Great App to get for virtual master card(pre-paid card), though I'm disappointed because I couldn't issue new card and that defeats the entire purpose of the app itself. But I do love the customer support, reply really quick and very proactive
I have been using this app and service for a while now, its a great app. But this 1 star is for the service that the company provided. I was paying an online purchase and got a refund for using the virtual card, not a problem for me. I understood why then I went and asking the help centre on Messanger for an assistant, after 2 weeks I asked again. They said please wait. And after a month, I was tired of waiting and all I need is just some closure on the process and somehow they saw my message but they don't feel the need to reply. So how should I feel in this situation? And how can I continue to trust the service that I been trusting for so long?
Purchased monthly online service a few days ago. At last stage of process after I click "pay" website page load a bit long a show failed purchase order but my account got deducted and I didn't get my purchase. Try to ask both side, merchant side respond back and said no purchase order from my account but this app in other hand no response after ask for purchase information. 3 days later sent them 2nd mail still no response.
What happen to my wallet? Within 3 day after recharge, I found that my wallet get to $0. I was recharge $20 in! Even though I click refresh but the money still not come or maybe this mean that I got scam? I was trusted this app that it secure but then this happen? About the team of server, I had read it all. So what should I do? Don't say that you want me to contact! cus I already done it. Facebook replyer is bot, customers support is always afk. Should I call you scammer? wasted money.
This is rediculous. I wasnt able to issue my card so I contacted them but instead an automatic messege just told me to wait. After 2 month still nothing happened so I asked again and the same messege was sent to me. Please fix this issue.
Dear paygo, my son is having a hard time making a new MasterCard. He said he needs one so he could buy online shopping and pay for his monthly subscription. Please fix this. It been more than 3 months now. Fix it hurry up. Not just me, there's also other customers too.
Well I cannot use this app right now. it keep saying that something went wrong and check your internet connection even though my internet is working pretty fine. Please fix it and make card reissue available again. Thank You

the app is good but i have a problem with the virtual visa card, i want to create my own visa card and use it to buy stuff online and i've been waiting for weeks now but thing still the same please fix it as soon as possible.
I cannot use it because my phone number is 1 digit too long. Please fix this. I've contacted the support via email, but they never responded to my message.
I want the old version, this new version is not easy to use and I cannot issue my virtual card eventhough I've update to the latest version

my friend sent me 100$ to my paygo account and i didnt get any notifications they sent it to the right id but i tried to refresh many times and i didnt see it 😡😡

Seriously? 'Cannot issue virtual card' ? What is the use of this app if you cannot get a virtual card?... I might consider using Paypal😓 much convenient...
couldn't use my account with the same phone number anymore since my master card get expired.I tried re-installing the app but nothing works
I wasted my 5$ because of a user has the same ID as me but not the same phone number. So when I add 5$ it goes to another account that has the same ID as me.
Dear paygo Why can't I sign in with my ipad I put the correct phone number and the correct verification and it keep saying the request is expired
The paygo app is good but somthing went wrong with the issue card it say no available for crate credit card when i want t crate a new one

They still haven't fix their virtual credit card I've been waiting for almost 3 months, I even contacted them about the issue but all they reply with is "It is under progressing". How long do you keep your consumer waiting? Is this how you treat your customer? Are we just a convenient piggy bank for you?
