The app use to work decently, now not so much. When I try to file a claim via app, it kicks me out and logs me off! I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it. No resolution to the issue I'm having. The app will allow me to see remaining balance and past claims paid. Trying to file new claims for reimbursement doesn't work.
The app will auto close at login. Also, when filing a claim, it will not allow you to submit. Key all the dependent info into the app and then select NEXT and it will log you out and have to start over... After several (Repeat) attempts you'll have to wait and do it hours or days later in hopes I can get to the actual 'next step'. Good luck.
Fingerprint reader stopped working properly after software was updated a few days ago. How is it that an update intended to fix bugs broke something that was working. Also, no way to stop showing a to do list from 2020 where all of the items are already done - what is wrong with your SW engineers?
The app and the website are not in sync. Also, the information on both the app and website is incorrect. This makes it useless since you still have to call for accurate information. This app was great but it went down hill fast.
Awful service. I have the same recurring appointments and they request documentations for each of them. The transactions are listed as unverified on the app, but as verified on the website.
Great way to keep track of your payflex balance and claims. Can be more user-friendly, but it is easy to upload EOBs to verify card payments towards your medical, prescription or over the counter medicines. The eligible expense scanner is super helpful to find out if an over the counter medicine or a health/personal care item is FSA approved just by scanning the barcode on the item via the app scanner, while in the pharmacy, before you actually use your payflex card to pay for it.
I didn't appreciate this payflex app until my provider changed. It is easy to use, you can upload pdf documents or photos for submitting claims, my spouse had a separate account and could manage his own claims and reimbursement. Claim status is clear. Oh, I miss you Payflex.
When it works is ok. But if you use the app then login on computer I get locked out EVERY TIME! Good luck getting it unlocked
Good and easy to use. However, the transaction screen does NOT balance.
This app is utter trash. So many functions just don't work. Want to put in a claim? Here's a loop where it kicks you back to the main screen! Want to cancel a claim? No option to do so! Not to mention payflex and their difficult process for processing medical expenses -- being denied a claim from a CARDIOLOGIST because there's no EOB? There should not need to be an EOB, it's a QUALIFIED MEDICAL EXPENSE... I loathe this company so much, and the app is a microcosm of their piss poor practices
Enough with the Covid messages!! Post only relevant messages in the inbox and quit wasting our time with irrelevant messages.
If you submit a receipt for a service and it is declined, they remove the receipt needed option from the app for that service. You then have to go to the main web site and search for a contact number to talk to someone to submit further documents for that service.
Constant "service error; refresh App" which refreshing does nothing. App is basically useless.
App does not log in when connected to VPN. It used to work just fine.
This app worked the 1st time I registered now it's not working not working like called customer service the customer service representative cannot help either this app just needs a whole bunch of work and it's a headache especially when you're looking for your benefits very disheartening unacceptable it needs to be fixed
Easy to use app. I'm able to quickly check my balance. Simple to upload required documents needed for payouts.
I only use this app to check my balance. I was disappointed when the app was updated and I couldn't access it. There is nothing special going on here other from taking up space on my phone. Even the transfers to pay are slow. Or is that the process. Sigh it is a bit annoying.
I rated the app well several years ago. While still slightly useful, it is nowhere near as useful as it once was. The account information on the app is nowhere close to being correct, and uploading documents is no longer user friendly. The website is just as bad. The only way to correct information, now, is to call and speak to a person. Their customer service representatives are very helpful thankfully.
Does nothing helpful, can't access my health account balances and just a clunky interface.
App no longer works to submit a claim. Automatically logs out in the middle submitting a claim.
Options for investment are promised never delivered. At least I cant find the new option emailed to me.

Overall, this app works well. However, if I had one complaint, it is how slow this app reacts to multitasking between apps. For example, filing a claim is a great and useful feature. Oftentimes, I find myself needing to switch between this app and my photos, where I've stored a picture of the receipt I'm about to submit for reimbursements. This app had to constantly refresh every time I'm switching back and forth. So annoying, and it impacts the convenience factor.
The app itself is fine. It would be nice if you could click an item and obtain further details. My main gripe is that I requested a reimbursement that never came. I had to speak to several people before I could get PayFlex to cancel the check and reissue it, but of course, they never reissued the check. The incompetence is astounding. I just want MY money. It shouldn't be this hard.
I just filled out the survey and I totally forgot to add this enhancement suggestion. I tried to upload documents on another platform and it would not work so I came to the app. On the app it would be nice if when you see your claim and it is missing a document that you would be able to add the document there as well. Instead I had to go all the way through and start a whole new claim. Not a big deal just an enhancement otherwise I absolutely love the app it was really fast and easy to use.
Very limited functionality. Sometimes works fine to submit claims, other times claims will show as 'pending,' then just disappear after a while with no explanation and it's as if you never did it at all. Also you can't switch back & forth from other apps without this one reloading every time you go back to it, which is annoying.
Dismal--after installing the APP, the verification process asks to send it to you via email or text. This is normal & expected, however it did not work at 1st with text and again did not work sending an email at different attempts. Additionally after entering the verification code (once received) into the app, it displayed an error and locked out my account!!! Now into 1 hour of time spent on calling their support team. Frustrating!
The app is just OK, but I find a number of areas that need improving. The fonts are way too small to be easily readable. Transactions don't tell you who the payees are. There is no way to designate which transaction belongs to which covered family member.
