Great platform. I've been using it for quite some time to receive payments and I've had no issues whatsoever, as of yet. The reason for giving 4 stars is due to the issue I'm having with submitting documents for a Payoneer card - I keep submitting legitimate documents but it keeps saying not clear or something else. Apart from that issue, great platform.

I just had to rate the app 1-star. The app is great and functions well. However, the funds transfer services are not efficient. It does not make sense using a very good app to make bank withdrawals only for the funds to reach your bank in almost a week's time. The withdrawals were abit fast before, but currently the waiting time is much longer

Their "support" consists of automated responses, and the issues are considered "resolved" after that. The response is generated not upon the message you sent, but upon a narrowly specified list of topics (which is quite short) which you are required to choose to submit the request. They just don't care. That one star is a waste for this one, just use PayPal. I rarely give poor reviews, but this one is just not good.

Everything started just fine, but suddenly they locked my balance and after I made contact through support, they said it was a regular thing. But then my account was blocked without any reason, without any possibility of reopen it and they refuse to say at least why. I had a pending transaction and I couldn't know about its state. I wonder what would've happen if I had money in my balance.

This is one of the most stupid app ever! The service is good until you want to edit something in your account! I literally lost the phone number I used for my two step verification, and I received a payment.! I couldn't log in before it keep demanding for code for two step verification and I can't because I don't have to number again. I contacted the customer service for up to ten times and each time they ask me to send my ID which i always do, at the end , they will no longer reply my email

I have been using their services for 2 years now for recieving my hard earned money from my work as a freelancer and I haven't had any issue with it until now! Out of nowhere they asked me for more verification information just to verify my identity and while I gave them all my details they still won't accept my attachments saying that there is a discrepancy in the details but then I only have 2 IDs and I have sent them both. This is very disappointing! You just lost one of your long time user!

A great app indeed to help with managing foreign currencies like no other, I'm glad I found Payoneer. I just hope the app interface can be better and user friendly, I also don't know why I've been unable to change to or add another bank account to receive my funds... All in all, Kudos to the developers.

The all was good but the latest update, which took an hour, no longer allows my PW to work, took away the option to use your fingerprint, and nowy account is locked. The app is trash.tbis was 5 stars, and now the app is essentially worthless and I can't accessy money. Stellar work guys. Just awesome. Edit, April 2023: It's doing it again, even after being updated.

It has been more than a week since I am done with the verification requirements but I received no response yet. And, upon that when I called them I got an answer of no account exists with the provided Customer ID. Then, I went for live chat which again failed because the agents were not available and this has been happening since last two days. They have my money blocked and are not reviewing my account. I'm just stuck and so depressed due to not having money in my hands with me. Worst experienc

Satisfying App easy to use. It gives quick access and the best thing is that its easy and simple after all verifications are done and all set to use One thing i hate about it that it requires so much information and too many steps to verify. I found the verification requirements so much annoying and difficult than it should be and that must be changed to the simple and short.

Seriously just use Paypal or something else. In the last few months I've been having trouble getting my money from Payoneer. They work very slow 🦥 and it's always a struggle to get in touch with them. They seem helpful when you eventually get through to them but nothing changes. Hope my company can use a different payment company.

It's just terrible!!! For more than 10 days my account has been under review. Contacted support (Support Incompetent). The support girl just blocked my account and told me to create a new one. That's exactly what I did. Then I received a letter where it was said that I already have an account and I need to do something with it. As a result, I can not use any of the accounts.The support team says that "you just need to wait for an email and we can not tell you any terms". But there are no results

It was working fine, but it's been two days now that the app says "We’ve improved the Payoneer app for you - To continue using the app, update to the latest version", I click on the update button and it brings me to the Play Store, which only allows for Open and Uninstall. I've cleared cache, data, re-installed the app two times and it still doesn't work. There are no new updates for me to download. What gives? I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 for what it's worth.

The app doesn't automatically notify you of transactions. It'd be nice if you could see your customer ID on the app as well. It's annoying that you have to update the app before being able to use it; sometimes you just want to check something quickly, but you're forced to update it before you can do that. Other than that, it's an okay app.

Wow, amazingly fast response from their support team 👏 The app was having issues with push notifications after the android 12 updates, emailed them last night and they get that solved the next morning with an update. The app is smooth and helps to access your account on the go, clean interface, and is easy to use.

It's a great app. It makes everything so easy. But seems there is a problem with the latest version. It can't open even after updating. It keeps insisting that I should update to the newest version even after installing it. Please fix the issue

I'm giving a 5 star because of the superb and fast payment transactions. I encountered a problem for the first time today after over a year of using it but it got resolved on the same day. Thank you Payo and I hope I never encounter this verification issue again!

I don't like working with this app. It's more than a month that my account is under review and they do not reject nor verify my account. Also I was going to use this account but my payment was pending for more than a week . They put my payment at risk. Never going to trust such an app again. I sent multiple email for customer support and contacted via live chats regarding my problem but still not solved.

So disappointed with your app. I've been using your app for 1 year already. My payment is pending and until now none of your customers service are replying. You asked for a verification all of a sudden. That money is from our hardwork and just simply as that you put it on pending. My co-workers are experiencing the same.

The app is good and user-friendly. I'm just having one trouble with the recent update. Even after updating the app it shows that I can't use the app until I update it. I've completely updated it to the latest version but the issue was not resolved. Mobile is Realme 5.

I have been using payoneer for more than 5 months, everything was fine before last two weeks. 19th april I recieved a payment in my account and even after 5 days its not credited to my account. When I contacted the support team they told me like, your account is under verification, once its over, the payment will credited to your account. Till now my account is under verification. Its been more than a week and no response from your team. I believe you guys have the worst team.

This is an updated review. After almost a year my account is now functional and I can receive funds. My employer directly contacted Payoneer and they acted swiftly to check and approve my account. This should not have been the case, as an individual they should have paid attention to my requests and checked my documents. Now to see how long it will take to approve my expedited card that I requested.

This app is amazing, I love it cause its easy to cash in, cash out, send money and everything its simply easy to use yk. Especially when it don't charge you with big taxes/fees when you tryna withdraw cash to local banks. I used to be usin PayPal a year ago and freakin hell it charges me $4 with a $10 withdrawal istg. And eBay has did an amazing sht by changing it to Payoneer, cus now Ion need to worry bout paying taxes/fees or anything when selling some stuff on eBay. Good Job ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The exchange rate is unfair I can't believe this. I use this app coz that's the only option workable for me and now they ripped me of almost 10$ for a withdrawal. This is nonsense alright. You guys better give me a proper explanation. PayPal wouldn't charge me like this. It's too much!

The core part of any product is there customer support. I wish I could set 0/10 for their CS department. It used to be good product and i even had there plastic card, but not worth it now. My suggestion is to reconsider you choice for Revolut Or Transferwise

Payoneer is not reliable for those who provide freelance service across the world. For example if you send a payment request to the client who don't have any existing account they will be asked to provide a lot of information and sometimes clients feel insecure sharing them. As a result clients declined the request and stop working further. This payment method should be like PayPal where anyone can send and receive payment without having this kind of foul issues.
