if your needing to use this service for anything you shouldnt be allowed on the internet. hopeless service. quick to take your money but slow in releasing it back to your bank or even gettin refunded to your paysafe account. upto 11 days, im on day 8 and nothing. utter horseshit. DO NOT USE
Awful! Tried to upload a code. Said it was invalid and i should try later. After several tries got the message I reached my limit. Sent an email. Requested the serial no. Sent. After 2 days asked for a screenshot. Sent with the explanation that it shows the message about the reached limit because I tried several times to upload the code as instructed. Their answer: You reached the limit. Asked them if they are joking. Again, told i reached the limit. Still missing my 50 EUR after 10 days!
I have been more than happy with the pay safecards for there easy use uptill the paysafe app upgrade which has been a total pain in the neck and the app site is not clear at all on how to use it. Before it was a case of buy the cards pay for what you wanted and that was it simple and easy . Not any more the app is an over the top nightmare of unneeded security.
I think it is a great app, with all things considered. It is a pretty basic app, but, it does all of the functionalities that are required for using paysafecard. Add PIN code to your own personal wallet, check balance of your account, etc., can all be done here.
I do not recommend using this app as you pay more than the thing you're paying for costs and I understand that that's how this app makes its money however its just better to use your credit card. The only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is because it's a descent alternative to credit cards for children and anyone can go into a store and ask for a 10 bucks paysafecard code for example no matter the age.
The app is great. Only thing that bugs me is when I'm scanning a ticket to upload funds. Sometimes the camera doesn't even focus so obviously it won't recognise the pin, please sort it. Once that is fixed i will go back to 5 stars :)
If you have any problems with you're account dont expect any help once moneys in you're account there not bothered worst customer service ever. They do not respond to emails and have not answered the phone in two weeks of ringing,totally avoid this company!
It's one of the best paying apps like PayPal where you don't need a credit card to pay! Which i really like, i wish I could buy Discord Nitro with it tho
poor customer services. since 2days now i can't top up.all you keep say is (an unexpected error has unfortunately occurred.)
i open the app and it doesn't even let me select that i already have an account, i must pay first. Also, i need to update my iphone6 to ios13 for the app to work this isn't fair
They lock your account with the statement: "For security Reasons" and you contact them and they ask you the last 5 receipts (like anybody keeps them after using them). They take 2 weeks to reply to support tickets. Overall 0/10
Ive been using this for too long but sometimes this app us terrible. I give 10 in real life euros and when I try to login to my account an error pops up. And there goes my money wasted.
I started using this a few years ago, and up till now it was great! Up till now I would've recommended this app to everyone. However, recently I went to buy a 25€ paysafe, I got it and wanted to top up my account just to get a notification that I've apparently reached a limit I was never told of. Because of this I wanted to upgrade my account so that there would be no limit, but idea went down the drain because the app won't let me do it. I'd go into more detail, but there's a character limit.
Well for once here is a easy to use, and easy to understand app, I wasn't sure at first, but even i was surprised, normally apps like these are hard to understand or just don't live up to expectations, well done paysafe for an easy to use app.
SCAM! They stole money from me and blocked my account for no reason I tried contacting them but every time they reply with the same thing and wont help! I recommend getting paypal instead way better

My issue has still not been resolved. I cannot upgrade to unlimited status. I have contacted the support team and did what i was told, now its taking them way too long to even respond. In all honesty, this is a great app for those that dont have a credit card to buy things online, but man, it has some issues that i did not know about till now. This app needs to explain what the limit is for people without an unlimited account, because i spent 25€ thinking i could use it, and i cant cuz of limit
I have the same problem like the other, i ordered already paysafe Mastercard and they said it will be delivered 20 working days and until now its already 2months I haven't receive the card. I already emailed them and the only excuse they always say that is these because of the covid restrictions.
Block my account for nothing. I contact costomer servise with email (this is only way for contact) and respond only one time to ask me for name and now dont respond more. Is not correct.
Easy, scan code instead of typing
This app is terrible 😭 You can't buy a top up on this app and the sites that sell them online charge you £12.50 for the £10 top up ect then I had tried to use it on this site, it has shown up in my balance but now I can't use it as its two factor authentication only gives me these two options.....1/ open in the app. (I've repeatedly done this and it just bounces me right back 2/send a text to a phone no ( I've not had for several years now and it doesn't give you any alternative option either!
