PayRange

The actual use of this app is fine. I use it to pay for my apartment's laundry room and the vending machines at work. I've never had an issue with that. My issue is with the marketplace that offers free credits. It states that the credits will be instant and they are not. I downloaded a game and played it to the required level and it never processed my credits. I submitted a ticket about this issue with screenshots of the game showing that I'm far past the level now and they don't care to help.

Works, great support. The app is pretty barebones, little fluff, little in the way of aesthetics but that's fine. It works, it's simple to use, and it works. Frankly I'm surprised it works so easily with the three machines at my workplace. My only issue was I didnt receive my first purchase for free which was a promotion at the time. Support gave me either credit or a refund, I don't recall, very promptly and I was quite happy with the service. The app works.

When I first used PayRange, I was excited, glad I didn't have to seach for coins anymore. One day my account was locked. I spent 35 minutes trying to reset passwords. FINALLY! Then PayRange wouldn't recognize my payment. I endended adding extra funds just to get the app to work. I had already added funds twice.So frustrating. No real help in the app. NOT A FAN!

This is a terrible app! 90 percent of the time it doesnt work and i have to use quarters. When it does work it takes forever to connect, it says machines are not available when they are, it tells you that you need to add more money when you still have a balance. It used to be good, but for the last year or more it NEVER works properly. It is a terrible app!

Just terrible. The app has significant trouble connecting to the machines. When, it has trouble connecting, it just keeps refreshing for 10 minutes or more. It would be faster to walk a mile to a gas station and get change instead of using this "app".

I use this app because its my only way to use the machines at my apartments. The app loads slow half the time, but does its job more or less. I really hate that I have no choice but to use the app which needs a minimum of $10 to reload your account funds. I liked having the option to use quarters but screw me rt? Added a useless marketplace feature where it encourages you to gamble and use a gift card to pay, except they only give you a fraction of the value of your gift card dollars. Rip off.

I like that Payrange gives you the ability to know how much time is left on your wash and dry time. If it wasn't for the fact that the option to participate in the marketplace apps to earn credits took so long to accumulate enough to contribute a total amount for a wash/dry I would give a 5 star. The fact you'd have to play longer than a load takes to wash or dry (you'd have to play non stop for 4 hours) doesn't make any sense to me and could actually be a total waste of time and phone data

Great app and great customer service! Whenever I reach out to them about any problems I have, they respond very quickly and promptly. They solve your problems right away. I hope I will never have to go back to the days of saving quarters for laundry!! I do miss the promotion/discounts they used to always have but love this app!

100% the coolest damn app for laundry related stuff out there period. no having to carry around 5000 quarters and dropping them everywhere and all that mess. gone forever now with the help of this absolutely beautiful app! I've used customer support as well and they are 100% on top of everything. it's so awesome when it's not a chore to contact somethings customer service. it's a flat godsend when they do all that and put a smile on your face at the same time. Hell I can't think of any cons! 🤣

Frustrating app. When out of BT range, app often times searches for machines instead of showing time left before laundry is done. Only option is to leave app open because app forgets machine in operation. Also, it doesn't seem to recognize Internet connection over phone data. If local ISP is down, so is PayRange.

1st time useing this app for my laundry. Im thrilled. I am computer semi littetate with my phone. But this was SUPER easy. Plus bo going out searching for quarters. Yeah. This product is excellent so far. Ill let you all know after the drying process. Only one thing...i was suppose to get a free wash on this first time but i didnt.

Great service so I don't have to worry about grabbing my wallet every time I need to do laundry dry, but that's about as far as the positives go. Constantly crashing, can't refresh without completely exiting the app, and prices are a bit outrageous for the loads to not even dry properly (even when half full).

I've only had the app a short while. I've used it for maybe, I don't know a month and a half. But it's super convenient to have the money on an app on the phone rather than worrying about carrying around quarters with the right amount of money for the machines. Real easy to use, user friendly. Nice app. Great job!

You have to add money to use it (Using something like Google Pay works be more straight forward), but it works well. I started using it because it's installed on the washing machines at my apartment complex. It's so much easier than having to get change and fumbling around with coins. Additionally, lottery tickets can be purchased through the app and it's fine in handy when I've come across vending machines that use it!

Staying at a campground and needed to do laundry. Their facility uses this app, so I downloaded it. It's great! No need to have a whole handful of quarters to go do a load of laundry. I love it. Works very smoothly with the machines.

FIX THE DAMN APP! it's unusable thanks to a random bug that won't let me add funds to my account. Because of this, I'm back to scrambling for quarters every time I need to do my laundry. Please get this big fixed as soon as possible. I've tried everything to try to fix it and nothing is working.

Decent app and payment system, wish ordering was faster, but that may be a limitation of using Bluetooth. If you select the wrong Google account to login with, there is no way to select another, you have to reinstall the app

Super easy to install, use and load money! Better then having to save up coins, carry coins, and lose coins by dropping them! LOL! I would highly recommend this APP to any laundromat business!!! I've never had a machine not work and it's been almost 2 yrs now!

If I could rate zero stars I would. App constantly crashes, logs you out and blocks you from entering. I've tried different devices and different accounts and it causes the same problems. I have lost around $40 due to app crashes and account locks. Super annoying do not recommend

App crashed over and over when trying to connect to machines even after restart and reinstall. A frustrating experience. Annoying to not be able to use the money I added.

I like that the app shows you the available machines and time remaining on the ones in use...very convenient! I use to have to run up and down stairs, guessing when people were using machines or not...this is a great experience and convenience for me...Angela Watts

HUGE surcharge! Downloaded to use at my local laundromat for slight convenience and its $2.50-$4.00 extra per load than on the machine itself. Its cheaper if I'm cashless to use the ATM (pay that one time surcharge) and change machine. Will have to drain my preloaded funds and use the money I added before deleting the app because I don't see any way to be refunded. It also only seems to pick up on about 5 machines in the laundromat out of like 40 so hard to use even if you're willing to pay.

I paid the 2 dollars in the app, then the washer said I had to add another 50 cents, which I did with coins. Overcharged me AND I had to put with coins...kind of defeats the whole purpose, doesn't it? Went to use the same washer again, and had a tough time getting it to work. This system needs some work to remove bugs.

It's definitely incompetence. 4 days in and their genius idea is turn the phone on and off 🤦‍♂️ One has to wonder is the support team so 🤬 slow because of incompetence or bc the app is so terrible it requires constant attention 🤷‍♂️ Would give 0/Negative stars if possible. 4 days waiting for their 🤬 support team to return an email and explain why I can't log in to my app but every other person in my complex has no issues. So infuriating. I hate that my complexs' laundry room is coinless.
