Horrible app. It's rare that i am able to log in. End up having to use web sight and half the time " this site can't be reached". A year later, App is still junk, started to use web page, now that doesn't work. Absolutely a trash company.

Horrible app, website, and everything. I made registered and made an account and now it "does not recognize" my device; the one and only device I have ever accessed the account from. Because of this it wants an authentication code that's supposed to be sent to my phone. Never got it. So I press the "Can't access my account" link and they said they would send me an email. Never got an email. These problems exist on the website and app.

doesn't work. There's many ways for it to soft lock or fail to activate something. it finally stopped working for me with an infinite login screen soft lock. It's absolutely unusable & useless. This only exists for ' advertising purposes' and their email is abandoned. Whoever developed the website doesn't care one bit if you aren't able to access your money. They're making their own by forcing this broken program onto us.

The Paynuver App and Website are a train wreck. Can't login because "doesn't recognize my device", will send a text with verification code. I never get the text after three tries. Attempt to unlock account, will send instructions to my email. Never get the email. As a web developer for over 20 years I could tell immediately this was amateur hour. I saw many clues on my first viewing, and all suspicions have been confirmed.

EXTREMELY slow app. Will not allow use of biometrics. App freezes constantly. I don't know how you talked Acuren into giving you a contract, but they will be encouraged to explore their options. Your app is absolute junk.

Don't bother with this piss poor app. It simply just does not work. I have tried for the past three months to login and every single time it just times out and freezes. You are best off just using a browser.

Is there any way to give an app negative stars? I feel like this app owes me for being such garbage. Cant use the card for hardly anything and every time you try to transfer money out it crashes on both the app AND website making it next to impossible to get your own money. Last update was October 2018? Nearly a year???? Dont even know why this app is still available

The app is slow on login. I'm unable to link fingerprint recognition. When I transfer funds to another account, the app kicks me out & I have to login again. Once again, this takes forever. I wish my company had chosen another provider.

Horrible app. Doesn't recognize the device it's installed on. Biometric sign-in never works period and now for the last 3 days when you try to login it just freezes up

Terrible app. Will not let me log in, says that it does not recognize username or password. Can't retrieve any info. Can't edit accounts.

I had this app before and it use to work. Had trouble with it so I uninstalled it. Just installed it again hoping it was fixed. But no it still gets stuck at the login page.

Cant actually do anything. app wants a login after every single click. would like to see why my money is disappearing faster than I thought it was being spent but I cant even look at my statements

There is no support available for this app. If it works you're okay, if it stops working they've got all you money tied up on their card and there's nothing you can do about it.

I have a new phone and and new number and i downloaded the app however its not giving me an option to change my number and it keeps sending "verification texts" to my old phone. Help me. It's irritating.

App crashes and in order to get in it you have to uninstall and reinstall the app everytime...time consuming and a major headache!

I got my card sign up. Having extremely difficulty signing in. It won't accept my email or password. There is no link to retrieve this information. Piece of junk

Poor app. It doesn't even open after inputting your user name and password. No biometric option. It has to be scrapped off Google play

Lags a lot. For the passed two days I'm NOT ABLE TO SIGN IN. I type my username and password then try to press login and it freezes every time.

This app sucks! Better off just using the website. App keeps crashing, never recognizes my account, it's just trash. Wish I could give zero stars

Not happy.... Attempted to take out $200.00 at the ATM....was denied..receipt said "bank unavailable " ....there was plenty of money in my account. I check my account and the money was deducted from my account. This is 16 days later and the money is still not put back in my account. 200 bucks didn't kill me, but that's not the point. Its shady

Well it's easy for someone to hack in to the app and no one can seem to help me disconnect it from my card verry unhappy

Update: I am updating based on my last review. I made 2 transfer on Sunday, Aug 2nd and today, Aug 4th 8.20am, money remitted. So from my experience, am grateful and will use this app again.

Will not login to the app at all and i just got it. I use this for my Tupperware business.

Only works on wifi if it works at all. Their web page is the same way

Dont ever request any sort of funds to be placed on a virtual card from paynuver. They dont allow u to lonk or transfer the funds to any other account you may have.

Freezes too much and changes appearance.
