I do not understand after the struggle to register, I tried to take a loan, the app asked I register my card whicjlh I did. NGN 50 was deducted from my account and and the card wasn't added. This is not nice at all. You deduct from my account without adding the card you deducted from. Common!
The app is a rubbish app. I tried to apply for loan. It is telling me failed to apply that I should also add a card and you lairs will always say sorry for the inconvenience all the time without doing nothing. You guys are 419
This app is a trash. How can you collect my bvn and then say unable to resolve bvn? Your system is not connect to bvn database and you are running this app for people to key in their confidential details. This is wrong.
Stupid app. You guys should go learn from Paylater. They will ask you for ALL your data (bvn, bank details, everything) plus a slefie and lastly deny you a loan asking you to have an existing savings for two weeks when I need the money like right now. Why didn't you people put that info first before people start to create a profile in your app? Very stupid. I'm so gutted! Don't install if you want a loan. They will only waste your time. Very stupid app indeed.
It's OK but I couldn't create account successfully, please i need a referral code to register with. I think it's the reason why I couldn't register successfully.
This is the most stupid and useless app every on Play Store. After filling all the useless form they said a 6 digit code was sent to my registered phone number for over 5hrs no code was sent and I have already filled my bank info and my BVN.
I regrets downloading this app ! i've send request for the loan almost ten times but telling me maintain good saving record, I've changed some things but still the same thing,
i transferred using payit app,it failed and the money disappear and try to complain, still not responding,phone number not going through and not replying emails. this app is fraud, don't download.

Very poor customer service. I sent an email since 28-12-2019 complaining about failed transaction and my wallet was debited and money not sent. Total amount is #23,000.00. Today is 04-01-2020 and I am yet to hear from them.

Really a bad app. Don't download. It won't give you loan after collecting all your bank details. I have personal lay complain with EFCC in case of any illigal activity with my accounts as a result of my BVN on this platform illigal platform. U better deactivate my account with you guys.

I have been waiting for the activation code which I was supposed to use to activate my account forever. That's a thumb down for me please
This App is the weirdest I have come across. You log on, you get an error message on incorrect login details. You initiate forgotten password and you get an instant information that a 6-digit confirmation code has been sent to your phone number. Funny enough, that 6-digit number is NEVER received on your phone. You are then blocked and demanded from a 4-digit PIN that probably is non-existent. In the end you get frustrated and you simply exit. This whole thing looks more like a huge joke. Get this worked out ASAP!
