Horrible ! App is a POS I had it to just make payment and it work till I needed to update my card info now that I have a new card it no longer work. You have to enter your card info so idk how it don't work it's pretty dumb. They make things so difficult when you trying to do what needs to be done the app is trash just like the county and all this 3rd party bs.
Not useable. Asks for info that is not relevant, and does not cover the VA MED CENTER that I am attached to. The desktop app is what I use, and it is a little complicated, but can be figured out. I need this mobile app, due to the fact that I am losing my home pc.
This is a crappy app designed to take advantage of people with the convenience fees,don't work 75% of the time and still charges you a fee everything you try they don't reimburse you for,avoid using this app if you can,just go pay in person.
Usual government crapshoot. Doesn't sync with the website, user interface is terrible, and requires access to microphone, phone calls and phone data. Hire an app developer who cares next time.
App requires permissions it should not need. Control phone calls and record audio? Why? I just need to pay my personal property taxes. The county I just moved from has a website that doesn't work and their only other electronic option is this app, but the permission requirements make me distrust it.
Can't even log in. Keeps saying email address or password incorrect. But I can login to the site with my browser using the same thing.
Why do you need access to my Microphone, Storage Files, Pictures, and Phone Calls? UNINSTALLED for privacy concerns.
would give 0 stars if possible. wanted to make a utility payment and the app wanted info thats not even on the bill. your a bad app delete yourself .

I couldn't find my PLC, or my joursidiction. I was just totally dissatisfied. If I could, I would rate less than a 20th of a star.

It's worked for me one time & when it did there was a fee. I also went to my local utility company to pay & used a card & they use this same software & it STILL charges a fee. What the hell. Just pay by check you're better off.
