Nobody answers my concerns regarding my records not showing in the app. I've sent already three times to the support team my concern which you will find in the app but to no avail. What a shame. Once you already paid the initial payment they don't care anymore. The agent who contacted me for the order don't care also. Very cold and no sense of costumer service at all.👎👎👎

Cannot Login.. What is the problem of this apps i already have account previously but since yesterday i cannot login...always invalid password or email..then i try to register new account till now since yesterday i didnt recieve a code on my contact number registered...please help me to fix this issue..thank you
So disappointed with this app. *the app keep crashing *in order for me to register my birthday, I have to press to the nth times from, jan.2020 to june 1986, how horrible! Upgrade! *and now they're issuing me a reservation to pay it to their agent? "App bait for me" very inconvenient!
Not working ..at first i canr sign up.. then next i viewed items from categories... but cant see any picture... only the numbers of items available but no picture in it...nothing to choose..How can you order if you cant see anything..

Worst app ever. How many times I changed my password still it says wrong number or password. How can my number be wrong? I'm so pissed

Why do you need to take photo and Video's? Then it said to access in my photo ang video, for what purpose? If I deny both request I can't open the app. Stupid app! If I can only give 0 here that's the rate I'll give.

Why there is No online payment option? I purchased item but there is no option for online payment. I must visit the exchange

There's alot of bugs in your Apps. We cannot review our payment status because it only says "NO RESULTS". And then you're tech support would sent us SMS that we have to pay penalty due to delayed payments. That's awful!
