timer...and if it didn't look so cartoon-like. Just plain white text with a transparent background.

A very nice easy widget to show how long till payday each month. Only 4 stars because I'd like to not have a picture/icon down the bottom corner but you have to pick one.

No option for bi weekly pay theres weekly and monthly wich ive never even heard of monthly

Why is there not an option for Bi-Weekly pay?

Uninstalled for now as I get paid biweekly. Very nice implementation though! I'll check back when I get a different pay rate
