Great app, but there was a minor issue when I first entered tried to deposit in maya savings because I was getting an error. But after I cancelled the transaction and redo the deposit process, the deposit went through successfully and until now I don't have any issues so far. I also agree that there were good features from the previous app design like the color used was lighter. But overall it's easy to navigate and use, you just need to explore it a little bit.

I like the looks and overall design of the old Paymaya app. It's easy on the eyes. The new one (Maya) is poorly designed. You're UX designer did not do a good job. The choice of colors is so bad. I hope it can be improved in future updates. Edit: Please please fix the design of the app. It's very clutter and it's hard to find what I'm looking for. I always use this app and it's getting really INCONVENIENT to use. >:(

Voucher Claim Error insists. I have already tried raising the concern to their support group but after trying all the options they gave to solve the problem (like, updating the app, etc.) and after getting my info with the hope of getting this issue addressed, I haven't heard from them since. I've done the process for quite times already but I always ended up getting no resolution for this issue.

This updated version is just so bad, cant pay properly via qr, confusing icons, security is also now an issue... I had to send to gcash all my remaining balance since there was an unknown purchase... My card was suddenly blocked and can no longer be used inspite 1 more year prior to expiration, these all unfortunate experience due to the new MAYA. No longer a reliable, consumer-friendly app, will switch to other platforms if they wont resolve their issues... better revert to your previous state

I paid pag-ibig bill on oct.2, 2019 and it took paymaya almost a month to notify me that my bill payment did not go through due to their system error. They only notify me on the 24th of oct. 2019. Even though they returned the amount, the cut-off date matters a lot. 20 April 2022: Improved experience. More billers were added in the options. Fast posting of payments. Thanks to you paymaya.

The App is fine and the initial account opening process is painless and swift. But the upgrade process is a shambles as the photo taking instructions do not provide a possibility to make the photo "upright" and the face verification process is faulty and fails multiple tiimes. The face recognition algorith has problems with ID photos that have an overlay with security features. This was already a problem with Paymaya 2 years ago and they haven't fixed it

OTP everywhere. Can't even log in because it's asking for OTP that I don't receive despite resending it multiple times. Not the first time I've had issues with Paymaya's OTP. And it's never fixed. Almost no update/improvement/new services to the app and now this. I stopped using this long ago but it's still my payment method to some subscriptions and I can't even access it. Way to go.

This app is vry difficult to upgrade. Regardless of how good your camera is, the photo will end up blur on the maya app. Them cause for the system to reject it. It also having difficulty identifying if the id you are using is tin or umid etc. Video verification is very difficult too. It kept sayong low lightning and not clear where in fact I used a lot of lights and even went outside where it was very sunny!!!!!

There's a lot more to improve with the UI: (a) font size is too small on some devices, and the text for some actions are wrapping incorrectly, e.g., Merchants which was supposed to be single line became "Merchant s", (b) only the home view seems to have changed, everything else is still the same as in the former PayMaya app, and (c) there's no option to make the app follow the system theme.

The UI and transaction speed is excellent. Although one suggestion that I could make is to create a calculator that allows users to calculate the amount that they will receive depending on the interest/balance/time frame that they choose.

I've been using this app for a few years now because the overall appearance looks neat and clean, and the app is so user-friendly, but I do not like the new update. The new interface (front page) looks awful, similar to GCash. The only good thing I see for now is that you haven't changed the other parts yet. Hope you can bring back the neat and clean look of the app.

All is good until I decided to upgrade my account. It seems that your system does not support a customer with a name that exceeds of 30 characters. I was not able to upgrade my account due to I have a very long name that your system encountered an error during my upgrade. I sent email regarding on this.

It's good in terms of cash back and it's main original use, then its very bad in games, especially in Number Snake. It lags when it reaches 600 points. It always blocks out and allows me to re-enter my password when I reach 1k plus. It wasted the 500 coins. It's kind of disappointing because I like games a lot.

New update. Cool. I can say it improves a lot, from the appearance and everything. I love the savings and cashbacks. Just some slight concern with scan to pay, not sure if its slow to process now compare to the old version?! Or maybe just my data

The app used to be good but unfortunately, I can no longer login to my account. I've tried the Clear Cache/Data, Uninstall/Reinstall, Updating etc but it didnt solve the problem. I emailed Maya support but its been 15days and 3 requests for update but still no reply. Not going to change the rating until my problem is resolved.

It is really easy and convinient to use. However, why give a lot of promos with cashbacks? In the end, I try to meet the goal and then the cashbacks are seriously nowhere to be seen. Like I topped up once, and I received a message abt getting cashback on my 3rd top up. So I read the mechanics abt it. On my 2nd top I received another message saying the same. But on my 3rd top up before the month ends, there is nothing. Hmmmn

I like the app because of the cashbacks and vouchers. What I dont like on this app is the cash-ins. Most partners for cash in has a minimum of Php 500. I have also bad experience in mobile load purchase,in which I was deducted twice and two load promos was recieved by the subscriber was supposed to purchase one load promo. I emailed their customer service, it just said that I should contact my network provider. I bought that load to them so I think they should be the one to solve the issue.😩

So far so good, no bugs or any issues. Right now, I'll just rate it 4 star. I hope you can add a cash out feature through some banks since we are investing to crypto. Some transactions are not available in your app and needs physical money so I really hope you can add this feature.

The upgrade seems interesting. However, I just hope the charge cost for buying and selling cryptocurrency was transparent. I don't understand why the price displayed is different from when you try to sell the cryptocurrency. I get that there is a processing fee but for the amount to be reduced twice is confusing. First is when I am placing the amount to sell. And second is when I was about to confirm the transaction. The cost is too high for a P10 investment. How much more to a higher amount.

been trying to log in for a week now. and it is not allowing me to do so. This is the second time this happened to me. Changed password multiple times and it keeps saying can not connect.. like hello? I teied loggin in via wifi and data. Still. Tje update is also confusing! Will zero out the balance and then will stop using it. Well, hopefully I het to log in this week. Jeeez

Very poor experience when using the app for bills payment. I keep getting an error after multiple attempts then finally decided to try another app where my transaction was successful on my first try. Might not use this app again because of unrealibility which very important for me whenever I have bills to pay that are due. ☹️👎

I'm giving it 1 star today. I cannot log-in. I have sent emails regarding this issue. The same reply is sent to me everytime since December 2021. Around 15 replies and they are all the same. They say they have endorsed the issue. I provided all the requirements. It's been 5 months and there is no progress. I'm returning your 5 star rating if you fix this.

The app changes a lot and now it's harder than ever to use. Why not stick to one UI, logo and design? The earliest versions was very easy to use, the previous one is abit hard and just as I was able to get accustomed to the new one they change it again? Come on.

Starting to get stale the longer I use it and I'm already regretted rating this a perfect star but yeah, been using for a long time and it is still easy but the cash in fee is starting to annoy me aswell. Please don't take too much money when I use 7-11 and atleast make me feel that your events or promotions not to be a total pre-selected, let REAL users actually win the prizes!

The redesigned app looks stunning and sleek. I love the new UI, navigation is pretty much better now compared to the previous design. I hope they add dark mode in the future, that would be awesome.

Paymaya has always been the number 1 digitl banking app for me. I was just a student when it started and I've seen how much it grew. It has way better service, lots of vouchers and posting transactions real time. The app is user friendly as well, even before it updated to Maya.
