Payroll – RUN Powered by ADP

Can't access all the features needed by using the app. Need to change a person pay rate and the app doesn't have that as an option. Try to go to the website and login and it forces you to the app. Very frustrating service that everything has to be done from an app that doesn't have any features. Obviously the app developer doesn't read ratings either. Or it would have been fixed long ago after reading other ratings. Do away with the app so we can go to the website. So dumb

This app is just a pain. It's slow, it lags, the screens keep resetting and it does NOT remember my password! I've been trying to do my payroll All Day and it's one thing after another only to find out when it finally recogonizes my password... That now the whole site is......"down for maintenance" !! You have got to be kidding

Trying to contact support and not able to from the app, I sign in from my web browser on my mobile and it's still forcing me to use the app and am not able to do what I want from the app. You cannot message them from the app, it only allow you to do live chat and if they are close u are not able to. To close your service you of to be on a computer and even when it's close and ubhave no payroll they still charge you a weekly service fee

Very poor app. There is no way to edit time card info via the app. Very limited features avalible, not any that I really would like to use. Now that it is installed it is hard to log in to the real website on my phone. It keeps loading the app when I try and log in on the website. I will be uninstalling it.

I'm very frustrated because I'm forced to use the app . I need the desktop version, not the app. The app is useless when it comes to editing employee info or making any other changes. I only have my cell phone at the moment and cannot do what I need with this app. It's not convenient at all!!! ADP needs to fix this. I know I'm not only person complaining

I want to complete an employee setup from my phone before running payroll and I am not able to go to the website from my phone because or redirects to the app, and the app does not have the functionality. My laptop is having issues and I'm at a roadblock now for running payroll. Extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. Did not expect this from a company like ADP.

Extremely limited functionality vs the website, and if you try to go to the website on your mobile device, it just opens the app. This means you have almost no capability when on the road unless you bring a laptop. You can submit payroll, but that's about it. You can't change employee info or pay rate or anything. Also can't connect to Wave through the app, and Wave forces you to connect through ADP, meaning I can get to Wave on my phone AT ALL because I signed up through ADP.

I just signed up for Accountant Connect earlier today. Now, I'm trying to access the website from my phone and directs me go this app when I sign in. I downloaded the app and installed it. When I try to sign in there, it tells me my info is not correct yet I know it is. I feel like this isn't the correct app for accountants.

Are there any plans to update the app? If not and if there's no date in the immediate future can you at least let us access the website from our phones. That's what makes this so frustrating. You won't give us phone access to the website but force use if the app that still has no features. PLEASE AT LEAST LET US ACCESS THE WEBSITE VIA PHONES UNTIL THE APP IS UPDATED. THANK YOU

I want to login using a browser on my mobile phone and the app forces you to use it by taking you to the play store to open it. The app can only run payroll but all other services within your ADP Run service can only be accessed using a browser. I am constantly on the move and need to access my program from anywhere by any means. I am limited with this app.

I agree. the mobile app is very difficult. When I am out of the state or country I have to find a secure WIFI and pull out my laptop. This is horrible. I will not use it until they come up with something a whole lot better. For the money we pay ADP this app is well below their standards. If I were them I would take it down.

Absolutely terrible. Currently shopping new payroll providers. Have not been able to run payroll once this year without issues. 1 hour+ on hold every time (4+ separate times). Local agents that are never available. Totally fed up

Would like to access the full portal from my phone if I can't through the app I'd like to use the chrome browser. The app doesn't work very well for the features I am trying to access between payrolls.

Nothing works on the app. All you can successfully do is log in. That's it. When you try to do anything on the mobile site, it forces you to an app that doesn't let you do anything. Frustrating to say the least

Useless. I just needed some basic info about an employee, easily obtained on the desktop version, and instead I was constantly steered towards this mobile app. If I wanted the mobile app in the first place I would have installed it.

Wish it was more like the desktop version in the capabilities it offered. Doesn't offer the features I need, such as a paycheck calculator.

I got a message that says the app will be downloaded soon, but has not appeared, which is odd, because most downloads happen immediately. Does anyone know how soon is soon?

Can't even log on too app just says I need to be owner or administrator, which I am. Website works fine with login . App is very disappointing. Can't even make login work I can only imagine how rest of site works.

Great and very useful. I only use to quickly and easily do my weekly payroll. Always compete it without any issues and DD funds are available for my employees every Friday morning. If i need access to other areas i use my laptop, tablet or desktop. I don't expect to have full access on a mobile app!

Weak and LIMITED options. Difficult to navigate and this app does not allow using website. Very frustrating and a total waste of time.

I do not have full access to do my work, nor do I have an option to log into the full website from my phone to do work from the field. This is extremely frustrating see as I was able to access the full site before the app was created. I am not happy with this, and I have been with ADP for 22 years.

This app lacks the ability to do overrides and other basic functions that you get with the web version. If these capabilities were added it might be a great app.

This app is not working. I cannot even log into it. I was hoping ADP would have this working so I didn't have to lug my laptop around but here we are, in 2021, unable to use a simple app.

Forced to download the app, yet I'm unable to pay the invoice. Like the other reviewers have expressed, very frustrating.

Can't use website from mobile device, unless request desktop version. Login doesn't work on app. Average 2 star app from such a big company, something must be really wrong.

It won't let me sign in. Even with a copy and paste. It will let me sign in on desk top but to run payroll, won't me on the app because it won't recognize my ID and or password any more.

Downloaded to update time cards for employees and it isn't an option on the app. Not sure why any of the features offered you would need as an app. Disappointing.
