1. Login is an issue sometimes. Wouldn't recognize info but the website would. I would have to reset password just to use app. 2. Can only use the app to add money for lunch. 3. No notification for low balance so my child kept going negative. 4. Still have to use browser in order to do anything with school fees. So overall I don't really need the app if I still have to use the browser to see everything on my children's accounts.

This app does not recognize my username and password but yet I am able to login with the same credentials on my laptop! This has been an ongoing issue and is frustrating especially when I have NO access to a computer and i need to load money onto my child's account.

I've used this app for quite a while with no problems but this school year it will not log me on and says my username cannot be found. If I go to a desktop to log in with the same info I don't have a problem. The app used to save a lot of time but now not so much 👎🏻

Doesn't recognize my log in and password. Makes the app pointless. Just saved a shortcut to the website to my phone.

doesnt let you know if you have a fee to pay. you have to log on to the actual site to see if you owe anything. completely pointless to have an app.

I always have trouble logging in. ive changed password half a dozen times. not user friendly on cell phone.

Probably the worst app ever and same goes for their website...very poor , people should advocate their schools not use this service.

The app stinks

Used this app for quite awhile and then it's decided to stop working for me. It freezes when I put in user code and password and doesn't give any error message. I've sent 2 emails to the app designer and get some automatic email response to use my email as user and how to reset password. Pretty sure that's not the problem when I have no problems signing in online. Please fix this. This app is no longer convenient for me.

Utter total waste of an app if you're require to log in every single time and if there's no notification system for low balance. Might as well use the website. If they didn't design this app themselves, they totally got ripped off, and probably passed the costs onto the schools, or worse, the parents and students. If they did design this app, perhaps they should look into what purpose it would serve to mimic the website with no additional functionality or convenience, as they could've just created a home screen shortcut to the website and called it a day.

Admin decided to increase security earlier this year by changing the user name to the user's email address and in doing this made it impossible to login for users with email addresses longer than 20 characters. Contacted help desk MANY times just for them to completely ignore the problem. If it weren't for my kids needing lunch money and this being the only method the school takes I would not use this company.

Worthless. Can't manage the credit card, account details or any other activity. The mobile site while having more features also has a menu that isn't mobile friendly so often have to resort to use a true desktop browser. How no one had a better solution for a simple use case is beyond me (and don't make schools pay excessive fee to use it)

It doesn't even tell you when funds are low and then you have to wait an hour before funds are loaded. This app is a joke.

Complete junk what a joke log in won't even load after you put in your user name and password way to go fix it or don't say you have any app for something

Only allows you to see balance, daily meal purchases, and add funds. Does not allow you to view and pay other school fees. Also, not SD card compatible.

(1) does not stay logged in (2) archaic method to reset password. When you are a busy parent who logs in to add money and you forget the password, you have to fill out a web for. Or send email to reset. With a slow turnaround in response.

Why is it constantly zoomed in. I now have a headache from scrolling every 5 seconds. Deleting

This might be worth something if you could pay base totals and other fees with it. Too bad it only sometimes lets you put money in the school lunch account.

For some reason, I do not have either one of my kids saved in the app anymore, I sent and email twice, and no response. They tax you, which I didn't mind, I did big transactions at a time to make the tax worth it. Oh well guess I'll send cash to school and ditch the app.

No problems at all. It takes me less than a minute to add money to my child's account

Worked really great then all of a sudden the mobile app would not let me sign in to add funds or check balances. I have to go thru full site on Internet now

can't log in app but can on website.

Worked twice then just a white screen.

Works great. I load it once a week for each kid.

...then never again. Not so much as an error message. Don't waste your time installing.

Please use Google login, I don't need another password

Cannot add more than $50 in funds. There is a $1.25 charge for each transaction so it's not an option for me to add $50 multiple times.

This is an awful app and associated website. It’s confusing and their support is terrible. My biggest complaint is that when you are using the Student Account (not lunch account) there is no way to check your balance. This is my money I am putting in and they cannot give me a balance statement, it’s unacceptable.
