It has potential il give it that. You can use google pay with the virtial card and it does not discriminate other countries, like revolut and curve does. Sadly the currencies are limited. You can't add more then 1 top up card and you can only top up in euro. It's a basic app with basic features but it is a decent service.
DO NOT TRUST THEM, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY!BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SUPPORT!Bad experience with the app. My friend lost 20 euro, in two different payments. After the payments, sent from Paysend, weren't accepted on the recipient's account they were refunded by the receiver. It is now 60 days from when I'm trying to recover the amount but they refuse to do it. Global payments received all the detailed refund proof and still pretend to provide other "original" documents. Thiefs!
Terrible Company They make you believe you actually have multiple accounts in the currency you are holding. In reality even if you have an account in another currency, if you try to make a transfer to the account of the same country they will still use EURO, making you pay twice for conversions. Terrible Customer Service - they did nothing to address the issue and ignored most of the complaint. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Registered successfully without issue. But I would like to see more feature and improvements for this app. -Once you are using your home currency, you cannot add fund from another currency unless you exchange from your home currency according their rates, this needs to be unrestricted for any currency. -Missing IBAN or personal bank account number makes this app less useful than other top companies (N26, Monese,...)
Got the card. Try to sign in and says will send sms, but sms never arrives. Regular paysend works great, but not paysend global. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app installed updates, to no avail.
Complicated and suspicious - would not veryfy me even with a very clear video and photo. There is no option inside the app to close your account. Now they have my ID photo and a video of me I feel rather unsafe for my personal data.
Very bad and I think it's a spam , I registered and opened my account correctly and I tried to increase my limits providing my ID verification , then suddenly my account has been suspended without any further information or proior notice , I have order a card and I paid the fees but still my account suspended , I sent email but no one answer me yet .
Good app, nice interface, working well, transfers arrive fast. The mqin thing that is missing is personal IBAN. I would like to other European currencies to be supported, like BGN.
Bad experience. I lost 20 euros in this app. After I added some money to start using the app I discovered that I cannot pay anything. I cannot use the card on Google pay, I cannot transfer to another card ( when I try, I add the card detalies and the option for add card it's still unavailable), when I try to make a bank transfer no matter what amount I want to transfer at the end of the process it show at amount 0€ no matter that at the beginning of the process I have selected another amount
Trying to get in touch with someone from customer service, can't transfer, no reply better to use other apps.
Layout is broken already on login step. When keyboard shows up fields are not visible. Entering phone number buttons doesn't feel like buttons (no feedback)
Could not complete any transfer to any bank card abroad and even transfer back to the account I used to top up my account. Ludicrous and Bob dependable.
Problem with email linking after mobile number in registration process. It not at all showing any button to proceed🙄....pls fix it
The debit card cant be activated. No well customer support. Not good.
I does not let me log in. I can't enter my last name. And gives me an error "oh. Something went wrong"

Pay send not have any contact number for help only have chat or email when sender have any issue how contact with you and not satisfy to client I am facing problem also

It was announced that app will support Russian Ruble and Kazakhstani Tenge accounts but it is not possible it supports only Eu zone.
I have the card inside my app but I can't order the card, I need the card but it's frustrating to order.
I ordered a plastic card on the 29th of September 2020.I got charged €6 for delivery.It is now January 16 2021 and I still have not received the card. So now I don't have my card and the €6 is gone. Customer care is very responsive on WhatsApp and to my emails but subsequently cannot come up with a possible solution to my problem. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and there are bound to be delays in shipping etc so I will let my review be neutral and you yourself can decide.
An amount of the failed transaction has not yet returned to my card after 20 days!

Worst service ever.I ve been trying to refund for one year.Each time when I have live chat they just disappear after knew refund.It looks fine if you don't have problem. ONCE you have problem they are helpful.I don't know how to refund in paysend global account over one year.I was talking with in live chat no answer more than an hour.It better I think to open another global account myself and send money instead of wasting time.It is better to use PayPal easy quick and reliable
