It goes between saying to make sure this is your work email and wrong password. I have sent 2 help requests and still have not gotten any email from them like it says. Worst app, with even worse customer service. Unfortunately I do not get a say where my pay stubs come through, I'd drop this app in a heart beat. 1 star is being generous.
Update- app does now function as intended, but took multiple weeks to sort itself out. No response to my original support ticket through the app. While the app does seem very secure, it's somewhat cumbersome to log into.
Literally the worst app in the store. Nothing, at all, works. Nothing. What's the point of the app? If only my employer would pick a better service I wouldn't have to use a web browser to use your website, which is also awful. HIRE SOME REAL PROGRAMMERS!
Horrible app horrible customer service! Cannot get the app to work when I use the email I provided them. I have seen some sucky apps, but this one is by far the worst. Customer support is just a pretty written message. I wish our company would use something else because this app sucks!
Does not work. Tried to set up multiple times, never recieved an email to put pin in so can't get past opening the app.
I don't understand. You can see all of the reviews are bad and you haven't fixed it yet. It won't function at all. I got in on the pc but the mobile app sucks big time. can't get past the login page. uninstalling
If I could give it no stars I would!! Everyone has the same problems why aren't they fixed!!!!!!! All it does is load but never finished loading!!!!
Everytime i try to put my password it says that it is not right after it locks me out. I try to contact this website and i have not heard from them either... No good...
let me login but did not have any of the work bubbles to select what I wanted to do. I would to use this app once they get the kinks worked out In it
It simply does not work. I can log into their website but not into this app. And there is no help section on the website for the app.

I had to download this app because is impossible to login to the website if you are outside the USA. It's absurd!
Confirm all the previous. Doesn't recognize the email. Website works just fine.

garbage app and garbage company. App worked properly for 4 months and hasn't worked since. when contacted through app and email many times with no response. call them and they will tell you they cant help because I'm not the employer.. this is my money and taxes that I'm not allowed to see. have 0 doubt my info will eventually be stolen because of this shady company.. sincerely wish I could give 0 stars
Nothing but issues! Works one week then doesn't for two weeks. Read the reviews and address the problems!
register and then can't login to see my payroll. registered multiple times and still no payroll history... fix these bugs.. smh
Desktop site works fine. Mobile app refuses to log in. support is unresponsive.

Waste of time and energy. App will not accept my email. No one in customer service will talk to me. I was told to contact my administrator. If you do not have this service, please avoid. It's no good.

The app is inconvenient to use when it is working and useless when it is not. For the past month I have not been able to use it because it just tried to load indefinitely. When it is working, the features are annoying. When you open a paystub it only gives you a summarized version and makes you click through 3 pop ups to download the document to view it in its entirety. To go back to a previous page you have click back twice, and sometimes it backs you up too far and you have to log in again.
