To use Paylocity Mobile, your company must be a Paylocity customer and you must be an authorized user with Paylocity credentials. Company Code, User Name and Password are required to access the application. Vacation time and PTO accruals are often not accurate. Not very user friendly. It can be difficult to navigate and make adjustments to hours worked if there are missed punches. Has difficulty with time off requests for those working overnight shifts, especially those who may have a start time before 12 am.
Buggy app. You can work around most of the bugs, but it's annoying and bad user experience. Frankly I'm more annoyed that I had to come here to find a contact for support - the so-called help pages wouldn't give me any way to contact someone about the bugs.
This is a horrible garbage app. I signed on paylocity about 2 years ago. After a month it wouldn't let me login, so I stopped using it; I was still getting a paper check with a check stub. Work decided everyone has to get direct deposit. So now necessary for me to get back into paylocity. The operation manager had my password reset. What do you know, it was the same one I had 2 years ago. Then 2 weeks later, it says my password is wrong again. The same one Google has saved for me.
Great app really helps me keep up with everything I just hate the pie chart cause it automatically labels areas whatever when it can recognize what the business or place like it labeled one of my areas on the pie chart four random numbers and I'm still trying to figure out what that is but other than that it's like Wendy's Facebook it's cute how it keeps up with birthdays and anniversaries which is cool but unless I figure out how to turn the pie chart off I guess I'll deal .
I'm having issues pulling up my direct deposit information. At first I had no problem being that information now I can't. I need to download or screenshot that information for my creditors showing them that yes I have direct deposit set up the this bank and all that stuff. I've tried emailing several with no response. I've been held up for weeks on merchant credits because I can't verify my direct deposit and pay information. Not to mention several other issues.
This company does not care to be accessible for Android users. They tailor to apple. Impossible to log in, reset password, or access a w-2. There is no "Recaptcha" to solve as a human. There is literally just information box's to enter info pointlessly and start over every time because they didn't add the RECAPTCHA TO THE APP. 🤦🏼♂️ it's useless.
Overall pretty intuitive. Easy to use and clean. Only complaint so far is i wish you could see upcoming payed time off/when you get more balance instead of just the current available.
Works well. My only issue is when I go to my timesheet it now defaults to showing me the weeknof April 17th. I have tonpage forward to get to the current week to ensure my punches are correct. A little annoying when it used to default to the current work week.
Too confusing. I've had other apps and they are much easier to run reports and approve times. Clocking in and out is a huge pain also. Just simplify this one.
So far no issues. Work schedule is easily accessible, punch in ability works great, being able to view availability time off and request time off is very easy-to-use. Overall a great experience.
This app is not fully functional in comparison to the desktop in the office. It needs to quickly be upgraded where we have access to everything that we do both mobile and desktop.
This app is not user friendly at all. I can't fix my time sheets and it does not have any fixes for the correction of time sheets. You just approve the time sheets whether it's right or not. Horrible app.
This was a good app but it makes you change your password even when you don't want to, there was nothing wrong with the password I had, but I was forced to change my password, so this is app isn't worth using but I have to use it because of my job or I would delete it so fast, if I could put 0 stars I would
UI looks like it's trying to cram a web page onto a phone screen without mobile optimization. Really?!?! No way to change notification settings in the app. Pretty useless. I'm HR and embarrassed my employees have to use this POS app.
Passwords never work. Paylocity makes you update your password every three months which is ridiculous to me. Then once I update my password and try to log in on a different device, it says the password is incorrect. Then I'll get locked out of my account and have to call to get back in. An incredible amount of work just to see my pay stub. I wish my company had never gone with paylocity.
Worst app ever. Was slow to begin with, and now it insists I upgrade but when I try to do so it does not load. Just twirling twirling twirling for as long as I let it. Once I let it go 45 minutes. Maybe I am impatient? No problems with other apps on this phone.
This App is so easy to use. I can literally see everything that I normally would have to call HR for. Going paperless is the greatest thing ever. I can request my time off and get a quick response. I can see my hours that have accumulated for my vacation time. You can also chat with your whole company if you would like, or you can create a group chat and invite whoever you want.. The list goes on lol Enjoy Everyone!!
The new updates now on the app does not let you check your pay. It has been removed. DO NOT like that at all!! This app updates are worse rather than better. Don't have access to see email addresses either for other departments in our company.
Terrible app nothing on it works you have to get to a PC to do anything on it, I wish I could give a negative star complete waste of money, update 05/11/2022 it's even worse than I previously reviewed the app is not complete you basically need a PC to do anything on this ridiculous app, only thing I do get is I can see my paycheck partially, I would give it a -0 if I could ADP is far better.
Idiosyncratic. Backing out of a screen using the phone control, you can't return to the same screen in the app until navigating elsewhere. Edit: Inconsistent interplay with the company's business rules. This thing is either making the data inconsistent or it's not always doing what the user interface tells the mobile user it's doing.
App is not always user friendly. Often it freezes up and I cannot clock in or out. I know it's not my phone as I can go into other apps at that time.
Schedule part of the app is Not laid out in an organization and easy to read layout for your availability or the crib sheet. Also, it seems only managers can see the team schedule, employees can only access a crib sheet for days they are scheduled which is a ridiculous feature. Schedulefly is so much user friendly
The time clock is always down.i don't know why they can't come up with something to where we can clock in and out on our phone as soon as we walk in the building we can clock in or before we exit the building at the end of our shift we can clock out and clock out for break and in after break it would be alot easier and alot less of a hassle just my opinion
It perpetually logs you out, and then if you can't remember your password (one of the KEY reasons you would opt to "stay signed in"; The app endlessly asks you to verify your password to stay logged in. What is the point of having a "stay logged in feature"?
Ever since the last update I have had many issues. Recently it has had issues linking up and allowing me to clock, and when I do my punches it no longer switches over to history, so it makes double punching way to easy to happen. Before these issues I would have rated it 5 stars.
