My apartment company makes me use this. So you enter your payment methods to save for future use. Then when you go to make a payment you have to reenter the payment method again. Once you setup auto payments it won't let you adjust it. So you have to delete it and setup the same up again plus your adjustments. Clicking on the help links just closed the menu with no results.

OK, update 2 previous review in which I gave only 2 stars. I have added 1 more star & would have added all 5 w/ the exception of 1 thing. Due to the fact that I often pay rent early & each time I do it reflects in my monthly credit report by showing in-app that those months are visibly NOT marked & appear not reported (according to these un-highlighted icons which show months you paid & which months you didn't). Don't know why this simple feature can't show true. 😕 Perfect xcept that 1 thing.

This app does not show what the amount is for, and it is always off on amount. I can not make new auto pay, my rent is always changing, always saying date not valid even tho it is from the calendar. I would never use this app if I had a choice.

Very simple to use, easy to understand, and makes paying leases and other bills simpler than on their main website. Two thumbs way up, Zego! Just keep the bugs and errors down to a minimum, and this app will blow up in popularity soon enough!!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I had two accounts set up for payment. They use the two accounts with others routing number. My rent does not go through. On my end it is the correct numbers. When I try to pay over the phone they told me they switched up the numbers and tried to say it was my fault after the named the opposite banks. When I pointed it out the managers blamed me. Very rude. Unprofessional. Childlike. Immature. It is not worth your time. Pay rent another way. You will be happier for it.

App is below average, it is inconsistent in rent owed, sometimes it's the full amount owed, sometimes I have to manually change it to make it the full amount owed. Have to enter in sign in information every time, you all have no issue storing my payment information, but keeping sign in information for an app is impossible? Either way app is just above sucks.

7 dollar and change service charge. What the F***. The only reason I am using your app is because my rental company is currently having me make rent payments through Zego. And Zelle doesn't cost anything to use through my bank. I will have to remove your service charge from my rent. I highly do not recommend Zego for any kind of money handling

Worst app ever! Deleted my post I see! Cannot set up autopay because the calendar gives an invalid date and your app won't let you type it in manually. Oh, the "support" tab doesn't work either and you stay on hold forever if you call! No surprise there. Your app sucks!

Was going to use this to help pay rent for three tenants, but changed my mind after seeing the app. There's no way for you to create notes/comments on your payments system, if I'm making a payment for three, there's no way to tell if that's is considered when making payments. Plus the fees attached to making payments is a turn off. I'm for convenience, but the fees are too much for me since I can write a check instead at no cost and leave it in the mailbox. Other reviews also paint a bad picture

It's been about 6 months since my leasing company changed&switched us to Zego. We were told if we paid directly from our checking account that there would be no fee so that's what we've always done but about 2 months in that changed &now they charge$3 just to make a payment without ever notifying us of any change. They still have none of our information in the app, no balance due, nothing. I can only see payments that have been made online through the app. Not the greatest app, not the worst.

Garbage. Thermostat scheduling doesn't work, it always just resets my settings -- if it ever even accepts my changes at all. Trying to adjust the Home and Away settings won't let me set a temperature for either below 75 degrees. When on a schedule, it always reverts to some unknown default. No place in the app for customer service or a way to contact my apartment complex. Barely useful.

Got to admit, downloading the app was the only pleasant thing about it. After two hours, I went back to the website which takes you in circles but at least I'm used to that. This app still needs a LOT of work.

The app works fine but paying for them to do business is not ok. If you cost you $4 to process a payment then that's the cost of doing business. Don't charge me for it.

Very easy to navigate and I got set up with auto pay for my rent and I am excited and also relieved that I don't have to worry about the burden of coming up with the cash every month when it comes right out of my bank thank you so much

App is terrible. My account was drafted 3 times because of an error. Then I was charged fees for not having 3x my rent amount in my checking account. I tried to get these fees refunded but to no avail because I wasnt screen recording. Who posts three months worth of rent back to back? I have only ever paid one month at a time. It took them over a month to even respond to my request after initial opening of the complaint. I will avoid anywhere that uses this app in the future.

This app is slow and inconsistent. The app does not appear on my phone in it's full entity. {the words and drop boxes overlap} I always have a problem with logging using email/password. Paying my rent through this app has been such a frustrating experience. This is the worst app ever! I think it is a disservice to residence to have us continue using this app and giving excuses

This app is almost impossible to use. It's very cumbersome & not user friendly at all. Customer support is aweful. This app is just way more trouble than it's worth It's only gotten worse. I received an email from customer service. They said they would contact me, & that was 10 days ago. I went to log in, & I have to change the password again. There is no sense in having to change password every single time you use it. And trying to change your password is a collosal hastle. The more I try to us

I was experiencing some tech issues upon registration and elected to contact support for assistance. I was able to schedule a phone meeting with the developers to walk through those issues. The bugs were worked out right away. The app is now running as it should be making my life easier by submitting rent payments online. Thanks Rohan and Spencer.

Doesn't report payment to credit bureaus as stated on so. Not very much content from rental office or community. Doesn't list amenities. Didn't break, so that's good. Ok, but could be better.

Forget it, stick with online check from bank! Same/better result! $40 to pay with credit card?! What happened to Visa/MC not allowing fees? If businesses don't want to pay for credit card fees, don't accept them/get better ACH: takes over a week to withdraw so, no benefit. Underwhelming app overall plus have to manually input account info instead of copy/paste. This tells me that it is a very unprofessional or at least a 3rd rate/greasy provider, and an out of touch/apathetic developer.

You can't really select if payment is for rent, utilities, nothing. I get no confirmation from property mgmnt that they get payment

Its very convenient way to make the payment. The payment doesn't come out of account when made like most payments. when payments were made through rent track be switched over to zego payment would show from account. but it takes up to 3 days or so for payment to go through. Other wise is very convenient.

Slow. Doesn't recognize my login info or even open sometimes. Ive had to reset my login multiple times due to error messages and had to call the company to do it because even when you reset it, IT DOES NOT RESET. Caused me to be late on rent 2x in the past because the app wouldn't work (my rental office is 20m away and has normal work hours to drop of checks). Ive learned my lesson. Terrible app.
