I'm extremely unhappy with the XtraPower card. When I look at my balance on the app, I see a running total of charges applied to my account year to date. There is really no full accounting of what those charges are for. Also, there is a daily transaction cap, which sometimes prevents me from having access to my funds which are on deposit. Lastly, they want to charge $15 for a money order in Payomatic locations purchased using my card. Are you kidding me? This is unacceptable.

It seems like it's off to a great start, very accessible. Smooth interface and design. Couldn't picture better. Only thing that is missing is benefits for people with the same card. Like no fee to transfer money to the like account. But keep it up.

I like this app its really easy to use. Simple layout. Let's you know right away when you load money when you spend and what you have left. No problem transferring new card even has my name. Was surprised how quick the $5 was added thank you.

Very poor accuracy. Card activity doesn't give correct balance and recent transactions won't display until the next day, that is not a "recent" transaction if I have to wait an entire day to see my new available balance. Very slow refresh. please fix before I cancel my services.

Yeah it was easy to set up 1 to 3 but if you have more than one card you cannot set it up I don't like it you can't link your other car to the app is one card per app and I just got off a customer service and they tell me I have two different numbers who has two phones maybe some of you guys do but I don't I have one phone then you cannot see anything online there's no access to online so you can have one car registered on the app and the other one you have to call and find out what's going on this was ridiculous the excella card at least you had access to your statements online at least you can have there was no problem if you have multiple cards this this was terrible this is terrible and they need to fix it😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible customer service. I don't recommend this card at all. Customer service has hung up on me 12 times already. After 2 transactions in a 24 hour rolling period they block your card and the only way to fix is to call. But they keep hanging up on me. Worst service ever. The number listed below was no help either. They hung up 3 times and by the 4th time the lady transfers me to the in power 844 number which is the one my original complaint is about. STILL DO NOT RECOMMEND

Everything was going well until it wasn't I can't see the money on my card or transfer money because it says a error had occurred I tried it on two phones and same thing and the error is with that App. This is a problem and I need to see and transfer my money. Please fix this ASAP!

I have funds on my card but these people keep disabling access to it "for my safety". I'm out of town and now have no way to use my card and I've tried to call but it's over an hour wait time. Bc of this I couldnt pay my phone bill and that is now off too. Cant wait to cancel this forever. I finally sorted the first problem but as soon as I use the card, it gets shut off AGAIN. I have to get on the phone for an hr just to use it for one transaction to repeat the process all over again! 0 stars!

Amazing experience so far. I got the card from the Payomatic check cashing location, I received my new card with actual name in the mail when I registered...and the transfer of funds to the new card was so damn easy. Also, my balance changes are sent directly to my phone via text message. Couldn't be happier.

So after finally updating the app, I see the coupons, but to no avail, I cannot access them; although I can delete them if I choose to. It's frustrating because I use this card as my emergency card and those perks would have come in handy.

I do not understand why in a transaction they have to charge me $ 6 dollars and more $ 1.50, and even without using the card I get a message that the balance goes, the truth I do not understand and it is not fair that you do that. Because they break down the balance of our payments. and decline payments and put us charges for that

Sub par app. Simple layout but no clear instructions on how to add more than one card. This app also needs an option to transfer money directly from your PayPal on to your card or to someone else's card.

No matter what kind of password I put it'll always say, "something went wrong, please try later" even if it checks every thing out. It makes no sense at all. So I can even sign in... Brand new card too like huh...?

This is terrible, cause they just deactivate your card without sending you an email to let you know that. They deactivate the account just for proof of address without any notice. What about if i buy something and then when you swipe it says" declined" while you know you have money on it. That's a mistreatment man

The app rejects my password then it won't let me change it with my phone number. I clearly updated the number on the toll number but the app doesn't seem to see it. I'm about to switch if I don't get any help immediately.

Horrible Glitch The app has a problem where I am missing the last 2 letters of EVERY important word, and does NOT show the full routing and account number, it's missing the last 2 umbers in both... needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY

The worst possible banking experience EVER!! Somehow (on the day of my direct deposit) "I" ordered a new replacement card. Trying to get this undone and/or investigated has been a nightmare! Customer Service is woefully incompetent, I now have TWO paychecks in cyberspace, oh, and its the holidays...in a nutshell, do yourself a favor, and decide on a different option for you mobile banking needs. I wish that I did...

The freaking app keeps telling oops oops oops it cannot do a freaking thing!, i cannot do absolutely nothing with my bank or bank card because the app does not work, it has a phone number i had 2 years ago and it wont registered my card or recognize my new number. I called my bank and personally went to the payomatic tellers and no one there cannot help me because they have no access to the app, cannot make fundamental changes, I called the number in the bank and they cannot help me either, ugh

So far, so good. My only comment I was never told about the monthly fee. I was led to believe that there was no fee. I can handle the fee for now but I am in search of a card without fees. Other than that, it's a good beginners card.

Customer service is the worst, Supervisors worst then Reps can't get simply infomation corrected to be able to load money or use online....Have to jump hoops to get any positive response, the app only allows the user to edit limited personal infomation....will not be recommending this card or app to anyone as soon as I can change to another prepaid company I'll be done and passing this review on as very via all social media
